Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Week one of staying with her Aunt and Uncle. It hasn't been bad, but it surely hasn't been welcoming either. She knows them well enough that something is up. And it is mainly when she is around. Something they don't want her to know.

"Time for you to go to bed now, Ayana, it is getting late." Her Uncle Rox'zas told her. Her was a rather gruff person, blood brother of her father. There was a certain look in his eyes that just tells Ayana she did something bad, but she doesn't know what it may even be. She obediently went to bed, but rather fall asleep like she always does, she stays awake. In the past few days, she met someone that may have unknowingly opened the door of information for her. Kotone. She had pointed out that she went "space-case" when talking about family. And then there's that thought in the back of her head that she is missing important.

Ayana got back out of bed and slowly made her way to the door to her room. Slowly turning the knob she gave it a pull, only to find it is locked. That was strange... Why is it locked...? There is something definitely going on now.

She looked over at the window. Her climbing needs work, but that's why she has chakra. Ayana tested the window with a small tug, and it came up with ease. Nice, this will be easier now. Pulling the window fully up she did her best not to look down. It solely would remind her of Mr. Fox, Maru, who stole her glasses and she almost died from falling off a cliff. Swinging herself around to find a hold of the house, chakra running through her hands and feet, Ayana made her way down the side of the house until she came to a window, in which she knows leads the the living room.

Listening, she can hear talking from the inside, her Aunt and Uncle were talking. "We can't keep her here forever!" Her Uncle yelled. "The doctors say that it may have not been her." Her Aunt answered back in a harsh tone. They continued to argue back and forth, Ayana leaned back to not be seen if either of her relatives were to look out the window. Tears were rolling down her face, with one hand, she wiped them away.

So... Something did happen, and her Uncle believes it's her fault. Finally, she heard the door close and footsteps nearby, finally getting quieter. It's her guess they are doing some late night shopping. Ayana managed to open the living room window and climbed in. All the lights were off, giving an eerie vibe. The girl pushed the sense of unease of the darkness past her. She needs to find out what the doctors found out about her.

She walked over to the nearest drawer that has a pile of mail on it. News, ad magazines, house bills, letters from other named people she doesn't care about. None of this seemed to help her one bit. She looked around some more and finally came across a medical bill. It had her name on it as the patient. And a few million yen is needed for having her to be seen. Her heart dropped reading that. A few million yen? On top of whatever her Aunt and Uncle were fighting about, they were also footed a very heavy medical bill that they would not be able to pay off very easily. She felt bad that she doesn't know why she is such a burden. Shaking her head, Ayana continued to read the medical bill, seeing if there were any clues as to why she costed her family millions. Then the phrase came up. Dissociative amnesia

Ayana knows and understands the amnesia part, but what does dissociative even mean? Wait a minute... Is that why she can't remember something important? She has some sort of amnesia? She has to make a mental note to make physical notes so that if she does forget stuff, to look at what she wrote. But for now, she'll just have to keep this bill in her safe keeping. Pocketing the piece of paper, she continued to look around.

Then she found the most peculiar of letters, this one was a letter with no name on it. "Now who do you belong t-" She stopped mid-sentence reading the contents of the letter.

It is unknown whether or not the child is responsible for her parents murders. But as of right now, she needs to be trained as a ninja. The way she learns to fight, and if she gains her memories back through training is vital to learning about her parents' fate.

The letter fell to the ground. Ayana knelt down, almost curling herself in a ball. "But... It wasn't me. There were demons... They killed Mom and Dad!" She screamed and cried. After rubbing her eyes, though, she had a blank look on her face. She looked around, confused for a few seconds before feeling a piece of paper in one of her pockets. Bringing it out, she realized it was the medical bill she had found earlier. This was the only thing she had found? Was this why she was crying?

Ayana let out a yawn, looking at a clock, she realized that it was getting really late. She put the medical bill back in her pocket and scooped up the mystery paper and put it back on the drawer, not really paying attention to it.

With that done, the girl decided it was time to go back to bed. She climbed back out the window, shut it ever so quietly, and climbed all the way back to her room. Once inside, she closed the window and climbed into bed. Her mind was racing. What exactly has happened? She can only guess so much as she stashed the medical bill in a super secret hiding place, in one of the drawers of her desk that is an arm's length away. She actually feels accomplished. She just needs to know what exactly dissociative even means.
