A high level technique that allows the user to take the knowledge of photon chakra, and convert it into an effect that completely refracts and distorts light in such a way that it renders the targetted object Invisible to sight. This is unable to cloak larger things, such as people...but it is perfect for hiding away equipment and confusing others.

Prerequisites: - Photon Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Photon Techniques

Rank 1: Effects a target at +1 Accuracy. equipment-based actions cost +.1 Ap and have a 20% chance to fail.
Master: Effects a target at +2 Accuracy. equipment-based actions cost +.1 Ap and have a 25% chance to fail.

Special Action - Phantom Strike: By paying +20% Cp, the user may choose to use this jutsu to make their own equipped weapon invisible. All attacks with this weapon have a 7%/10%/14% chance of being considered a sneak attack, and disarm attempts made against it have -2 Accuracy and a 20%/25%/30% chance of failing.

Rank 1 Cost: 800 Cp, 400 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 1000 Cp, 500 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Last up to 2 rounds, requiring a Nin check each round.
- The 'Fail chance' of this jutsu is rolled separately from other auto-fail type effects.
- This applies to all equipment-based actions, such as equipping, using items, or using jutsu that involve items.
- Normal use does not effect weapons.

Rank 1: Photon particles fall upon a target, and detonate into a blinding flash of light that deals 1900 damage at +1 Accuracy. This has a 14% chance of activating 'Photon Flash' and a 7% chance of 'Radiance'.
Master: Photon particles fall upon a target, and detonate into a blinding flash of light that deals 2250 damage at +2 Accuracy. This has a 21% chance of activating 'Photon Flash' and a 14% chance of 'Radiance'.

Special Action: The user may choose to delay this jutsu's strike for up to a full round. After it's initial cast, the user may have it strike instantly at any point within the next full round.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp and lowering the base damage by -20%, the user may have the explosion target +1 enemy.

Rank 1 Cost: 655 Cp
Master Cost: 730 Cp

Notes:
- The user may only have one of this jutsu active at a time; recasting it overwrites the previous effect.
- The 'Radiance' effect prevents the victim from choosing a specific target during their next action. This only applies if the action was not targeting themselves.
- The 'Photon Flash' effect prevents the jutsu from being auto-dodged, and gives it a 20% chance to auto-hit; this chance is checked separately from any other auto-hit chances the user may have.

Mirage Manipulation
A Jutsu known for inducing genjutsu-like effects. This skill allows the user use their knowledge of photon chakra to bend and diffract rays of light in such a way, that they can cause targets to see a mirage-like 'Afterimage' of the target. This can lead to enemies believing they had struck the user when they actually had not, and possibly fool them into perceiving the user as a clone. Despite these false images having no physical presence, no actual genjutsu is involved in this technique; it is purely an optical illusion.

Rank 1: Creates a 'Mirage' that causes the target to believe that they hit the original (If they hit a clone or transformed target).
Master: Creates a 'Mirage' that causes the target to believe they had hit a clone (If they hit the original non-clone target).

Rank 1 Cost: 1.5 Ap, 800 Cp
Master Cost: 1.5 Ap, 1000 Cp

Notes:
- Requires an Awareness check each round active
- Rank 1 and 2 may be used reflexively, and may only be done every other round.
- This Jutsu is always a hidden action and does not appear in the mod.
- Mastered rank requires there to be clones of the attacked target on the field in order for the attacker to mistake their target for a clone.
- Mastered Rank's 'mirage' is not treated as a clone jutsu, and does not count towards any limits or effects. Recasting the jutsu dispels the current 'Mirage Clone'. This rank lasts up to three rounds.
- If the user takes more than 15% of their Max Hp in damage during this time, this jutsu is dispelled.

Photon jutsu are perhaps some of the fastest types of jutsu; and this skill is no different. Upon seeing a target prepare a jutsu of their own, the user releases a rapid burst of shining chakra to interfere with the target with precise timing, messing up their Jutsu mid-process with dangerous results more often than not.

Prerequisites: - Photon Affinity, B-rank, 2 Mastered Photon Techniques

Rank 1: Allows the user to interfere with any Jutsu using handseals. This rolls a Ninjutsu check against the the target. If successful, the target takes 'Backlash Damage' and the Jutsu is treated one rank lower, with a 21% chance of being canceled entirely.
Master: Allows the user to interfere with any Jutsu using handseals. This rolls a Ninjutsu check against the the target with the user having a +1 Bonus. If successful, the target takes 'Backlash Damage' and the Jutsu is treated one rank lower, with a 28% chance of being canceled entirely.

Cost: Ap of the targeted attack, Cp of the targeted attack +20%.

Notes:
- This jutsu may only be used reflexively, and can only be used against Jutsu using Handseals.
- A target may only be effected by this Jutsu once per round.
- This does not effect Lvl S Jutsu.
- When used, this makes a Nin check between the user and the target.
- 'Backlash Damage' causes the victim to take 1% Max Hp damage per Jutsu levels E-A.
