Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Traveling to Raiden's Eye was a relaxing thing. After the civil war had ended so had most of the issues of roaming bands of criminals. Shiranai had focused the Generals forces on getting rid of them and slowly but surely they were being exterminated. Of course you couldn't end them all, new ones would gather in some locations. Kushin also knew that there were more issues going on in the north, though he was waiting on news from one of his henchmen in regards to that.

Kushin was walking, he'd decided this time not to bother with a horse, to a town located at the base of the Thunder Mountains. This was generally the place where people ended up before attempting to reach Cloud, and was a good location for it as well. There were rivers which were filled with fresh water newly fallen from the clouds above and vast fields around for farming. Also a railway was located here to get to Raiden's Eye.

Waiting for the coach he sat on board and watched the scene outside change and pass as the train traveled along its tracks. He relaxed, the satchel sitting next to him wouldn't be stolen, not from there, and he could get off of the train when he reached the stop which was located just outside the temple. Simple and easy. Which was why this was a C-Rank mission after all. Low danger, outside the village, maybe an attempt to steal something, but don't let that happen. And so he wouldn't.

The scenery changed over the course of several hours from farmland to marsh to town to marsh to farmland to city. The buzz and smell of Raiden's Eye. Kushin watched the monstrosity get closer as the tracks drew him in. A finger tapped the golden statue from above its cloth covers. He was getting ever closer and the city crept up. They were on the outskirts now, and then suddenly the scene went from green grassed fields with trees and hills to brown buildings, dirty grey streets and people. Lots of people.

The further they went the cleaner it got, the more beautiful, if you could call it that. They got through the slums and into the city. This was closer to where Kushin needed to be, though not close enough, not yet. The temple was just outside the palace, which was awfully lucky for the next part of his mission.

The buildings got larger, grander, better constructed, then better designed. He felt as though he'd just been devoured by some monstrous beast, and now was coming close to the stomach. Yet he got off at his stop, stepped down from the railyard and headed across the road to the temple. It was quite glorious in its glittering silvers and golds. Giant bronze statues and marble steps. It matched its neighbor the palace, perhaps outdid it in many ways. Kushin was quite sure that it was the most majestic place he'd ever visit.

He found the priest and gave him the statue, though the man couldn't carry it, so instead he was guided to where it went. Kushin obeyed and placed the statue where it belonged. Then received the payment for his efforts. Money which would be more than the C-Rank pay, but of course the excess went to the village. Tax. A wondrous thing.

Stepping outside once more he looked to the palace... that was his next visit.
