Communications Debris
The Communications Center was the focus point of correspondence within the village. Speakers throughout the village are wired to a single room to serve as an Emergency Broadcast System and in the case of the Cabal away to announce their devious intentions. Shortly after the Cabal's announcement, the switchboard was smashed and the Communications Center became a haven for ne'er-do-wells who took the broken center and made it a center to distribute missions for the Cabal.
Recently, the Cabal influences in the Communication Debris were driven out. Toraono Kuro was about to make a single announcement to let everyone know that a way out of the village had been discovered. After he sent that final transmission a fountain of sparks erupted from the transmitter. It was enough to save the village (hopefully), but the communications transmitter is useless and the center is in utter disarray. Cleaning and repair efforts will be soon underway.
