Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Standing in front of the Academy, Musashi beamed with pride as his triplets, prepared for the next journey in their little lives, that of true shinobi training. Having enjoyed the best breakfast that their mother could whip up, the proud father smirked as he thought about the morning that had led up to this moment. There had been groaning, moaning and a lot of bed hugging but he managed to corral the three kids into some sort of shape for school. Kato, ever the studious child, had spent all night reading books about the various things that he was supposed to be learning about in his first year at the academy. Yasuo, ever the mischievous one, managed to mix up enough of his brothers books to cause the kid to attempt a ninjutsu attack on the boy which cause their ever daddy's-girl, Michiko to wallop both of them in the stomach.

A full house was a happy house and with that sort of start to the morning, Musashi spent enough time talking to the three of them that they eventually got the point, Yasuo included, no hijinks at school. As they sat around the breakfast table, Rei kindly had to remind Kato about the "no book" policy at the table during meal times and Yasuo managed to not flick food at Rumi, their youngest for once. With breakfast served, all eyes seemed to focus on the youngest natural born daughter of Rei and Musashi. There was a bit of a playful argument to be had in the Yamamoto house, that of if pancakes or waffles were better. Yasuo seemed to dislike both while Kato agreed with his mother that waffles were better while Michiko was inclined to believe that pancakes were the superior breakfast item between the two. Rumi though . . .

Looking between the two options before her, Rei couldn't help herself and started to move her hand to push the waffles towards Rumi but Musashi shook his head defiantly. There would be no coercing or tampering. Continuing to look between the two options, Rumi finally pointed first at the pancakes, to which Michiko and Musashi bumped fist with pride. Much to their horror though, Rumi then pointed with her other hand towards the waffles, it was a tie. Slapping her forehead, Michiko sighed and Yasuo looked on with pride at his fellow agent of chaos. It seemed, try as they might, that Rumi was destined to like both instead of one or the other. Letting the rest of the morning speed by, after a very long goodbye by their mom, Musashi and the four kids were off to the academy!

Kissing and hugging each one, Musashi knew that if she could, Rei would be here, but she'd been called in for an emergency mission of some sort. Like any proud set of parents, they wanted only the best for their kids and it showed in their freshly pressed clothes, packed lunches and book bags full of all the supplies that they'd need. When at last they could say no further goodbyes for the day and the bell had rang for the last call, Musashi and Rumi waved goodbye to the newest little students in the academy.
"Will they have fun?" The youngest Yamamoto asked as she stood by her fathers side. Nodding, Musashi wiped away the forming tears in his eyes. "I sure hope so! But it won't nearly be as much fun as we're going to have today!"

This day being their shared birthday, Musashi and Rumi would paint the town with all sorts of free goodies that could be earned from such an occasion. Rei would miss out on all the fun but she'd be able to make up for it later on tonight. For now, it was a daddy, daughter day to remember! Bending over to scoop Rumi up, the girl instead, jumped up into the air to meet him . . . and didn't fall back down like gravity normally would have caused. With the movement happening so fast, Musashi was momentarily startled before he moved back up to meet the floating child. Scolding her, he shook his head. "Remember the rules, no flying in public baby girl." Protesting, the toddler pouted. "But whyyyyyyyy?" Both of them sighed in unison as Musashi began to walk with her towards the next leg of their journey. No matter how many times he tried to explain it to her, he couldn't make her little mind understand the ins and outs of properly training ones abilities and the fear that he and Rei had that one day, she'd fall and hurt herself from a dizzying height or talk to the wrong set of birds and end up in serious trouble. For now, he'd bribe her with a a good time and a day to remember. The scolding would come a little later, maybe never.
