Rank 1: Creates a swirling typhoon that deals 1900 damage at +1 accuracy. This has a 21% chance of causing bleeding.
Master: Creates a swirling typhoon that deals 2350 damage at +1 accuracy. This has a 28% chance of causing bleeding.

Special Action - Torrential Whirlpool: If cast while Mystical Pond is active, this jutsu may target all with Mystical Pond. This may only be done once per round, and doing so gives the victims a free attempt to escape.

Rank 1: Creates a large shark out of water that charges into a target and explodes, dealing 2100 damage at -1 Accuracy with a 14% chance of causing the 'Crush' effect.
Master: Creates a large shark out of water that charges into a target and explodes, dealing 2625 damage at -1 Accuracy with a 21% chance of causing the 'Crush' effect.

Special Action - Feeding Frenzy: The user may create 5 sharks of water, with 110% of the total damage being divided equally into the sharks. Each shark strikes at +2 Accuracy, with a 7%/8% chance of causing the 'Crush' effect. A single target may only be hit by 4 sharks, and this may be divided up among targets.

Special Action - Great Shark Bomb: By paying +10% Cp, the user may lower Accuracy by -1 to increase the base damage by +5% -or- grant +3% chance of causing the Crush effect. This may be done twice.

Master Cost: 990 Cp

Notes:
- The 'Crush' effect causes suppression and raises the called shot level of a single limb chosen at random. This may only happen once per use.

Mystical PondA jutsu that allows one to turn the area beneath them into a large body of water, and all except for the user fall into it. This water is infused with the user's chakra and normally prevents anyone from walking upon the surface, while at the same time making the water lighter. Because of its light state, the human body's natural buoyancy is negated, and anyone caught in it must be making a constant effort to keep their head above water, or risk sinking like a pile of bricks and drowning. This jutsu is excellent for crowd control restraint, though the user must constantly maintain this technique, or it becomes a pond of normal water.

Rank 1: This technique creates a lake beneath the user that causes up to two targets to fall within at -3 Accuracy. While submerged, the victims have a 14% chance of suffering the 'Suffocation' effect every action they perform. Additionally, all targets have a 14% chance to lose 1 Ap each round.
Master: This technique creates a lake beneath the user that causes up to two targets to fall within at -2 Accuracy. While submerged, the victims have a 14% chance of suffering the 'Suffocation' effect every action they perform. Additionally, all targets have a 21% chance to lose 1 Ap each round.

Special Action: The user may increase the CP cost of this jutsu by +20%. Doing so allows them to target one additional target, however, it gives this jutsu an additional -2 Accuracy against all targets.

Rank 1 Cost: 865 Cp to initiate, 420 CP/rnd
Master Cost: 1080 Cp to initiate, 540 CP/rnd

Notes:
- This jutsu may be maintained up to thirty seconds.
- All must make a Ninjutsu check against the user at the start of each round to determine whether they can surface above the water or are still affected. Additional escape attempts may be made for 1.5 Ap.
- Ap lost by this jutsu is treated as suppression.
- The 'Suffocation' effect increases a jutsu's Cp cost by +20% and lowers its accuracy by -2. Each time suffocation takes effect after the first during the same round, the victim take 1% Max Hp damage.
- If the user uses more that 15% of their max Cp during a round, this jutsu is dispelled.
