Personality: Haruna turned out to be much like her childhood friend. Haruna is eccentric to say the least. Public indecency does faze her. She wishes to have a child of her own and enjoys the company of both men, women and even her own dolls, but she has unreasonable standards to whom she will procreate with. She puppeteers in an unusual fashion by giving them personalities to the point that she carries conversations with them; she even argued with some of them. She is a protectionist when it come to her art and will utterly destroy her creation if she thinks it doesn’t look real.
Appearance: Her exoskeleton in as white as snow and wears a custom made kimono to fit her with her extra arms. Though she lost her skin, she still has her long black her, which she ties in a ponytail. Her skin was not the only thing she lost; her bust size is not what it used to be and because of that she looks like a feminine male. Occasionally she wears her puppets like armor; giving her a completely different look, however her preferred cosmetic use of her puppets is a puppet craft jutsu which gives her moth like wings.
History: Haruna was an unusual one from the start, but was born gifted in the art of puppetry. In her first class she befriended Hebi and it was there they learned that in order to pass the academy one must receive so many credits. This would take days for a normal student, but not them. No they merely summons two support puppets and uses puppet transformation to make them look like each other. With these to puppet she was able to take two classes at one time, thus allowing them to achieve the credits they needed in a half of the time. However they both decided to wait to take the exam for two heads is better than one. They did not apply to any more classes but their puppets transform as someone else. So both they and their puppet signed up for the exam.
In the exam the participants were split into two teams, however it was up to the students to decide the teams. Hebi and Haruna were in one team and their dolls in another. The other team did not have a chance with a saboteur in there mists. She consider it a lesson to the other team to always question the identity of those around you on a mission for you never know when one of them may be replaced even at the start. The one who ran the exam knew what was going on for he was a puppet maker. He knew a puppet when he saw one and he saw potential in the two of them. His name was Hoshi and made the both of them his apprentice. He taught them ways of the puppeteer. He taught them how to pour their soul into a puppet, thus giving it life and emotion. He taught them how to sculpt and mold a puppet to make it look like a real person without the need of a transformation jutsu. Hoshi was like a father to the both of them and they loved him dearly.
Now that Hoshi was on his deathbed it was to decide who was going to inherit the company. I would be a hard choose, but only one can own the shop, due to tradition. To Harunaa’s dismay Hebi was chosen. Not wanting to break up such a good friendship, she congratulates Hebi in becoming the next owner of the Storyteller. However unwilling to let her talents go to waste, Haruna opens her own puppet shop which covers a different array of puppets. While Hebi creates puppets to resemble people and animals, Haruna creates puppets that resemble demons and monsters.

Haruna is a priestess of the Tsubaki clan and it is her duty to defend Kumogakure from evil spirits and demons. There was a rumor of a Jurougumo, a spider demon, recently occupied some caverns in Monumentum Deo. According to the rumor a squad of shinobi was walking deep into the caverns and was attacked by a human size spider. Only the squad leader made it out, however he was supposedly seriously injured. Now Haruna is not dumb enough to go through the dark wet caverns just because of a rumor. No she goes to the medical complex and finds this squad leader. She questioned the shinobi and got all the information she needed.
Haruna travels deep into the caverns following the directions that she got from the ninja. She carries a torch in her hand to light the way and as she turns a corner it was evident that what she was told was true. The place was covered in cobweb and Haruna approached carefully into the spider den. There was a sound a small girl’s voice crying for help. She quickens her pace, but still keeps an eye out for the demon. She reaches the girl and she matched the description of one of the genin that was part of the attacked squad. She was incased in spider web and was held suspended from the ceiling by a thin thread. As she wiggles violently she cries, “Please get me down from here. I don’t want to get eaten.” Her voice was hoarse as if she was screaming for hours.
Haruna pulls out a kunai and throws it at the line attacking here to the ceiling. The web was cut and the girl plummets into Haruna arms. She lays the girl on the ground and put on her Neko-te. With her claw type weapons she rips through the web and sets the girl free. “Thank you. Thank you, but you must help me. My teammates they’ve been captured. The spider lady dragged them this way follow me.” Haruna nods and the girl lead her through a series of tunnels.
The girl turns around a corner and when Haruna follows a big gust of wind blows out the torch. “Don’t worry; it’s just a little bit further.” Haruna takes a couple of steps and could take no more. Her feet were stuck to the ground. Haruna has a feeling that she just walked into a spider web. The little girl laugh but as she laughs her voice changes. Haruna should have known better for she knew darn well that Jurougumo were shape-shifter demons. “At last I’ve been waiting for someone like you to come rescue these genins. Children are nice and tender, but I desire something more… Mature. You my dear shall make a lovely meal.” Silk-like thread starts to wrap around her body until she was completely incased in webbing.
The spider demon bites into her incased prey, injecting the woman with her venom and begins to suck out Haruna’s life-force. Almost immediately she lets go and spits to get the horrible taste out of her mouth. “Damn you priestesses. Your holy aura makes you inedible. It looks like this dinner is going to take longer than expected.” She takes Haruna and stinks her to a wall where she then tears open the cocoon just enough the reveal Haruna’s face. Haruna was completely paralyzed and could not even speak as the spider taunts her. “Well now if a holy aura is the problem, the only thing I need to do is corrupted it. “ The spider demon place a hand on Haruna’s chest and pour her chakra into the frail human to create a curse seal.
The demon leaves Haruna and lets her demonic energies slowly corrupt her. Years go by and the seal spreads across half of her body. She could feel her light fading and body begins to change. The pain was agonizing as her very cells change under demonic influences. It took every bit of willpower to keep her sanity. She was excruciatingly becoming a demon similar the one that cursed her. She could feel a mucus glad developing in her stomach, her skin turning into bone and growing extra limbs. She was like an insect caught in a spider’s web. Haruna was lucky however, because others also responded to the rumor and were able to rescue her before she got eaten.
