Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

A mysterious Puppet Technique that turns their puppet into a vacuum, absorbing the most fearsome of attacks into nothingness and converting it into additional defense in their next technique.

Information
Prerequisites: A-Rank, a weapon with the Puppet damage type

Rank 1: Acts as a barrier that blocks up to 3300 damage from a single attack.
Rank 2: Acts as a barrier that blocks up to 4000 damage from a single attack.

Rank 1 Cost: 1650 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2060 Cp

Note
- May be used Reflexively.
- May only be used once every other round and does not stack.
- May not be used against S-Rank Jutsu.
- 20% of the damage absorbed by Nihil Shield may be added to the next Puppet Taijutsu's damage/Hp that the user performs, not including itself.

Puppet Fusion
A powerful technique that requires multiple puppets in order to create larger and more powerful puppet in their place.

Information
Prerequisites: A-Rank, a weapon with the Puppet damage type

Rank 1: Combines two puppet weapons into a single construct with 5280 Hp.
Rank 2: Combines up to three puppet weapons into a single construct with 6600 Hp.

Rank 1 Cost: 2420 Cp, 1210 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 3025 Cp, 1510Cp/Rnd

Note
- This is a Creation jutsu.
- Cannot be used with Hitokugutsu Type puppet weapons.
- The construct has -3 Secondaries to the user and 5 Ap. The construct may attack for 1 AP, dealing 705/880 puppet damage using ranged accuracy.
- This technique does not require the user to use their equipped puppet weapon in the process; they may choose puppet weapons currently unequipped (but not ones that are dropped).
- This creation benefits from each augment on all the synced weapons, however their effects do not stack.
- Once destroyed, all weapons used in this technique have their called shot penalties increased by 1 rank.

Kaizo Trap
A puppet technique best performed when when the victim thinks they've destroyed the user's puppet; only to be painfully mistaken when this technique violently tears apart the puppet and rebuilds it anew through a vast array of small chakra threads.

Information
Prerequisites: A-Rank, a weapon with the Puppet damage type

Rank 1: Can only be used when one of the user's puppet-type weapons are at the broken called shot level (it does not need to be equipped currently). Deals 3630 Damage at -2 Accuracy. At the end of this technique any Called Shot penalties applied to the puppet are healed.
Rank 2: Can only be used when one of the user's puppet-type weapons are at the broken called shot level (it does not need to be equipped currently). Deals 4535 Damage at -2 Accuracy. At the end of this technique any Called Shot penalties applied to the puppet are healed.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp, this Jutsu may be 'prepared' before a puppet-type weapon has reached Broken called shot status; this is considered a Trap with a unique trigger condition. This jutsu will be triggered the moment the weapon becomes Broken. If used in this manner, this reverses the attack's -2 Accuracy penalty into a +2 bonus. The user pays half the AP and CP upon using this jutsu, and the other half upon it being triggered. Each round between performing this jutsu and it being triggered pays the 'halved' CP cost again as a maintain cost.

Rank 1 Cost: 1815 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2270 Cp

Note
- Damage from this technique does not receive the usual damage penalty for attacking with a Broken weapon, but still receives the accuracy penalty.
- Each time used with the same weapon after the initial usage increases this jutsu's CP cost by +25%, stacking indefinitely.
- If the user is currently wielding a different weapon upon using this technique, once healed of called shot ranks, the weapon used with this jutsu will replace their currently equipped weapon (dropping their previous one if needed).

Iron Maiden
A scary technique where the user attempts to trap the target inside of their puppet, their weapon becoming a prison for the hapless target.

Information
Prerequisites: A-Rank, a weapon with the Puppet damage type

Rank 1: Binds a target at -3 Accuracy. This acts as a barrier which absorbs 3300 damage before being damaged enough for the victim to escape. Once this barrier is reduced to 0, the weapon used with this has its called shot level is set to Broken.
Rank 2: Binds a target at -3 Accuracy. This acts as a barrier which absorbs 4125 damage before being damaged enough for the victim to escape. Once this barrier is reduced to 0, the weapon used with this has its called shot level is set to Broken.

Rank 1 Cost: 1,760 CP, 880 CP/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 2200 Cp, 1100 Cp/Rnd.

Note
- This is considered a Prison Bind.
- While bound, the target cannot perform handseals or move. A target has a 15% chance to escape for 2.5ap.
- The barrier blocks actions targeting the bound victim.
- After completion, requires ten seconds of cooldown.

Flamethrower Stream
The puppet releases a large torrent of blazing hot flames across the entire battlefield. Few things are as simple as burning away troubles with fire.

Information
Prerequisites: A-Rank, a weapon with the Puppet damage type

Rank 1: Shoots a stream of fire across the battlefield, causing up to three targets to take 1,400 damage each round active. Due to the range and intensity of the flames, all missed initial hits are re-rolled with a -2 Accuracy penalty.
Rank 2: Shoots a stream of fire across the battlefield, causing up to three targets to take 1,750 damage each round active. Due to the range and intensity of the flames, all missed initial hits are re-rolled with a -1 Accuracy penalty.

Rank 1 Cost: 1815 Cp, 905 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 2270 Cp, 1135 Cp/Rnd

Note
- May be maintained up to forty seconds.
- Requires a new attack roll using Ranged Accuracy each round maintained, to see whether this jutsu inflicts damage or not.
- The first round of damage is dealt as soon as this jutsu hits, but is dealt at the beginning of the round for every round after.
