The upper half of the Silver Tower lies against the ground, sprawled on it’s side. Navigating this building is difficult because of the fact that it lies as it does, when it was made to stand up straight. Elevator shafts can be used to move between floors, and the transparent walls allow for ample light in the day however. The middle of this area is perhaps the warmest in the city, as the material it was made of insulates it well against the cold. What few roam these ruins often swear of seeing apparitions of those who used to inhabit the island.
