General Description: A boy of considerable talent, Deruri has always been prized by his family for what he may become. At a young age, he showed a talent for Taijutsu against his brother, that often won him his duels. And as a younger brother, this helped his pride grow often, even for the areas he lacked.
Standing at an average height for a ten year old, he measures at 4'3", and weighs in at 75 pounds. His body is well muscled for his age, but still slender which is what gives him his agility. He has green eyes and brown hair, and a strong jaw as a young characteristic.
Psychologically, he is very noble in his acts. He seems to run off a personal code of honor, which some depict as perhaps a shinobi code. But to him, it is more than that. It is how he acts in every single situation, living off it as if a set of rules.
In social interactions, he tends to speak last in a conversation. He enjoys watching others rather than interacting. And if he does, it is to come to a conclusion with what he has observed. Conflict is not in his nature, but nor is it out of his animal instinct.
History:
Deruri was born into a family of shinobi, who were not special, nor were they below par.
Grandfather being a lord who owned a well estate, the family was always financially stable. With good tutors and instructors, Deruri's father became a Chuunin at the age of fourteen. After three years of an average career, he then became a Jounin instructor, and met his wife.
Deruri's mother was born into a family of medics, and ensued this life from early on. She showed excellent chakra control, and focused all her time and effort until she was a chief medic by the age of eighteen. Once meeting Deruri's father, she continued her career with grace. After several years of dating, the two became blessed with their first child.
Deruri's brother was two years older than he. But they grew up as best friends, always close and well spoken towards each other. Trained together, and provided each other with training instruction of what the other's flaw was.
Now at the tender age of nine, Deruri goes into the academy with no special talents so far, other than his taijutsu. He studies hard to understand other fundamentals of being a shinobi, but has not blossomed yet. His family constantly helps him with what he needs, and is very supportive. This has caused him to become a very kind heart with empathy as a forefront emotion.
But at the same time, he shows a certain curiosity that others deem as odd. He has fascinations with taboo subjects in the medical arts that his mother refuses to speak of. Some days he wanders out of the estate into areas of the city that a young one shouldn't without fear.
And yet he shows nothing but the best intentions. At current time, he is waiting to attend his first academy class with eagerness to make new friends.
