Avatar, Signature, Profile Banner, and Postbit Rules

Avatars

Some Basic Information/Rules Regarding Avatars:

• Please keep avatars at 125x125 OR 125x200 in dimension.
• The use of offensive avatars will lead to the removal of the privilege of having one.
  • Offensive - Ecchi, sexually explicit, slanderous to others, racially/sexually insulting.
• Only current administrators and those who donate (minimum $5 by Paypal) to the site may have animated avatars. If you are interested you can donate to the owner of the site through paypal in the button below, and you will be given a medal proving you are a donator within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
• Please note that a donation does not make you exempt from site rules and you may lose your right to have an avatar/signature if you elect to utilize offensive avatars.
• In order to follow the design aspect of the forum, it is highly recommended but not required that you use a dark 1 pixel wide in dimension black border around the outer most part of your avatar, to frame it within the design of the site.
• Your avatar must represent your character.

Signatures

Some Basic Information/Rules Regarding Signatures:

• Please ensure that your signature remains a reasonable size in textual length, and does not contain more than one image of 1024 Kilobytes (1 MB) maximum. The maximum dimensions are 400 pixels wide and 140 pixels tall for your main signature image.
• One additional fanclub image is allowed once you sign up to a fanclub. or a simple mini banner. Fanclub image size is 150x75, no more, no less. and mini banners are sized 125x25.
  • Please note, you are not allowed both. It is either one or the other
• There is a limit of two lines of items past the main signature image. If you are using more than three lines, be it text or a minibanner, then you must split the signature into columns. No column is allowed to be larger than the main signature image itself.
• Your entire signature must use the same justification.
• No swearing in your signature.
• You cannot include empty lines in the signature to take up more space.

Postbit

Some Basic Information/Rules Regarding Postbit Images:

• Please contain your images within 400x400 pixels. It causes page loads to be heavier, and thus slower.
• Please upload your postbit image to imgur and use the direct link to it. This is to prevent us from having to load images in from 300 different places.
• No images that are NSFW. This includes nudity, sexual acts, and anything else that is not safe for work. If you're not sure, don't use it.
• The general image rules also apply to postbit images.
• Donators are allowed to have animated images in their postbit.

Postbit Tips

• If you use an image that tiles infinitely on the y-axis, it'll look better as the image is repeated down for the entire length of the postbit.
• Abstract imagery usually works best for postbit images as they tend to look better when repeated.
