Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The Inner Maruishi, an area that at particular portions within the day creating its own separate dimension from the rest of the lands. The epitome of flaunting tradable goods and running amuck with merriment; in short hardly the ideal location for this particular Nara. Unfortunately his other had become separated, earlier within the day and insisting on venturing to broaden her knowledge of their new homelands.

Under normal circumstances, the pair was able to relocate each other without a single ounce of trouble, but to pass on his own venturing with his own set of eyes was an item he wished to not dismiss. For the moment, he would casually stroll forward, boots clacking against the cobblestone; however the sound wasn’t quite audible due to the abundance of merriment occurring about him.

Suddenly, a particular venue would catch his immediate attention, tundra gaze locking against a particular food stall. A memory of an early time begun to reel through his mind in the form of a projector, a dango stall and that of a student he once had. Instinctively he would find himself purchasing a tri-colored assortment, his lips pressing against the sweet dumplings.

The taste had become almost foreign, though its taste was quite welcoming.

In due time he would finish his petite snack, gaze turning towards the sky as the sun would blare downwards upon his visage, digits coursing through his raven locks. His stroll through the crowds would continue, the sun would soon set and the crowds would disperse, becoming more abundant when said time would finally arrive; unfortunately a few more hours.

On a brighter note, the rear of his palm shielding his gaze from the sun and not warranting a true pun, a safe haven would present itself. While the younger children ran about, this particular area was far less engrossed, parents shopping and children eyeing the stores about him.

His sights settling against a particular bench and eventually faltering against said bench. A single hand would shift through his locks, icy gaze scanning the area. It was quite clear he wasn’t from Iwagakure at times. "What more can the Inner Maruishi present me with?" he wonders aloud.

Kimi ~ Sirens Song

Stepping lightly around the myriad of people hustling through the street, Kimi muttered to herself. The steady stream of words lighting the way as she moved with purpose. She really hated Maruishi sometimes. Naked without her violin at her back, she kept a constant stream of pointless words to keep her on her path. It was going to be a long day.

The small pack on her back swayed with each step, dancing her way down the at rest. To others, she would seem a kid just enjoying the day, but really, she was trying very hard not to be overrun. Shopping day was the worst. If food wasn't necessary for survival, the young shinobi wouldn't be caught dead in the middle of town so early in the day. It was suicide. The only comfort was the constant buzz of people surrounding her. It was something she had yet to get used to.

After stopping for a mid-day snack, Kimi practically flung herself on a nearby bench. Giving an audible sigh of relief, she closed her eyes. They then sprung open with realization. She was not alone on the bench, but she had stumbled upon another. "Oh! I'm sorry. I didn't hear you there." she apologized without facing the figure. "Do you mind if I sit here?" she asked with a tilt of the head.

((Sorry it's not the best. Long day ahead. )

A thud directly upon the males left would ajar his attention, his gaze wandering to find a young woman. A faint grin would surface upon his usually stoic expression, “Of course not, it just means we both have similar tastes in choosing a place to rest.” he murmurs with a faint chuckle.

In that exact moment a neuron would begin to fire off various thoughts relating to the statement of not hearing him; perhaps this young woman was similar to Keiko in that regard – too early to tell.

“If you don’t mind having me for companies that is.” he adds. The sigh of the young woman was a bit odd, though this could be due to several factors and the Nara didn’t wish to analyze any additional items at the moment; unfortunately a habit of his, rather one at particular moments. The palm of his hand would raise against his raven locks, ruffling them about, his own issuing of a sigh occurring, “The crowds of the Inner Maruishi are troubling.” he pauses, “Perhaps they unnerve you as well?” he wonders aloud.

While it was truthful that the crowds of Iwagakure were one he wasn’t accustomed too, it seemed that his statement was missing an important aspect; lack of true knowledge of the area – hence his general wandering to any unauthorized location to gain further.

“Far too much noise to my liking.” he iterates with another light chuckle, before allowing his facial expression growing stoic once more. To be perfectly honest, Sho preferred the quiet as much as possible, allowing for his thoughts to balance them. The added distractions were often nuisances, thought he felt that there were many who could relate to his own sentiments.

A single tundra orb would close, to find an image he would have to address at a later point. His other was beginning to have difficulty.

Kimi ~ Sirens Song

Strangers. There was something about random conversation with unknown people that was intriguing to the small female. A comment on their shared place of rest. "It would definately seem that way." she agreed, resting her bag beside her, opposite of the figure. "Though it could simply be that this is the only spot not already occupied." she mumbled, not intending to be rude, but simply pointing out a fact. Let the records show that Kimi was a rather awkward teenage girl when it came to some things, despite her trying very hard to prove the opposite. "Company can be a welcome distraction from the monotony of day to day life, that's for sure." she commented, her way of acknowledging that she enjoyed having somebody else to chatter with.

"The crowds are definately troubling, though I'd hardly blame it on the noise. It's a great place to relax...all the people aside." Having grown up in Iwagakure, the cities of Maruishi were definately busier, and more, as he said, unnerving, than those of her home. "The quiet gets fuzzy. I hate fuzzy." she shrugged. Kimi didn't even think of the fact that her comments may seem odd to others. It was the sort of thing she did without even thinking, and if someone was going to converse with her, she figured they might as well get used to it as soon as possible. Which was ironic, seeing as how when she was around people she was incredibly comfortable with, she would speak more like a normal person, and less like one who could not see by normal means.

It was then that she took some time to examine the person she found herself in company with. His voice was expressive, though restrained, as though he wasn't intending for it to show his feelings. He was taller than she was, which wasn't saying much. His hair was slightly reminiscent of Souji, sharing the same color and general style. At least, that was the interpretation she got. Her standard of comparison was, however, fairly limited. She turned her head towards him, blank, crystal blue eyes pointed in vaguely his direction through her long bangs. "You don't seem to be from around here." she commented, noticing his discomfort in the crowds. "Come here often?"

The male would quickly settle his tundra gaze towards the bag, nothing in particular to take notice of. Soon enough his attention would be brought back towards the events unfolding about him, his orbs swiftly were scanning the area to identify the truth of her words. Truthfully a majority of the other benches were indeed occupied, not that this particular detail were crucial as either one of the pair attempted to make it seem.

Only a particular segment of her words would resonate within his mind, the portion pertaining towards the quiet causing a hazing. “Is that so?” he comments with a hint of interest. Only in that moment would he lean forward to grasp a further indulgence of her appearance, his eyes scanning upwards in an attempt to register her own. Crystal cerulean would be the hue he would be met with, an interesting color that he found particularly vibrant; not that this comment would ever be uttered for a plethora of reasons.

“Very observant, I am not.” he admits with a faint smirk, allowing for his form to become a bit more relaxed against the bench. Another swift swipe through his raven locks would ensue, a personal habit that he had possessed for an unfathomable amount of time, dating towards his early childhood.

It was humorous, not that he would show such an item, that he was unable to veil the fact he was not his wandering status. Never the least he would merely disregard this for the sake of conversation, “I’ve only recently settled down, though I’m more than willing for any pointers of ideal spots to visit.” he smiles gently, though the faint grin would not linger for long.

In the distance his other continued to blunder about, he suspected she would arrive and find an odd sight soon enough. “And yourself? I assume you are born and raised from Iwagakure?” he inquires, having to begun to identify the fact Kimi was in fact vision imparied.
