Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

The user slices themselves in order to manipulate their own blood into a powerful shield. Due to being created with a fraction of the user's life, this barrier is stronger than other variants, and is even capable of disrupting illusions placed on the user. However, the user's wounds open wider and become deeper the more this is used.

Information
Prerequisites: Blood Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Blood Jutsu

Rank 1: Creates a Barrier that has 1,800 HP and DR against Physical and Elemental Damage. Any Genjutsu initiated upon the user while this shield is active has a 21% chance of being negated.
Master: Creates a Barrier that has 2,250 HP and DR against Physical and Elemental Damage. Any Genjutsu initiated upon the user while this shield is active has a 28% chance of being negated.

Special Action - Blood Protection: The user may use this jutsu reflexively; doing so increases the base Hp by +20%, but cannot be maintained. This jutsu has only a single attack. The 'Genjutsu Negation' chance becomes a chance to negate any damage that bypasses the barrier or breaks it with a +6% Bonus.

Special Action - Red Blessing: This jutsu may be used on an ally. The user pays all costs normally. Any protective effects apply to the new target.

Rank 1 Cost: 730 Cp, 370 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 910 Cp, 460 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Can be maintained for 20 seconds.
- Requires a 10 second cooldown after use.
- Any Genjutsu currently affecting the user have half the previous mentioned chance of being dispelled (Regardless of the user being aware or not, rolled individually).
- This barrier does not block Genjutsu.

A seal said to curse the enemy by by infusing the user's chakra into their body, at which point it seals the body's natural ability to repair itself. The result causes any bleeding inflicted upon the target to bleed chronically without stop, slowly bleeding the enemy to death.

Rank 1: While effected, the target cannot have their bleeding treated below rank 2 and recovery effects used upon them have a 14% chance of failing.
Master: While effected, the target cannot have their bleeding treated below rank 2 and recovery effects used upon them have a 21% chance of failing.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp and lowering this Jutsu's Accuracy by -2, this raises the Minimum Bleed level to Rank 3 Bleeding.

Special Action: Instead of sealing, the user may attempt to remove the effects of this seal from themselves or another target. This make a Ninjutsu check against the original user.

Rank 1 Cost: 800 Cp, 400 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 1000 Cp, 500 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to 30 seconds,
- Uses Melee Accuracy to scribe the seal, and requires a Ninjutsu check at the start of each round maintained.
- Recovery effects include Healing Hp/Cp, lowering bleeding and recovering from Called Shots.
- This Jutsu also applies to attempts at 'negating' bleed penalties.
- This Jutsu does not increase bleed levels; it only prevents existing bleed levels from being lowered or negated.

A supportive jutsu which rains the user's blood down upon the battlefield. This creates red pools of blood nearby, and allows the user to use this falling rain as a catalyst for any of their blood-based techniques; effectively turning their entire battlefield into a possible weapon.

Rank 1: Covers the battle field in a rain of blood. While active, blood jutsu do not require handseals and have a 7% chance of being considered Sneak attacks. Additionally, all Secondary effects from blood jutsu have a +4% chance of activating.
Master: Covers the battle field in a rain of blood. While active, blood jutsu do not require handseals and have a 14% chance of being considered Sneak attacks. Additionally, all Secondary effects from blood jutsu have a +6% chance of activating.

Rank 1 Cost: 880 Cp, 440 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 1100 Cp, 550 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- This is considered a Terrain jutsu.
- Lasts up to 30 seconds.
- At all ranks, other combatants must pass a Ninjutsu Check against the user at -2 in order to cast an Arena jutsu, or their own Terrain jutsu. If the opponent successfully casts their own Terrain jutsu, this one is dispelled.

Another technique that involves the user infusing their chakra into a victim, which then interacts by thinning the blood of the victim. This forced anemic state prevents the body from using its fully strength, and leaves the victim in a spacey daze due to insufficient blood.
