Name: Kula Kotaro

Physical Description: Possessing long white hair and blind eyes to match, Kula stands at height of 146 cm and weighs 39 kg. Her build is slim yet toned. She sports a green, short sleeved jacket that has a an opening on the bottom half. It is also outfitted with a black hood and a matching black and white logo of her village on the outside of her right sleeve. On her lower right forearm she has a black kanji tattoo (竜). When in public she has on a pair of large black goggles that has multiple green bands to allow her to adjust the tightness. She has a small black pouch around her waist sitting above her butt. On the left side of her waist a 28 inched katana with a chocolate hilt and matching sheath that has a black strap. She has short black skirt on whose tips extend about an 1 ½ below her jacket. She has dark khaki tights that expose a circular portion of her inner and outer thighs. She wears a pair of black combat boots, that have been modified into heels having a 2 inch base in the front and back leaving space in the middle.
Mental Description: Due to not having sight at all Kula is very mature for someone her age. She is often seen as a quiet person who's a lone wolf. Embracing a calm nature she is also very intelligent and possesses keen senses.
History: Abandoned by her parents shortly after being born blind she was taken in by an unknown missing-nin. Her new parent taught her the way of survival at a very young age. It was needed due to her blindness and it was scribed into her head day in and day out that despite even being blind she was not helpless. Before finally leaving Kula on her own the Missing-nin, now known as "Mom" had told Kula the truth about what happened when she was younger. Telling her to go back to her village of birth before disappearing completely.
