Katsu nearly fell into the whole in the floor, but quickly did a stylishly silly spin and tiptoed along the edge until he was safely at the other side, yet somehow in one piece. How… rude. I mean, sure he was planning to attack her from behind, but she didn’t know that, right? Unless... stupid Uchiha and their stupid mind-reading. At that point, it was just the girly, Kahora, called him crazy, so instructor up and tossed him aside. That’s preferential treatment! Ah, this sort of thing, it made Katsu’s blood boil. Fine. If that’s how it is, he would join these guys, mister explosions and whatnot.

And she said Katsu was crazy for thinking a freakin’ Uchiha would use a genjutsu to test them in class? It would be the most obvious thing to think, seeing all this ridiculousness. Hell, Katsu was still half-convinced they would wake up in a minute or two and realize it was all some crazy dream the teacher put them in. But before then, Katsu would get his pound of flesh.

“Name’s Naikiri Katsu. Call me Katsu,” he said, directing his introduction at the two boys who were apparently on his ‘side’. “Looks like we’ll be working together, I hope we can get along...” In an almost ‘normal’ way, he greeted these two strangers, and yet his eyes didn’t match his language, full of determined malice, and behind each word was a growl like some unruly beast. If that Uchiha could really read his mind, then his thoughts would be so feral that she'd need to be a beast herself to make anything outta them.

[Motomiya Jo]

Kazuma stood pressed against the wall watching everything going on. He watched as the bloody student walked over to stand with the teacher, and then whispered to the girl. She appeared annoyed at the conversation, and from what Kazuma could tell gave a negative to the comment. The teacher also noticed the exchange, and without hesitation grabbed the boy and tossed him towards the hole. "I got a wonderful idea, why don't you go to their side. Even the field a bit." That made him curious about what the two talked about.

Once the way was clear Kazuma inched around the hole towards the teacher’s side to make sure he wasn’t in a position to fall in. Letting out a pent up sigh of relief he shifted his backpack back onto his back and waited. If this was really going to turn into a fight using jutsu then he was going to need his hands free to defend himself. He glanced at the boys that caused the explosion and frowned. They looked familiar to him, though he couldn’t remember why. He mentally cursed at himself that he didn’t buy any ninja tools or weapons to use. But this was a class about ninutsu, wasn’t it?

"Now, does anyone know what Chakra is?" Kazuma hesitantly raised his hand, though it looked like the teacher saw him from where he stood outside her vision. So he spoke up. ”Chakra is the molding of your mental energy with your physical energy. It’s used to fuel the power behind the various jutsu; ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu.” He paused for a moment before continuing. ”Depending on how you mix it and the intent behind it determines what type of energy is manifested.” He looked down and blushed. He learned that while reading a book on medical ninjutsu.

[Uchiha Asuka]

Asuka kept the smile on herself and giggled. She liked the enthusiasm of the kids about the upcoming event, it seemed as though everyone was going to have quite a fun time.

"Exactly Shy kid." She answered him with a bright smile on her face "Chakra is what makes us Shinobi. What lets us call forth the elements to do our bidding. Although not all forms of Shinobi combat expel Chakra. Others forms use Chakra on ourselves to enhance our abilities, making our ninjutsu stronger or make our punches and kicks, faster, stronger. It all depends the route you want to take. In any case. I'll give you examples."

Ziren has seen how Asuka can fight, heck, she managed to go toe to tow with him. Even though she lost to him, Ziren knows that she can handle three kids. Now this is what made him frown. She did bring the kid that has the blood on his katana into the fight, expecting that he might just be like Riku and Kira.

Heck, he just wanted to talk to the kid get to know him and why he has blood on his weapon than to throw him in with the bad bunch. Though he does have a personality on him, that's for sure.

But he will do as Asuka asked and stay out of this. Ziren stepped off to the side and leaned up against part of the wall that hasn't broke down yet.
