Approved- everything is fine, except for the mid-training stat allocation. In order for you to increase your stats beyond 50, you have to be D-Rank, which can't happen until your current training is approved. I just want to be on the safe side here

Keiji confirmed- ranking up mid-training is indeed totally fine. Thanks for your patience, and sorry about that. I learned something new today!
