Prerequisites: Scorch Affinity, C-rank

Rank 1: Deals 1420 Damage at -1 Accuracy. This has a 9% chance to activate the 'Desiccate' effect.
Master: Deals 1860 Damage at -2 Accuracy. This has a 15% chance to activate the 'Desiccate' effect.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp, the user may lower this Jutsu's damage by 20% to effect an additional target.

Rank 1 Cost: 500 Cp
Master Cost: 680 Cp

Notes:
- The 'Desiccate' effect inflicts the Burn effect, and increases called shot level of a single limb chosen at random.

Dehydration said:

Dehydration
A jutsu which blasts an area around the user, drying up all the moisture within range of the jutsu. This seems to cause everything within range to slowly shrivel up as if hit with the heat of a 100 suns.

Rank 1: When making attacking or being attacked, the victim has a 12% chance of having their associated secondary buffs halved.
Master: Effects two targets. When making attacking or being attacked, the victim has a 18% chance of having their associated secondary buffs halved.

Rank 1 Cost: 500 Cp, 250 Cp/Rnd
Master Cost: 620 Cp, 310 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts two rounds, and requires a Ninjutsu check each round active.
- This does not apply to any Genjutsu, and cannot be increased above a 30% chance of activating.
- If the user is attacking, their Accuracy buffs would be halved. If they are being attacked, their Dodge buffs would be halved.
- If the victim uses a water-based Jutsu, this has a +8% chance of activating.
- This causes a minimum of -2 Acc/Dodge.

Rushing Burst
The user focuses heated chakra into their palm, then rush up to the victim to release the blast point blank. This heatwave is highly effective, and if actual contact is made can leave whatever was touched shriveled like a mummy.

Rank 1: Deals 1220 damage at +2 Accuracy. This strike has a 12% chance of activating the 'Sear' effect.
Master: Deals 1520 damage at +2 Accuracy. This strike has a 18% chance of activating the 'Sear' effect.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp, this may be used as a called shot. This takes on all called shot penalties, and deals only 1/3 of the damage, but inflicts the 'Desiccate' effect, with an additional called shot level. This may only be done once per round, and does not cause the 'Sear' effect.

Master Cost: 450 Cp

Notes:
- This may use Ninjutsu or Melee Accuracy
- When 'Seared' the target has a 10% chance of taking critical damage to the next attack to hit them. If this is not successful, then they only take +10% damage from the attack. This does not stack.

Unstable Release
The user releases a pulse of heat outward, creating a wide range of damage and destruction centered on themselves. This release of volatile chakra outright burns the surroundings with charred, black scorch marks.

Master Cost: 730 Cp

Notes:
- If the Burn effect activates on a clone it is dispelled. If it activates upon a normal target, they suffer +10% Cp costs for a full round.
- The 'Burn' effect causes the target to take +5% damage for a full round. 'Burn' stacks up to three times, and may only be inflicted once per use.
