Faded Echoes is an AU TVD-verse with a whole new twist on the show that brings exciting new plots and chances for a greater, more diverse story writing experience. In the small town of Mystic Falls, go beyond what TVD offers and submerge into Original Plots or Character Driven Plots. FE has more than just the normal Witches, Vampires and Werewolves, but gives you the opportunity to create Shifters or Hybrids as well. We kick off after the Homecoming episode in Season 3 and provide players a place to take the story how THEY want to, using the TVD setting as the foundation to develop as YOU like, encouraging Original Characters OR Canons.
The Original Vampire family was awakened by the Original Doppelganger and Stefan Salvatore nearly two years ago in order to find a way to put an end to Klaus's tyranny. However, with the hotbed of Supernaturals the town has become infested with it has caused an unforeseen delay. Nobody anticipated the Original Werewolves to slowly begin to pile their way back into town either, getting their hands into all of the mess of that the small town of Mystic Falls has to offer now that it’s booming with Supernatural activity.
Elena Gilbert and friends have graduated from high school and are in college. Elena is still a human being and now she’s trying to cope with living life under Klaus’s thumb because he needs her for his hybrids. Beyond Klaus using Elena Gilbert, he has to keep an eye out for Hunters, more specifically, Original Hunters who were trained by Mikael to kill him and his entire family.
As if Klaus wasn’t the only rotten thing in Mystic Falls, there’s another big bad in town. He’s a Warlock who goes by Gabriel Bishop. Using Expression, the darkest and most powerful form of magic, he’s looking to eradicate the Shifter species, giving the Shifter species their own unique storyline to plunge into.
