Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The withered body of a woman once referred to, for a brief period, as Koa had waddled her way to the great gates of Iwagakure. She moved at a snails pace, shrouded in material to keep her leathery body warm as the white strands of hair flapped wildly against the wind. She was unrecognisable, undeterred wavered by the fear of returning to her old home - to anyone else, she was buy an old woman withered by time. Armed with a wooden staff made from, yes you guessed it, wood she patted it against the ground in front of her so that her eyes could rest behind those fleshy shields.

She was tired, so very tired, and the short journey had taken it out of her. She didn't dare speak, her voice to frail and body unable to project such a necessary volume for someone to hear her anyway.

The Guardian of Madness once again laid atop the gates of Iwagakura dreaming of giant rabbits attacking the village in a musical theme attack. As his daydreams seemed to become more vivid he seemed to hear a slight odd shuffle coming from outside the gate. His hopes were high as he without a second thought leapt to the ground with excitement of a child expecting a great gift, sadly this was not what he had hoped. "Awwww, you are not a giant rabbit army attacking with a choreographed dance attack with singing." He wore a very distinct look of disappointment upon his face as his crimson red eyes held a deep sadness from the lack of a rabbit army.

"Anyways how's it going miss granny are you doing ok?" He would say as he reached into his jacket pocket pulling out a lollipop and shoving into his mouth with haste. The old lady seemed friendly as any old lady that shuffles to gates randomly with the lack of rabbits would.

"Do you need in the village oh also you did by chance not see any rabbit armies singeing as you came here did you?" He said with a plea almost upon his face as he really did hope for some reason that there was one coming at least.

A low rumble preceded a crashing lightning striking through the sky, as Hira ambled is way peacefully across a gated portion of the city. He didn't know his way around the city at this point, but hell, it seemed like just as good of a day as any to take a stroll on the gates. He wandered down a keenly crafted staircase into a labyrinthine corridor with very few people around. In front of him, a metal gate stood slightly ajar into another space which was clearly marked to be off limits. He stared at the gate for a moment in contemplation.

Eh? Why not.

He pushed the gate open and stepped into the room to see a set of controls and gears all attached to a rope mechanism. One of the lower gate functions outside were probably connected to it, and the post was left un-attended. He shimmied forward into the room, clocked forward a lever and watched the rope start pulling itself up through the pulley rapidly. The door was towed up along with the ropes, leaving an entry into the village.

Oops...

He turned and kicked another lever down which locked the door in place, uncertain of what effects he was having from inside of the chamber.

It was bizarre for her to be in such a weird body that wasn't her own but yet was. It was not a normal situation, granted, and it was just easier if nobody recognised her - which they couldn't anyway given that she didn't look remotely like her young self and, with age, her chakra seemed to degrade somewhat anyway. Another bizarre sensation was seeing someone that she once regarded as a friend look directly through her, unfamiliar and off in his own wee world. She gave the youthful boy a smile and held onto the curled head of her staff with two brittle hands, fingers curled against the rough wood. "Army of what?" Koa would look behind, returning to face the boy with a wrinkled smile, shaking her head before nodding her head towards the village gates.

"You're quite lively, aren't you?" Koa would admit, shaking her head, unable to get around the sad truth that she was no more than a withered sack of leather and dusty bones. But then things were about to turn fast-paced as entry would be given to the woman of white hair and wrinkled skin. The gates would open, for some reason, and enable the woman to enter the village.

"Could you care to escort me, please?" She would ask the man politely.

After waiting a few minutes, Hira kicked the gate lever shut again. He waited until he could feel the sound of the gate clamber shot, and walked towards the open door he had ventured into towards his exit. He had no idea who he just allowed into the village, but whoever it was should thank their lucky stars he was so against closed door policies.

Huh. Voila.

He walked out of the room and up the stairs, shutting the gate and locking it behind him.

He never liked to see doors closed anywhere to begin with.

As Kura greeted the old woman he found her to be just a normal sweet old lady and felt there was no reason to hassle her in the manner of the typical bulky male shinobi that often came off sketchy to the ANBU at the gate.
As he was speaking the gate seemed to swing open as if to allow the granny to enter by a sign of a great greeting.

"Ah well guess you can go in the granny, take it easy and watch your step."

[Pause, while Kurayo can allow entry into the village... Hira I dont think should be allowed such a thing. By and by, this is being sent up to Admin for discussion upon future situations.]
