Punishments have been an issue as of late, this list is a basic skeleton of what we follow and it is not something we have always followed but it is the system we are utilizing as of the present. To prevent feelings and complaints of potential bias with our several-man team from across the forum this has been posted for edification and notification alone.

General Disussion/Help/Suggestion Flaming/Flame Baiting:
- First Offense: Warning.
- Second Offense: Loss of the Ability to post in the General Discussion Area(s) except for Admin Request for 1 month and a 1 week FULL SITE ban. IF durring this probationary period (the duration of the 1 mo semi-ban) the player Flames/Flames Bates in any of the few areas they are able to post in, will result in a FULL SITE BAN for the duration of their probationary period. (In addition to other penalties incured.)
- Third Offense: Loss of the Ability to post in the General Discussion Area(s) except for Admin Request for 6 months and a 1 week FULL SITE ban. IF durring this probationary period (the duration of the 1 mo semi-ban) the player Flames/Flames Bates in any of the few areas they are able to post in, will result in a FULL SITE BAN for 1 month. (In addition to other penalties incured.)
- Fourth Offense: Loss of the Ability to post in the General Discussion Area(s) except for Admin Request permanently and a 1 week FULL SITE ban.

Ban Evasion/Allowing Ban Evasion
-If it's found that you are allowing someone else to use your account to bypass a ban and post on NC, then the term of their ban is doubled. Your account will also share the length of this ban, starting from the day the punishment is doubled.
IE if they have a one week ban, and on day four post on your account, Their ban goes to two weeks and you are banned for two weeks from day four.

Flaming/Flame Baiting in RP Zones:
- First Offense: Warning.
- Second Offense: 1 week FULL SITE ban and 1 month probationary period where your TRAINING THREAD IS LOCKED so you cannot train. IF durring this probationary period (the duration of the 1 mo) the player Flames/Flames Bates in any of the few areas they are able to post in, will result in a FULL SITE BAN for the duration of their probationary period. (In addition to other penalties incured.)
- Third Offense: 2 week FULL SITE ban and 1 month probationary period where your TRAINING THREAD IS LOCKED so you cannot train. IF durring this probationary period (the duration of the 1 mo) the player Flames/Flames Bates in any of the few areas they are able to post in, will result in a FULL SITE BAN for the duration of their probationary period. (In addition to other penalties incured.)
- Fourth Offense: 3 week FULL SITE ban and 1 month probationary period where your TRAINING THREAD IS LOCKED so you cannot train. IF durring this probationary period (the duration of the 1 mo) the player Flames/Flames Bates in any of the few areas they are able to post in, will result in a FULL SITE BAN for the duration of their probationary period. (In addition to other penalties incured.)

Purposely Misleading Players in Help/Suggestions:
- This being not an oversight or one getting ahead of themselves, there will be NO WARNINGS provided in these cases and on first offsense there will be a temporary 1 week ban on the ability to train. If one during this probationary period posts misleading information in another area, they will incur the penalties of a second offense of Misleading as well as a FULL SITE BAN for the duration of the probationary period (in addition to the week ban from the second offense)
- Second Offense: temporary 1 month ban on the ability to train. If one during this probationary period posts misleading information in another area, they will incur the penalties of a second offense of Misleading as well as a FULL SITE BAN for the duration of the probationary period (in addition to the week ban from the second offense)
- Third Offense and onward: you will be served the personal attention and punishment of myself =.=

Avatar/Signature-Related Flaming/Flambaiting or Rating Infringement:
- First Offense: Warning and 72 hours to remove offending signature and/or avatar- failure to comply will result in the penalties detailed in the Second Offense Areas.
- Second Offense: Loss of avatar/signature privilages for 1 mo, with a 1 week FULL SITE BAN.
- Third Offense: Loss of avatar/signature privilages for 6 mo, with a 1 week FULL SITE BAN.
- Fourth Offense: Permanent loss of avatar/signature privilage with a 1 week FULL SITE BAN.

Stat Cheating:
- First Offense: Whatever was 'taken' removed from present stats as well as the amount taken then removed from REAL stats.

A total of 60 stat points were added into their stats, the penalty is their removal to what they should be and then take from them what was stollen. Making the finalized stats the player now has appear as such:

Second Offense: same as above but accompanied by a FULL SITE BAN for 1 week.

*** Of course each offense will be monitored seperately and assessed-- we do realize the difference between an honest mistake and an actual attempt to cheat and such punihments would only be dealt after a full investigation.***

Faking Rolls:
- Immediate loss of Roller Privilages and a 1 week FULL SITE BAN, those rolls to be un-done and assessment to determine if the player knew that these rolls were faked. If yes, the share in the 1 week ban and refer to stat cheating if it involved stats.

Abuse of Moderator/Administrator's Power:
~ Puposeful Vandalism of the site: PERMABAN
~ If adding/removing money from your account or another player's-- Immediate, permanent loss of moderator powers in addition to the money manipulated being taken from the offender's actual yen. (His/Her items may need to be sold to make up for the yen discrepancy.) If it involved actual removal of yen from another's account in a malicious attempt, there will also be a FULL WEEK FULL SITE ban in addition to what was being done to this other person being done to yourself. (Ie. Removed 20K from someone's account for no reason, you will have that 20k removed from your own and of course the real money funds will be replaced for all those offended).
~ If deleting posts: this is detailed in moderator rules and as such there is no warning. First Offense-- temp. loss of Moderator Powers x1 mo. Second offense-- perm. loss of Moderator Powers. ((Please note this does not count if the player ASKED to have said posts removed.))

Hacking: Permaban

Law Breaking: Permaban
~ Committing of Criminal Offenses and/or Online Cyber-Crimes including, but not restricted to, the following -- infringement of copyright for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, posting of illegal information or harmful codes, utilizing the forum board as a means to share copyrighted materials, involvement in cyber-stalking or identity theft, involvement in cracking or hacking, conducting fraudulent scams, etc.

Rating Infringement:
1st Offense: Warning and 72 hours to --Fade Out-- or --Black Out-- or simply edit the post. SPOILERS do not count.
2nd Offense: Temp Ban of 1 week with an Administrative Edit of the post.
3rd Offense: Temp Ban of 2 weeks with an Administrative Edit of the post.
4th Offense: Temp Ban of 3 weeks with an Administrative Edit of the post.
5th Offense: Temp Ban of 4 weeks with an Administrative Edit of the post.

~Each post that is beyong PG-13 counts as a seperate offense even if in the same thread.~ OOC cursing falls under this punishment.

Loopholing: Loopholing is using a hole in the rules to try to get around other rules. It the abuse of rules or lack of rules in unmoral ways.
Each count of loopholing will, at minimum, condone a 10% dock off of each of your stats. The punishment can and will rise past that if you become a serial offender.

***Manipulations to get someone in trouble WILL result in a one month FULL SITE ban.***

*** Any attempt to override an Administrative Decision through manipulation, coersion, or simply 'taking' it back will result in a 1 month FULL SITE ban. This includes lying to other admin via ANY medium. ***

*** Offenders whom have been noted on several levels of this punishment system may be subject to harsher penalties. ***

THIS LIST IS NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE AND THE ADMINISTRATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE AND CHANGE THE AFOREMENTIONED AT ANY TIME. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG AND NOT LISTED DOES NOT MEAN THAT IT IS OK. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR NEAREST ADMIN PERSONNEL IF YOU NEED CLARIFICATION OR MORE INFORMATION ON RULES.
