Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Reclined at the entrance steps of the university was a man with hair so long that it covered his face. Next to him was a brown bag that smelled of a foul odor. One would think him the town drunk at first glance, but that couldn't be. For you see this man had a flute. This made him the town's drunk musician; probably a music theory major who had drunk a bit too much after celebrating the end of finals.

"Gather round so that I can sing to you the song of my people," the drunk musician said. No doubt he was trying to con unsuspecting university students into giving him money after he sang a quick tune for them. There were few things worse in the world than musicians who expected to get money for their art. What was next? A baker asking payment for his bread?

"There once existed a creature by the name of Keshi who terrorized this land,"

"The creature was small,"

"No bigger than an eraser,"

"But he was mightier than any sword,"

"He would slighter his way into your books and eat its pages,"

"With time he grew hungry for more,"

"He ate more and more knowledge,"

"He ate encyclopedias,"

"He ate dictionaries,"

"He even ate a Professor or two,"

"The students cried out for someone to end the terror of the Keshi,"

"But there was no one who could do anything,"

The young boy was just passing by. He was in no way shape or form even a student of the university. He heard a man singing, his singing by no means was anywhere near great. Although, it was not god awfully terrible.

A small creature named Keshi. No bigger than an eraser. Mighter than any sword...

Kurai was still young, but very intelligent. Or at least inquisitive.

He stopped to listen to the rest of the song the old, Ill-groomed, drunk man was singing. After the long haired man had completed his song, Kurai immediately blurted out: "What manner of creature was Keshi.."? Kurai had a puzzled look on his face as he asked his question.

This creature he's talking about is undoubtedly something that has changed history to it's personal preference... If it's real that is...

Kurai waited for the drunken musician to reply to his question, wondering if he had even heard him over the sound of the incredible wind that must've been spinning the musician's head.

(OoC: Sorry if my drunk joke wasn't too funny xD)

"What type of creature was Keshi?"

The bard thought this over for a second before hiccuping.

"Keshi was a tall fellow,"

"He also had a great big beard,"

"He said that the girls liked it,"

"Not that the girls themselves thought so,"

"Most girls don't like beards you see,"

"They like men who are clean shaven,"

At this the bard stopped his tune, taking a moment to look at his face. He made a mental note to head down to the barber for a good shaving of his own.

"When he ate others he turned into a hairy beast,"

"Much taller than any man,"

"He became so big and hairy that he was called a bear by some,"

"But he weren't one of 'em cute bears,"

"He was a big ugly bear,"

"You know the sort I speak of eh?"
