The Village Hidden in the Clouds
"Kumogakure no Sato"
The main infrastructure of the buzzing village lies among the clouds, past the diminutive ability of the naked eye and eternally watchful of unraveling events in the world below. Legend has it that the most recent, ground-level additions locate themselves on the recovered carcass of a titanic demonic beast that once rampaged through the lands only to be defeated by Raiden himself. But the tale does little to halt the progression of the commoner's daily life.

Yasha & Monzaemon Precinct
The Yasha & Monzaemon Precinct is based around the intersection of Yasha Street and Monzaemon Boulevard. Located in the edge of the Amegakure metropolis, the Precinct has gained something of a reputation amongst locals as a gathering spot for the less reputable of people. Populated largely of immigrants, from the northwestern countries (e.g. Fang, Claw, Valley, Mountain and Craftsmen), the problems of the Precinct arise largely from inter-ethical issues, poverty, and a debate between the different inhabitants on who makes the best food. Police numbers are low here, and the government largely turns the other eye when concerns over it arise. Due to these conditions the Precinct has attracted several philanthropic organizations, such as the Shoji Foundation, and several other, more questionable, organizations (e.g. The Yagamguchi).
