A few days after Kumogakure Preliminary Tournament…
The decision had been made. Cloud council had spoken. After reviewing every angle of the three preliminary battles, a decision, albeit difficult, had been made. More than just their battle prowess was tested, and for it they were scored.
The Raikage scribbled a missive, signing it and sealing the envelope with the official insignia of his office.
“Be sure this makes it to the event handlers in Tea Country.” He said as he passed the scroll off to a waiting Jounin messenger.
“Hai, Raikage-sama!” he said before leaving the room. Ayumu leaned back in his chair, a smirk across his face as he thought of the three men who would be representing Lightning country in the international tournament.
