Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Tomo stared into the distance, his eyes unfocused due to intense fatigue. He couldn't remember how long he'd been wandering the desert, though at the very least a few days had passed as he recalled memories of huddling under his black cape as the desert night chilled him. The cold rivaled the snow, or so he believed. He pulled out his waterskin and sipped the last drops contained within. With his head bent back so far, Tomo lost balance and fell flat on his back. The sweat from his brow stung his eyes, but he was too exhausted to care. His brain was scrambled, and that became apparent as he saw an odd streak in the sky. A metallic puppet flew overhead on some kind of board. Tomo heard voices, but not the usual. The voice of a teen boy could be heard, giving monologue about waves, his sister, how his life sucked, he was fourteen, some person with an E name. The Mochizuki followed the unidentified flying object with his eyes and saw a large dust tornado. Tomo heard the word Coralian, but no one ever explained its meaning. He saw a large toilet suck the odd puppet out of the sky before turning into a refrigerator. Out of the fridge appeared the naked form of Aitouka, before her downgrade to personal Toujigikou hand. She cackled loudly as she moved to pick up Tomo. Ahahahahaha! Let's go juggle some jiggle Trap! Tomo flipped himself to his feet and ran from the hallucination, squeezing his eyes shut to avoid seeing the nude image. "What the hell is a Coralian?! How can puppets fly on skateboards?! Flying is illegal! I'M THE ONE WITH THE SUCKY LIFE!!!"

After his scream to the heavens, Tomo heard an abnormal sound, like several people grunting through their noses. He finally turned and opened his eyes to see twelve large boars following behind him. With a new rush of adrenaline, Tomo picked up his pace, all the while rummaging in his bag for the travel guide he'd bought back in Kumogakure. He flipped through the book, desperately searching for the description of the fauna behind him. Finding the page, he skimmed the contents. "Seek higher ground." His eyes darted back and forth, hunting for a safe haven. "WHAT HIGH GROUND?!"

By now the identified Sunan Dustboars were on Tomo's tail. The thought of blowing them up came to mind, but a quick calculation revealed he'd be caught in the blast. He couldn't afford to inflict self-harm in his current situation. Before his jumbled mind could concoct another idea, the young man felt a poke on his rump. Instincts kicked in as he jumped in an attempt to avoid being skewered. But his legs were too low, and thus the boar's snout caught them. Tomo flipped backwards and landed on one of the lagging, yet larger beasts. The new weight on its back caused the swine to let out a loud squeal. It rushed forward, knocking the sounder mate in front of it to the side. The shinobi gripped the boar's mane, holding on for dear life as it barreled forward in a blind rage and panic.

The beast lasted for a long time, its adrenaline rivaling Tomo's. The young man could have released his grip a long time ago, but his judgment was lapsing due to heat stroke. Eventually the two mammals reached the edge of a village. While normally the boar would avoid such a populated place, it was too focused on the human riding it to care. It dashed through the streets, bringing with it mass hysteria. Tomo was too out of it to understand what was transpiring, and could only continue to hold on or risk being trampled in the confusion.

Another day, another patrol of Soon's Haven to assure that all the visitors were safe and there was no real commotion occurring that would put the Sunan shinobi or the country, in general, in hot water. Rumors had been spreading however that there were some causalities from the exams already and others had to give up early because it was too much for them or they were removed due to health reasons. Obviously with no factual information, Kyuji could not track down someone who was running the exams nor who was the true mastermind behind the exams in the first place. It was alleged that the Daimyo was running the show, but who honestly knew who was running the asylum anymore. Hell, the exams were suppose to be for the main villages and yet minor villages had gotten word of them and brought their top shinobi to compete. Shit was getting cray cray for sure.

What made matters even more crazy was the fact that people were screaming at the top of their lungs from various areas of the city and others were running towards him warning him to move as they scurried by. However, nobody was giving him any information on what was going on and it seemed that nobody was going to have to give him any as he saw what he assumed to be the culprit quickly rounding the corner and running in a full sprint towards him. It was a dustboar which was native to Wind Country, but how it managed to get this far in from the desert was something that the simple medical shinobi could not answer. It also appeared as the creature was rushing towards Kyuji, it had someone on its back grasping in what looked like a death grip and was being tossed slightly around like a ragdoll.

This situation was not a good one for anyone involved as that hellish boar had probably destroyed excessive amounts of goods and ruined the livelihood of some of the merchants along with injuring other people and even potentially killing them. This creature was not where it belonged and it needed to be restrained or killed before it caused even more destruction. Restraining was going to be difficult as it would harm the other man on the animal's back but killing it would also be risky if his techniques did not work out properly. But, killing was the only way to go at this point.

As the creature rapidly approached the descendant of Byakko, the demigod would pull out his Liberator and "Divine Judgement". When the beast was within shooting range, Kyuji knelt down on his knees and began to pull the trigger of his handgun. The handgun would shoot holy-elemental bullets at the creature, but the bullets seemed to only graze the creature as it was probably running on adrenaline at the moment and couldn't feel a thing. But, Kyuji would continue to fire until the gun was emptied and then waited only momentarily before tossing his gun to the side and sidestepping to drive his dark-aura katana into the side of the creature grasping tightly as the creature continued to run by slicing itself wide open and emitting a loud-pitch squeal. The squeal made the feline-like man grit his teeth as his ears were highly sensitive to loud pitches and at the same point the boar throw the man ahead of it as it fell to the ground in pain. All that remained was a squealing, twitching pig that was moreorless physically injured. Thus, Kyuji took his katana after he walked over to the pig and pierced the swine right through the heart letting the creature emit one last high-pitched squeal before moving on.

He would then remove his sword and sheathe it and his handgun again, then he would go to check on the other man. Within moments, he was knelt right beside the man and could notice that he was still alive though his breathing and heart rate were seemingly high which was understandable. He would pull out a canister of water that he had with him, but would not give it to the man quite yet. First, he had to be sure the man was okay since he had been flung and fell on his stomach. He would roll the gentleman unto his back and ask him the following: "Are you alright as much as you are going to be? What exactly brought on this little incident with you trying to ride this wild creature? Also, take my canister and hydrate yourself since you are showing signs of fatigue."

As he stood there, he realized that the man was not responding to him, but he had resumed consciousness and overall seemed like he was doing just fine. He seemed like he was in some pain, but it wouldn't be too much that he couldn't recover from as the descendant of Byakko rose from his knelled position evaluating the man one last time. This kid-man was going to be just fine and would recover reasonable fast from the injuries that Kyuji could see so he wasn't overly concerned. He would however say as he proceeded to get the boar: "My name is Byakko Kyuji, the head of the Medical Council. If you think you need any medical treatment while you are here, please seek me out at the Hospital. But for now, I am taking this boar with me and leaving you to do your own thing. Good day, Sir."

When he reached the boar and lifted the heavy creature over his shoulders, he would walk away letting the dude do his own thing.
