Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

“Her ears flicked when she heard the wind rustling through the forest. The sounds were in all kinds of directions, as it was spring many animals were returning or waking up from their winter period. Trees were gaining their beautiful green colored leaves, small fruits were starting to grow on different kind of trees as well. Birds were chirping, hunters were hunting on their small prey. The sound of water was close to the destination of the tiny creature. But what was, even more, coming in closer was the sound of someone entering the forest and closer to the home of Lyessa. Lyessa was a small creature with a beautiful pearl white coat and a blue sign on her forehead. Her bright blue eyes would also spring out and her soft, rose-colored nose was sniffing the air.
A loud snap sounded and soon a voice erupted and she made a run for it. The sounds coming from behind her were soon to follow. Faster and faster the sounds were going till those stopped. Lyessa was one of the younger ones out of the whole pact.

The two people were coming in closer to their tiny little village. The village was decorated with really tiny orbs which gave off this blue light. A lot of structures were made with a delicate form. The entrance was only a front part because on the inside it was a whole lot more complicated made... Yet where you would look nothing would show as it normally would be. The small village was almost looking deserted but things were left in such a rush. The people were going more towards the center where a fountain was slowly running and a bigger blue orb was in the middle and the water was streaming from all sides of it. The buildings were small as if only a small person could fit the entrance... But once they looked inside the homes their eyes would be met with a lot of different pairs of eyes. But they all had this blue glow going from it.
A voice emitted from behind them, a voice with the tune as light as a feather and almost in a dancing tune. "State your business." Were the voice-only saying and a ferocious high pitched soft tune? The persons were actually laughing at the creature standing there... But when there were more emerging from all the houses around them... It was soon clear they were facing maybe a little more over 40 animals now. After a quick conversation between the three of them, there were a lot of changes happening." And with that Nao closed the book as he watched the three small children. They wanted to hear more about it, but one of them was already asleep. Before that they could reply, Nao would make a hushed motion and give them all a rub over the head before exiting the room. His own place was finally done, he could finally help the place around more.

As he went through the door towards the garden… he was found with something else. He stood in front of something entirely else… and once he looked back, he found himself with no way to return. “W-what..” He found himself stuttering and as he started to look around the place he soon found out he wasn’t anywhere where he was familiar. “D-did… I time travel again..?” An awkward grin formed on his face… But as he tried to get out, he found himself leaped back into this place. “T-this… isn’t coincidence..” He muttered out loud and started to sit down at the ground, drawing in the ground about what he knew so far… but even after he had done so, he couldn’t get far all together. “Tsk… what is this..” he would check other things, breeze, sky, earth.. all other affects to see if it was a genjutsu… but this didn’t even seem to be a case either.

Slowly he started to move through the place. Eventually he found a place and his body somewhat moved towards it on its own. The house had become aware of itself, of the history that echoed within the walls. Somewhere within, mixed with the pain, were images of soft flowers. Yet, if inside felt stagnant, just as a river, it simply needed to flow. And so one day, after time unmeasured, the house opened each door and window. It shivered at first, for the wind felt cold and it was used to the dust and the odor of nothing. It was about to close, to find a way to love the isolation, to become one with the rats who crawled and the sticky spider webs, when in came the fragrance of soft flowers. The house shivered again, but in a different way, this time there was a small fragment of warmth, a tiny brave smile on the walls. There were days that the old house did shut every door and window, times darkly shrunken from the world, hoping to be invisible. Yet, as the seasons changed, as Earth circled the sun, the doors and windows opened all the more. They say that the pain below right out of that house a little at a time and the nature that house craved entered a little at the time - the birdsong, blossom, and sunshine.

Day and night had switched around and the house suddenly looked warm and inviting unlike a moment that he had entered in on. "Plu..." sounded soft and scared, a creature was shivering under a small round coffee table near a door that had a staircase hidden to go downstairs. "Plu...." It sounded once more and only a moment of shivering was soon to be found. Yet it was a single one that was around not the second one...

Slowly the door was opening up and the red creature started to hide more away as if there was something... they were fearing to find something down below.
The room had a different orientation then it had from the outside, the insides already looking bigger then what would have been seen from the outside worlds. Inside it was still old-fashioned dressed everywhere and the atmosphere that hangs was a silent one, one that wouldn't feel too pretty. As the two adventures came to their way inside... There was soon a problem to discover, there wasn't a sight of both the creatures right now. Just a door that had a staircase going down... But what they didn't know was that the blue colored one was hiding in the same room as they were right now. It was hiding himself below a coffee table and staying silent for a small while, shivering as he was separated from the different one.

Down, where the sun didn't shine, where there wasn't a happy tweeter around. Nothing joyfully, only a killing silence and a cold atmosphere hanging... There was a single bright lit room that had a flickering sight. There were multiple torches lit that had a strange effect on the box that stood in the middle. It had a seal around it that was already tearing down, having aged over time. Right in front of that, the door in its back the red creature lay down there. On hands and on knees with its tiny paws covering his head. "Min.." It kept saying as it was shivering in fear... This was the place that the angels feared to treat.

“Hey hey… you are alright, you are fine now..” Nao tried to encourage the thing and as his words broke the silence in this living room. Slowly it crawled from under the coffee table... It kept shivering as it felt threatened. Not by him, but by the thing that lurked down below. As first as it did was run behind them to use them as a spacer from the danger below. Before it would even say a single thing. "min..."

It kept there standing for a while until it started to sit a bit scared into each other. For the male, it took a blink and suddenly a boy was sitting there scared and covering his head. "T-they have her... T-there is this evil lurking in this mansion... One we cannot contain anymore." It explained a bit hectic as for the moment and behind him, in the walls, a map was slowly engraved of this place. The wood had a slight burning smell to it. But there was a map laid out. "Deep down below... There is a place where even angels fear to tread." It said softly and took a breather. "She is there, trying to contain the seal that was placed long ago on this angel. A weeping angel." It said softly and started to strait himself. "Please help me get her back and get this place free from evil... I am sorry for what we have done to you... But we have your attention and we can undo it! But... I need her..." He muttered as he finally figured what he had done wasn't the smartest plan and already knew he was going to get scolded for this stunt by the overlord. He offered a small notebook on which the words weeping angel stood, but never a picture of the thing that was dangerous. Nao agreed towards it and started on a move.

As they started to move towards the entrance of the place down below.. it would be a sight to be seen... it was almost as if they walked straight into an old cave instead of a basement. It was howled out with man's hands and tools. Nothing was done like today's work would have been done... But as they would be walking around, signs of struggles could be seen. Old, old parts of blood sometimes smudge, other times it was something more light scratches but it seemed this was all just a few people back in the days. They even came across a room which was most likely used for interrogation because the skeleton was still stuck with wrists with a chain, its ankles were together stuck below... and the spine was broken in half, a painful death being torn apart. It set the basement more in the light of a dungeon... yet eventually through the hallways, the noises of rats here and there... There was a sound for Nao to hear of a small girl's voice crying softly. It was close but not where the map would have located the girl to be, it seemed that she had been running away from this thing as well and found herself rather trapped with nowhere else to go. The small boy in their traveling was also heard the small girl and ran in front towards it. but before he could go into the room... the girl and a man stood there. The man obviously looked like he had had his best days. "More people!" Was the sound of it? "Take these mice out and run for your lives if you and your pets would want to live!" It saw the small boy and girl as two creatures instead of for those who it was... So it seemed they were only showing truly who they were to those they trusted. The weeping angels were both walking around, moving. One made it's home inside the mannequin room the other stood still by the ice hallway where it had been blocked off... Their only attack being their eyes and even an image of an angel is an angel... something the two creatures might have forgotten to mention earlier. "Alright... one of them is in the mannequin room, the other still by the ice location... seems dormant... Just keep on your toes..." He said and would keep the map on the floor almost in a 3d program. "Don't worry... we will make sure you are rewarded for helping us!" They both smiled bright after that. "We make sure of that..."
Rumoring sounds were coming from the place where all the mannequins would be standing. They all were almost a look-alike from the angel, dormant forms, non-dormant forms... All kinds were standing there. Arms low, hands covering the eyes, hands like claws. Many, many forms were down there and the real one was hiding somewhere in between all of them. At first, it didn't even have any heed regarding them entering the place. But when it did, it started in the chase. Getting closer with each time they did not watch. Shifting in its place and eventually standing only a few feet away from them. It was almost as if it had a brain on its own with how it moved, between the other statues but on the last part if went from the clear path towards them.

The one being between the ice started to turn and walk around, it made statistic sounds as the past shinobi had a headset on its head. "It isn't painful to die... You won't even feel the snap on your neck. I know I am dead, but the angels want revenge for what has taken place. We need your life essence." It sounded the person transformed into it could speak thanks to the headset, but the words were echoïng through the halls.

The creatures stayed up, the female using herself as a sonar and keeping a direct link to her chosen one, same for the blue one that followed their life essence instead of chakra. "Now to the right... There should be the first angel, look out it is close!" they both sounded to their chosen ones and kept looking at the other one also. "This is difficult... I really hope they will be fine.." They muttered. Not even realizing who stood behind them just yet.

“Enough!” A different voice sounded. Moments later, the attict would be bright white and then a warmth would fill. Not even a hot warmth but more of a welcoming one... and seconds later the two children would be standing near them. It seemed the mirrors would still have done their job and killed off that one Wheeping Angel there. As it watched it's own mirror reflection. "Hmm... quite a mess quite a mess..." The one floating repeated and leaned onto her handpalm.
She studied the two in front of them… “ Before we play games... Let me introduce myself. I am Ina... You could say I am a Kami of some height in rank..." She spoke, her size was small but she was a child, same as the others. But still, she had the ropes in hands-on what was going on here. "Please do not worry about the other weeping angel... I locked it in place and will deal with it personally... Now I know these two have caused some trouble.." And with that she watched the two children who had each a small bump on their head.
"I do apologize for this in advance... and I would like... to make a unique offer on top... It hasn't gone unnoticed towards me, but also someone else... " She said and tutted her lips as she said.

"This... might be short through the loop... but I want to offer you a contract with us... the deeds you have done have more than proven themselves worthy to me... and others..." She said and would nod a couple of times... she snapped in her fingers.. She summoned objects to their liking to be signed to be as a contract.
