Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Personality: Jigoku is very high spirited and can be very angry at times if you cross him, Jigoku is a kleptomaniac (which mean he steals everything he gets his hand on no matter what it is.)  He will steal the shirt off your back if he can, he is very dedicated to his craft which is cooking at his restaurant and being an Anbu.

Description: Very much the look of the awkward young teenager in high school.  Jigoku is very short but because his hot temper no really bothered with him.  His hair stand straight in the air almost as if can defy gravity, his body is very slender and his face is very young looking so most mistake him for a student or a young child.

Core Ability
Fire Boost - Passive (2 points)
A pyromaniac's affinity with the flames allows them to create more powerful fire jutsu, making normally moderate attacks become explosive in nature. However, this extraordinary boost also causes their fire jutsu to be dangerously reckless, often hurting themselves in the process.
Effect: Fire jutsu deal 30% more damage, but 25% of the total damage is dealt to the user.

Advanced Fire Boost - Passive (3 points)
Restriction - Jounin and up, requires Fire Boost
A pyromaniac with this ability has brought out the destructive force of their fire jutsu to the maximum, though they are no less reckless and chaotic in the execution. This effect replaces Fire Boost's effect.
Effect: Fire jutsu deal 60% more damage, but 30% of the total damage is dealt to the user.

Warmth - Passive(3 points)
Through their bond with fire, pyromaniacs can draw energy from the warmth of the surrounding air, constantly recharging themselves.
Effect: Regain 2% max CP per round. This becomes 0% in cold places (snowing), 1% in chill places (raining, foggy) and 3% in hot places (the building's on fire). When Mantle of Fire is active, this becomes 4%. Underwater, this is only 1% if the water is hot (bathtub/hot springs/boiling), otherwise, it's 0%.

Fire Blast - Special Move (2 points)
By fully unleashing their fiery nature, a pyromaniac can charge a fire jutsu far beyond normal limits, creating a highly-unstable and explosive attack that is only vaguely controlled, with wild chances to go either way in creating victory or defeat.
Effect: A chosen fire jutsu deals 50% more damage (stacks with Fire Boost and Advanced Fire Boost). The jutsu also deals 25% of its total damage back to the user (also stacks with the backlash from Fire Boost and Advanced Fire Boost). Because of the intense power, this backlash (including the Fire Boost/Advanced Fire Boost backlash) is not effected by Mantle of Fire and still deals damage to them. 20% chance the jutsu is too unstable and blows up in the user's face, dealing 100% (boosted, without backlash) damage to the user. Mantle of Fire does not reduce this damage at all. Usable once per battle.

Mantle of Fire - Jutsu (1 point, 1 to rank up)
Restrictions: Jounin and up
By wreathing themselves in flames, the pyromaniac truly becomes one with the fire, burning all around them, whether it be friend, foe, or anything in between.
Rank 1: Wreathes the user in flames that deal 100 fire damage to anyone who makes an unarmed melee attack on them or touches them in any way (this is effected by Fire Boost and Advanced Fire Boost's damage bonus, but not the backlash). While wreathed in flame, all fire damage the user would deal to themselves (including the backlash from Fire Boost and Advanced Fire Boost) is nuetralized. Through intense willpower and spirit bordering on insanity, Pyromaniacs can directly convert their life force into chakra much more efficiently than other shinobi can.
Effect: Any amount of HP can be converted into CP at a 1 to 1 ratio. Costs 1 Ap and can only be used three times in one battle.

Character's Physical Description: Megumi is a short and very curvaceous woman most of the time she is mistaken for a geisha instead of a shinobi. She is often complimented on her bright blue eyes, and has a propensity to flaunt her her assets way too much in front of the opposite sex. Her long flowing blonde hair falls to her shoulders and is often styled with flowing curls or thrown back into a pony tail when it is time for a mission or combat of some kind. Megumi hate the kumogakure shinobi uniform and avoids wearing it all cost, more often then not she wears a flowered kimono of some kind with a deep v-neck or a skin tight cat suit with a zippered neck line that is usually unzipped to expose most of her cleavage.

Character's Mental Description: At a young age Megumi's father was killed during a mission and her mother become the sole bread winner of the family. Her mother always told her to be a strong willed woman and use everything to her advantage even her gender and sexuality. Megumi was recruited into the Anbu corp at a young age because her good looks and unique ability to seduce almost any man, but because of this her view on men has become skewed and she is a big flirt with most men. Even though most of the time it is for ulterior motives and almost never for pure romance or comradery.

Character History: Megumi had a normal childhood up until the age of six when her father was killed. At that time she was forced to join the ninja academy where she excelled in chakra control and chakra manipulation. At the age of fifteen she was reluctantly awarded the rank of jonin and caught the eye of the Anbu corp. Her strong willed nature accompanied with her intoxicating good looks were the making of a legendary female covert assassin. Now in her tenth year with the Anbu corp the "White Widow" has turned into a hardened man eater with the potential to be extremely sweet and charismatic while extracting information from her targets and then disposing of them if needed.

Core Ability
Conservation - Passive (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
Through repeated use and training with the lower level techniques, the attuned ninja learns the best ways to manipulate their chakra in order to produce the desired effects. They are able to cast weaker jutsu for a much smaller cost than an average ninja would.
Effect: -15% Ninjutsu cost.

Empower - Dependent Special Move (2 points)
A Chakra Attuned ninja can learn, instead of conserving chakra, to pump more into a jutsu to increase the power output. Unlike overcharge, which is wild and uncontrolled, the Chakra Attuned ninja is able to place specific measured amounts into their jutsu.
Effect: By increasing the chakra cost for a jutsu by +10%, they can increase the damage by +5%. This move only works on offensive jutsu and may stack up to three times on a single jutsu. All CP reduction buffs to a jutsu effected by this are nulled.

Strike the Spirit - Dependent Special Move (3 points)
Those who have a powerful connection with chakra themselves have an intimate knowledge of how to disrupt that connection in others. By specially molding a jutsu, the Attuned ninja is able to cause it to blast away an enemy’s chakra instead of their health.
Effect: Once per round, the user may have a Ninjutsu deal Chakra damage. The chosen jutsu only deal 80% Damage, and receives no buffs at all.

Pressure - Passive (3 points)
The Chakra Attuned can warp not only their own chakra to be efficient, but the opponent's to be much less efficient. The problem is that this can backfire, hitting allies as well.
Effect: Up to 3 targets in battle with the user take 20% extra CP to cast a jutsu. Does not work on other Chakra Attuned ninja.

Normalize - Passive (2 points)
Chakra Attuned users like to say their chakra is pure, rather than twisted toward one particular element. Some of them take this to extremes, making their chakra tuned toward no elements at all.
Effect: All elemental attacks become non-elemental and purely chakra-based, and gain +10% damage. This allows them to cut through all elemental damage reduction.

Spirit Boost - Boost (1 point) (Purchasing twice)
Restriction- Can be purchased twice
A Chakra Attuned ninja's prowess with Ninjutsu is not to be underestimated. Their skill with it is unparalleled, and is not limited to any one specific element.
Effect: +5% Ninjutsu damage

Energy Boost - Boost (1 point)(Purchasing three times)
Restriction- Can be purchased three times
A Chakra Attuned ninja tends to have slightly more chakra to work with than the average, being that they tend to work with it more often than others.
Effect: +2 to CP modifier.

Recharge - Passive (2 point)
Chakra Attuned ninja are very efficient at storing their chakra, up to the point where it flows into them easily from all around. They can restore their own chakra as effortlessly as breathing.
Effect: User regains 2% CP per round.

ANBU Sennin here. Sorry, didn't hear about this til today.

To be honest, past policy of the ANBU has been that someone who hasn't been an ANBU in Cloud before could not start higher than a trainee. I don't know if you have any history as an ANBU in Cloud, but I have decided that it would be okay to let people start as ANBU if they have had the rank or higher in other villages. I do want to to at least have the rank of Captain remain something that isn't just simply given without being expressly earned, however, lest my predecessor come back and strangle me. So, if you're okay with starting as a Jounin-level ANBU, approval is given.

That's fine I can start off as a Jounin-lever Anbu member, back when I was ninpocho Anbu captain was given to anyone who meet certain stat requirements. So the next step is how do I get my banner and user-group and my named changed so I can get everything started.
