Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

What better place to go for a run than here? The air being nice and crisp Hoji decided it was time for a little adventure, it'd been about 4 years since he made his way inside of Sunagakure and rules seem pretty strict about entering and exiting. However he didn't really care about any of that, if he wanted to leave he figures he probably could sooooome how. In an attempt to try talk to any of the guards however he pretty much was just ushered away, mean. He didn't even do anything! But feeling like he got his face kicked in the sand, he went back to focusing on what he was actually up to today. You see sometimes his guesses aren't always up to standard, usually he can tell when someone is pretty weak yet there's definitely been times where his prey have gotten away.

His speed on the ground could use some work, and so with Fuku as his target the boy presented his hands as claws, widening his jaw with a devilish grin and his tongue seeping out from his sharp and razor teeth. "I'ma get ya!" Kicking up dust as he recklessly ran after his companion he would dive and push past any one who stood in his way, the light blue bat was small and agile so he could easily go through other's legs and in to the smallest cracks. Although unfortunately this didn't translate exactly the same for the young shark, with enough complaints and screams the guards were quickly notified. One grabbing the delinquent by the leg, prying him from the ground, after he had attempted to run through someone's stall in his childish chase.

Setting the childish teen back down the older boy by just a few years raised an eyebrow. His black cloak billowing in the arid breeze the sixteen year old Chuunin would raise an eyebrow at what should be a peer acting like a tiny child. A miniature version of Areomaru made of wood and metal would hold onto his cloak like a scared child. Areo let out a sigh and turned his head in a sort of `What are you doing?` kind of expression before gently dropping his hand into a karate chop to scold the student before him.

Noticing the lack of a headband Areo would just assume this kid was a villager, but his appearance would suggest otherwise. The child puppet would tug on Areo's loose fitting clothes to catch his attention before pointing at Fuku. Sighing, Areo would nodded softly and the small Child would walk towards the small bat and would hold its wooden hand towards Fuku like a human child would with a stray dog to allow it to get it's scent before attempting to reach out and pet it.

Areo would look around at the scene the younger teen had caused before turning back at Hoji and muttering a single apathetic word. "Why?" He was confused as to why someone at this age was acting like they were only five years old. He was unsure why someone would choose a heavily guarded location such as the Bulwark Gates to play such childish games. He didn't understand why this kid was acting like this in a situation which called for formality and professionalism. Areomaru couldn't grasp as to why this kid would even want to do what he was doing.

Hoji was brought back to the ground where he let out a sigh of relief before staring right at this elder guard. His vision wasn't the best sure, though that didn't mean he couldn't lock eyes with this green haired individual. Slightly tilting and bopping his head as he tried to sniff out exactly who this guy was, and how much of a chance he stood. And it wasn't look optimistic for him, though quickly being interrupted as he noticed a swift hand making it's way towards his head. There was no time to dodge or react, was this it?! Was this his defeat?! He couldn't bare to witness it and screamed in horror whilst attempting to feebly shield his face, "NROOOOOOOOOOOO!!" Yet the blow which he expected who'd slice him in two... was in fact a small bump.

"O-oh!" Feeling around his scaled scalp it was clear that he was truly alive and not bleeding at all, completely okay! One thing was clear to him though, a lot of eyes were certainly on him, especially these piercing ones from the boy dressed in a black cloak. His life had just flashed in front of him, and it was full of less fish and meat that he had hoped for, the right amount of blood however. Fuku smelt and sniffed the hand left out in front of him, a weird cacophony of wood and metal mixing together to bring a... artifical scent... Uninterested Fuku flew right over the puppet and perching himself inside of his companion's jet black hair, pulling and tugging as he tried to find the perfect sitting position. Much to the mutant's displeasure as he reeled his head back slightly in pain, a small irritated whine of a sound straight from Hoji in response.

Bringing his attention back to the danger on hand, his fight or flight was almost triggered, though Areo's body language seemed to be generally calm, scratching his chest Hoji couldn't really understand what he was being asked. "Why....? What?! Why did yoou... stop ma trainin'!! I was tryin' to git fastuh... and yoou ruined it!! But... eeeehhhh" Trying to avert eye contact he was aware he was out of his depth as he tried to wrap his head around what to do next stalling by prolonging his 'eh' "Strong... stronger than me.. ok." Now standing up he reached out his hand as he'd seen many use this when they would meet others, "Mr.. Samezuka! Hojirozame Samezuka! Yours?"

His eyes remained emotionless as he looked down to the boy before him. Watching him waller and panic like a small child. He let out a sigh before looking over to the busy lines of people coming and going. "It's busy." He began to walk away from the gates and out of the village. The small puppet would reach out to Hoji to hold his hand before trying to pull him to follow Areomaru. ”Areomaru.“ He said his name plainly.

"Training? Okay..." He turned around at the young boy and a poof of smoke would appear around him as a large serpent. With a flat face the young man would cross his arms and the twenty foot long serpent would slither forward and read its head back.

”Run.“ With intense speed the serpent would dart towards the boy, keeping its mouth shut and it’s traps and weapons concealed. There would be a clear intent that Areomaru was not trying to harm Hoji, but giving him a chance to work on his speed away from the busy section of the gates. The child puppet would join in to this as well as he darted forward like a child trying to play the game tag.

”Faster.” The boy twitches his fingers more to cause the serpent to move even quicker after the young shark. He kept the serpent visible for a while, but with a clinched thumb the snake like puppet would burrow into the sand to try and conceal its identity before launching up from the ground before going back into the sand.
