The team was supposed to set out for a mission. They were to meet their sensei before setting out. Takeshi and his two teammates were at the rendezvous waiting. Time went on as they waited. Five, ten, fifteen minutest went by with no sign of their sensei. After twenty minutes Takeshi had been feed up. He began to walk away but was suddenly cut off.
A man in a brown shroud stood before them. He donned a mist headband but with a large scratch right across it. It didn’t take a genius to figure out who this was. It was a rouge ninja. But how did he get here and why attack a few genin. Many questions raced through his mind. In an instance his two teammates were defending against his attack.
“Look alive, Takeshi! Don’t let your guard down!”
“We can’t always be there to look after you. Your such a little kid.”
Everything went by so fast. However the rouge ninja proved to be too much for the three of them alone to handle. One by one the team fell before him. Until the only one left standing was Takeshi. Takeshi knew that he would end up like his teammates. He had absolutely no chance by himself.
He could no longer hide behind his teammates. His sensei wasn’t there to protect him. Takeshi was as good as dead. Takeshi didn’t want to die. However as much as he himself didn’t want to die, he did want his comrades to die. He wanted to see everyone again. Together and alive. There were still too many things for him to do.
“Every time…Every time! I’ve hid behind you guys. You guys have always had my back. Let me return the favor now."
Takeshi whipped a kunai at the ninja. He had to draw the enemy’s attention and keep it away from them. It flew right past the ninja, slicing his left cheek. Needless to say, the kunai did its job.
“Hey! Don’t tell me you forgot about me! Some rouge ninja you are! C’mon!” Takeshi yelled at the top of his lungs trying to provoke the ninja. Probably not the best choice but right now all he could think of was getting him away from his fallen comrades.
The blood trickled down his cheek and dripped off his chin. His head turned slightly in Takeshi’s direction.. “Oh. I guess you want to die first? Tch. It doesn’t matter to me. “
The ninja attacked and Takeshi panicked slightly. It was fight or fight at this point. However almost immediately afterwards his fear began to dissolve into confidence. He could read the movements of the enemy with ease. He was able to avoid all his attacks and hang onto his life for a little longer. He didn’t know what was happening but he didn’t care at that moment. All he cared about was living through this with his friends. Takeshi figured that if he could hold out long enough his sensei would arrive and clean up this mess.
The rouge ninja, not wanting to take a chance and give Takeshi a chance to counter attack began to get serious. Once his speed started to pick up Takeshi’s body could no longer keep up. He was at his limit.
Suddenly it looked like the rouge ninja was about to deliver a fatal blow. Takeshi’s life flashed before his eyes. But in that split second something peculiar happened. The ninja disappeared in a cloud of smoke and from it appeared his sensei. Suddenly from behind came his two teammates. Both of them were grinning from ear to ear. What just happened?
After some welcome praise, and many pats on his back the whole thing was explained to Takeshi. The whole thing was a set up. Originally the three of them only wanted to scare Takeshi into training harder. They wanted him to be prepared for the up incoming chunin exam. However they helped him in far greater ways.

Takeshi is generally a kind hearted person. No matter what, Takeshi will always put others needs ahead of his own. His emotions are a strong guiding force for him. If he’s happy, he’ll smile, if he’s sad he’ll cry, if he’s angry he’ll yell.
Takeshi can often be seen as a playful guy, always joking around and being laid back. Some people may view him as a guy who doesn’t care, or is lazy but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Yes, he likes to have fun but he also knows that the life as shinobi is no cake walk. He takes his he take his job and missions very seriously.
Takeshi is exceedingly loyal to the village hidden in the mist. He will do any mission, without question for the village hidden in the mist. Similarly he holds his name in the highest regard. Anyone who insults the clan will have to answer to him.
He’s someone who’s very confident in his abilities. However he’s not one to get overly confident. He knows what his limits are and is always pushing them further and further. Always trying to better himself. Takeshi likes the ‘think before you act’ approach and prefers to always have a plan. However there have been occasions when his emotions have gotten the better of him.
He likes being around other people and loves getting to know new people. Takeshi isn’t a shy one at all. Working in a group is no problem from Takeshi. He always puts his best foot forward when he knows that others are depending on him.
Character History:
Takeshi was born in the village hidden in the mist. There he lived with his mother Ayano, and his elder sister Sayuri. Takeshi knew nothing of their father, and when he asked his mother she would never give him an answer. ‘When your older’ she would always say. His sister was no better and just shrugged her shoulders every time. So he eventually gave up. He figured that he would get the answer one day, but now wasn’t that time.
Ayano used to be a very capable shinobi. However, what with their father no where to be found, she stopped her duties. Now instead she stays home and keeps watch over Takeshi and Sayuri while they quickly grow up. She cooks, she cleans, and she does all the things you’d expect a mother to do.
Sayuri is currently a medical ninja in the village. She frequently works at the village hospital is away from home much of the time. Whenever she would come home she would she would always tell them about what horrible things she would see in the Emergency Room. Takeshi couldn’t fathom how she is able to stay in a place like that all day. He would get nauseous just from listening to her.
During his younger days that he spent at the academy Takeshi wasn’t particularly great. Maybe because it was all of the joking and goofing off he did while in class but Takeshi become someone at the bottom of his class. Not ‘dead last’ bottom, but somewhere around there. Takeshi didn’t pass his genin examination and was required to take the whole class over again for another year. Second time Takeshi did pass his exam, but just barely.
Even after passing his exam Takeshi showed little improvement in his skills as a shinobi. During missions he would stand back and watch as the rest of his team excelled. He was a liability to the team most of the time. His team mates scolded him which only served to discourage him. No one thought that he was going to get anywhere as a shinobi.
After his mother had found out about his Uchiha blood she thought that it was about time Takeshi knew a little something about his father. He went by the name of Shun. He too was also from the Uchiha clan. He left shortly after he was born. He didn’t tell his family anything. Just up and left in the middle of the night. The village immediately branded him as a rouge ninja and is yet to have been caught. Takeshi’s heart sank.
Immediately Takeshi thought that his father leaving was his fault. He rationalized it in his mind. His mother and sister tried to assure him that it was not his fault. However it was all for naught. Why would he leave right after his birth? He just didn't get it.
Takeshi made up his mind. He would find his father one day. He wanted to know why he left the village. Why he wasn’t there while he was growing up. He knew that it was risky. Shun was likely to be someone very skilled and powerful to have eluded the hunter ninja for so long. However Takeshi felt this was something that he had to do. Maybe he could talk him into coming back to the village.
After solidifying his resolve started taking his job as a shinobi of the village much more seriously. He started training hard and longer. He jumped on every mission that was presented to him. He let no chance pass him by. The Uchiha clan was supposed to be elite shinobi after all. So Takeshi had to live up to that name. He couldn’t be second rate, he had to be first class. His new found drive and resolve brought him to where he is today.
I don’t think any of the links that are in my profile that Aderuu posted are actually accurate. They’re probably in storage and the links in my profile are probably dead.

I've contemplated it. I just figured that this would be easier for everyone. Since everything is in the middle of the v5.5 transition and all.
Erm.. so if i were to just make a new character...im assuming i would rebirth into my v5.5 character, correct? Would this be considered a retirement? If so would i have to RP that before doing this remake? I understand if i have to take death penalties and such.
Um...Im really worried about my inventory. So if i sell all the [Old] jutsu and stuff before this transition ends will that be okay? I dont want to be causing trouble for the guys making the new things and what not. Also would i have to finish my remake before i sell my [Old] jutsu and the like?
So if things dont get too complicated i think i may remake a character and retain this rank?

Yes i know that my inventory gets wiped if i choose a Reboot. I thought that this would be easier for all of us if i were to reboot. ^^;;
However if i wanted retain my rank and make a new character how much time would i have to get rid of my stuff myself? I'm assuming that i would sell them back after i get my new character approved. But how long are the old jutsu stores going to be there? Or could i sell them back before making a new character? I dont want to make a fuss since the transition period is practically done. I guess my real question is If i do a standard Rebirth, how would I handle my Inventory with the transition period being over?
So if i can take care of my inventory myself and not cause a fuss with the admin, could i do a simple rebirth? If so could you retrieve my old profile for me?

Appearance: A normal looking boy. A His hair is short and has a black onyx color to it. A Itami posses a set of emerald green eyes. Aside from his ninja gear he also always has on a pair of glasses. Wears Blue shirt with black pants.
Personality: Keeps to himself most of the time, he doesn't have many friends except a few very good ones, although he does try to make more friends when ever he can. He usually has more of a serious personality. Itami is more open around people he is comfortable with. He is usually more than happy to help people out, but Itami offers no objection or suggestion when it comes to assisting his village. Very rarely will Itami be stubborn but it does happen.
Itami is confident in his skills and knows his limits. He is a hard and determined worker although it may not look like it, his brain usually does the bulk of the work so its not something you can plainly see. He always tries to do his best at what at the task at hand.
Bio: Born in the Village Hidden in the Mist. A His father is a jounin and his mother is a chunnin who can usually be found teaching at the academy, never teaching Itami's class. Itami looks up to his father and thinks that no one can defeat him, he thinks he's invincible, he even thinks that his father could even be Kage of the village someday. At its peak, this technique can even be used to control a target’s actions, albeit with certain repercussions and limitations.

During a round, the Yamanaka may attempt to harangue the target’s actions, reducing their AP by 1.5 and their dodge by -4 until the end of the round. 7% chance of user realizing they have been “possessed” – every round afterwards will perform a will check of +1 against the Yamanaka's spirit to expel it. Range of attack is 25 Meters at -1 accuracy per 5 meters extra. 70% of all damage taken in this state is relayed back to the user. May be used in Stealth mode while retaining Stealth bonuses.
Rank 5: Allows the user to see through the eyes of the target with a serious chance of hampering the targets motor functions and even a chance to gain control of their body – initially, the target is unaware of the Yamanaka’s presence. � During a round, the Yamanaka may attempt to harangue the targets actions, reducing their AP by 1.5 and their dodge by -6 until the end of the round. 4% chance of user realizing they have been “possessed” – every round afterwards will perform a will check against the Yamanaka's spirit to expel it. Range of attack is 30 meters, with a -1 accuracy penalty per 5 meters extra. 60% of all damage taken is this state is relayed back to the user. May be used in Stealth mode while retaining Stealth bonuses.
Special Skill (2AP): At Rank 5 the user can shanghai the opponent’s body with a contested genjutsu roll, using the same system presented below. If the Yamanaka successfully takes over the users body, several things occur:
- 100% of all damage the host receives is relayed back to the user
- The host retains their own physical stats (Agility, Stamina, Taijutsu) but takes on the caster’s mental stats (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Chakra Control)
- The caster may not use ANY Bloodline techniques whatsoever UNLESS their host is another Yamanaka, in which case the lower Bloodline score of the two is used
*In order to hamper the target’s movement, a contested roll between genjutsu must be made. If the opponent is unaware of the Yamanaka's presence, the clansman receives a +1, +1.5, +2, +2.5, and +3 bonus to their Genjutsu D.C. respective to their rank with Art of the Valentine. After this first attempt, whether successful or not, the opponent becomes aware of the Yamanaka possessing them, nullifying this “surprise” bonus.

Name of the Rose: An ultra-secret technique developed by the Yamanaka clan. Through long, intense meditation on flowers, the clansmen has developed their inner tranquility to such a high degree that they no longer require a physical body to manifest their spiritual powers within, and in this state are capable of wreaking complete and utter havoc on the minds of their opponents.
Rank 1: The Yamanaka’s spirit can exist outside the caster’s body, and manifests as an image of the user with a halo of five rose blossoms. This spirit retains the stats of the user, and gains an additional +15 bonus to genjutsu, with a +6 bonus to other stats. � All damage and effect lengths of genjutsus are multiplied by 1.5 times. The spirit is intangible, and thus immune to all physical attacks, and gains a +2 accuracy bonus with all Bloodline-related jutsu. At the end of every round, a rose petal wilts away from the avatar's halo - when there are no rose petals remaining, the spirit is returned to the Yamanaka's body. There are 5 Petals. [/b]
Rank 2: The Yamanaka’s spirit manifests itself in whatever form the user chooses, having even ceased to be confined to the shape of the caster, though it maintains its halo of seven rose blossoms. The spirit retains all the user’s stats, while conferring a +30 bonus to genjutsu and a +12 bonus to all other stats. All damage and effect lengths of genjutsu are doubled. The spirit remains intangible, and gains a +3 accuracy bonus with all Bloodline-related jutsu. At the end of every round, a rose petal wilts away from the avatar's halo - when there are no rose petals remaining, the spirit is returned the Yamanaka's body. There are 7 Petals.
*The avatar comes into play with the caster's HP and CP at the time of its casting, and can use any jutsus known to the caster. When returned to the caster’s body, the caster’s HP and CP become that of the Avatar at the time of its return.
**At any time during a round, the avatar's controller may remove a rose petal from their spirit's halo to restore 1000 HP/CP to it. This costs 1.5 AP per removal. The Yamanaka's HP and CP cannot be restored above what the Avatar began with at its creation.
***Should the avatar be destroyed rather than returned to its caster, the caster is reduced to 1/4th of their current HP, rounding down. Their CP takes damage equal to half the Avatar's max HP.

Rank 1: 1000 CP, 4.5 AP
Rank 2: 2000 CP, 4.5 AP
Note: All damage taken in Avatar form is subtracted from CP after the jutsu is finished and not from HP.
New Approaching Technique: The target disappears in a cloud of smoke and reappears in a close proximity to the caster. The range of this attack is equivalent to the range of the caster’s highest-ranked Art of the Valentine. May be used in Stealth mode while retaining Stealth bonuses.
Rank 1: Teleports the target within two meters of the user, granting the user a +2 bonus to their next attack against the target due to surprise.
Rank 2: Teleports the target wherever the user wishes within a one meter radius. This grants the user a +3 bonus to their next attack against the target due to greater surprise. [/b]
*A contested Ninjutsu roll is made to see if the target is affected by the teleportation or not.

Rank 1: 2 x Opponents Ninjutsu Score (Minimum of 500 Chakra), 1 AP
Rank 2: 3 x Opponents Ninjutsu Score (Minimum of 700 Chakra), 2 AP
Profusion of Flowers (Genjutsu): Makes the target think that they are surrounded by thousands of flower petals. This mystifies them, gazing upon the wondrous beauty that surrounds them, and makes them slower to dodge enemy attacks.
Rank 1: The target is entranced within a field of flowers, mystifying them for up to 3 rounds. There is a 15% chance the target will break from this trance every round. They have -2 Dodge while mystified.
Rank 2: The target is entranced within a field of flowers and alluring scents, mystifying them for up to 4 rounds. There is a 7% chance the target will break from this trance every round. They have -3 Dodge while mystified.
Rank 3: The target is emerged within a world of wonderful flowers, alluring scents, and enticing sounds, mystifying them for 5 rounds. At this rank, the flowers are real, granting a +1 accuracy bonus to all flower-related jutsu. There is no chance the target will break from this trance unless initially resisted. They have -4 dodge while mystified.

Maximum Cutting: Showers the target with razor sharp flower petals that, along with causing decent damage, cause heavy bleeding from the sheer number of cuts that are sustained. This technique is one of the most favored amongst Yamanaka as it shows the part of the true damaging potential of flowers.

Mind Body Disturbance: A jutsu which confuses the opponents body at a very high degree. The opponent is completely aware of everything they are doing but are unable to choose the targets of their actions, making them a danger to themselves and others. While this jutsu is in effect, the Yamanaka clansman is unable to attack or use other jutsu.
Rank 1: Can affect 1 Target. Target affected has a 35% chance per round to do what they intended to do to a comrade or themselves instead of the user or the user’s allies. This lasts for up to 6 rounds and the opponent has a 30% chance per round to break free of this jutsu.
Rank 2: Can affect up to 2 targets. Targets affected have a 45% chance per round to do what they intended to do to a comrade, or themselves, instead of the user or the user’s allies. This lasts for up to 7 rounds and the opponents have a 20% chance per round to break free of this jutsu.
Rank 3: Can affect up to 3 targets. Targets affected have a 50% chance per round to do what they intended to do to a comrade, or themselves(Whichever would be the worst possible outcome for the opposition now) instead of attacking the user, or the user’s allies. This lasts for up to 8 rounds and the opponents have a 10% chance per round to break free of this jutsu.

I'm going to assume that this was overlooked. Please tell me that I'm right and not just being impatient.
Can I please get my class corrected? I'm sure that it was an honest mistake with the copy and paste buttons. I didn't want the '+5% Healing, +5% Max CP'
