Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Here I sat with a backpack full of packaged goodies and Tomomi boxed lunch. As I ate her lunch I began to wonder if a Leaf Shinobi would even show. Tomomi seemed sure enough. I mean, the sun was already beginning to set and yet there she stood. In the middle of the coliseum. Like a crazy person. Me on the other hand, I was a bit more skeptical. It was my nature after all. Though still I showed my support by sitting far enough from potential harms way. Skeptical yes, but cautious even more so. How does the saying go, better safe than sorry? I mean, I showed up unharmed and I’d prefer to leave that way. If Tomomi looked my way, I’d give her a wave. I wore my red leather jacket like a blanket over my shoulders. It was warm now but this place could drop in temperature in an instant. I sighed at the thought.

As I sat, I began to wonder about something. Tomomi had said that she wasn’t a Shinobi before. How exactly did she expect to fight a Shinobi?

Nagisa liked to take her time in the park during her off time. It was relaxing. The hospital was a great place but she loved to be back in nature. There was a little pond that she always walked by and today was no different. Well it was a little different with what seemed like a a fight was going to happen in the coliseum. Hmmm a spar could get out of hand so she might as well watch. With every fight there is a winner and a loser and with every winner and loser, a medic will be needed.

So Nagisa would sit near the other spectator. Might as well have a little bit of a show while she relaxed.

Yuuko would be walking around living a seemingly normal day in her life. Today she found herself traveling around the area of the Hokage Rock. Though it appeared something special was taking place today. Yuuko could sight of a familiar woman standing in the center of the colliseum. She couldn't quite remember the woman's name, but remembered the encounter. She had been training when the horned woman appeared, and commented on her techniques. From there Yuuko had shown her some of her other techniques in what she had considered a fun fashion, and the rest was history. Though now it appeared that it was the woman's time to shine. It seemed that a fight was about to take place between her, and another person. Not only that but it appeared some others had also decided to watch. Yuuko would take her seat near the other two spectaters, and would eagerly await the beginning of the fight.

The Captain happened to be in the area when the all-too familar sound of conflict reached her ears. Her curoisity peaked, she made her way towards the source of the noise nearly halting upon seeing the spectators, her eyes landing on someone familiar. Kami...the young recruit she had been seeking all this time. Oh man, was she in for a earful. That would have to come later though, not at the moment. Her footsteps would announce her as she made her way over, her mask concealing her features as she took a spot leaning against a tree branch."Evening, quite the party we have here."She would say to those present recognizing Yuuko from their session giving a nod in her direction, Turning her attention to the fighters, the Santaru paused to take them in. One of them..were those horns? She blinked a few times to ensure she was not dreaming This day just kept getting weirder and weirder. Perhaps this was the foreigner that Ranji kept droning on about. The other however...Soku's eyes analyzed him carefully. Was he a visitor too? If so, he sure blended in real well. Perhaps another shinobi, they could certainly use more right about now.

Whatever the case, this conflict was bound to be an interesting one. All fights were. Though from time to time, her Sharingan would flick towards Kami in a almost intense glare sort of look. Judging from what Ranji had told her, after this, the Captain had some choice words for her. She had secured both her goals in one outing. She had found the foreigner presumably and the recruit who had let her in if the story was true. She just hoped this time, the encounter would be better than last time. The terrain still seemed rather unscathed so she presumed the combat had not quite started yet. Her trained eyes watched thier every move smiling behind that elusive mask. This was going to be quite the party to say the least.

So... as I quietly ate Tomomi’s lunch, her supposed opponent had finally appeared to accept her challenge. This was good. Because a second longer I was gonna have to grab the nearest hobo and throw the poor sucker into the ring with Tomomi. I mean, she really wanted to test her strength against a Shinobi. And there’s no doubt she’d wait a decade out here until someone showed... which means I’d still be out here as her escort... and damn it we didn’t bring enough Tomomi lunches for all of that. A sigh of relief escaped me in the moment. The sun was already setting and it was almost time for me to be home... so that I could eat Tomomi’s dinner before she noticed. I’d eyeball her opponent for a bit. He didn’t look like much but I had to commend his bravery. Had I been the one to show up to this blind date I’d find a seat, just like this one, to spectate her battle with someone less carrying of their face. Nope, no doubt in my mind. This guy shows up, sees hell girl standing there, and puts up his dukes... craaaazy. Speaking of crazy, I couldn’t help but notice the congregation that had gathered to my left and right. I’d look at each of them one by one directly several times as well as that of all the vacant spots and seatings they could have chosen. Was it odd that we all choose the exact same location to gawk? Perhaps... I mean what a coincidence that is... otherwise these three were total weirdos to have purposefully sat next to me when there were so many other good places with vacancies. Maybe there was a sign reading “sit here” that I missed. I looked up at the one being the weirdest and was ashamed to find that I recognized her. Well, at least I recognized her mask and voice. It might as well had been her face as she never took the damn thing off. I know the weirdest people. She was standing by the tree we sat under... instead of taking a seat with the rest of the class. I would simply stare at her until she noticed my eyes upon her. If she was going to be awkward then I’d be mega awkward. If she didn’t look my way then I’d make subtle “ahem” sounds in her direction followed by loud “ka-kah” hawk noises if she was ignoring me. Let’s just hope that got her attention otherwise I’d have to resort to making everyone uncomfortable with strange moaning noises. I frequently hear these sounds coming through the walls of my room from my neighbors dorms and it definitely got my attention... once she’d look my way I’d greet her with an obvious sarcastic slang, “Tempest-sama! Heey gurl! I see you still doing yo emo thang but how’s bout you join the rest of the Brady bunch and pop a squat next to thing one and thing two right here. Come now don’t be a stranger! These strangers sure aren’t.” I’d then turn to the lady next to me and give her a what’s up nod, “Hi I’m Kami, that’s my captain, she’s shy, possibly a racist. Don’t worry change is coming. Things will get better.” then I’d wink before turning to the kid on my other side. With my best cutesy grandma voice I’d say, “Hiiii! Aren’t you precious. I’m Kami, a Shinobi! Need help finding your mommy little girl?” Though I endure the torture of holding back my laughter by settling for a grin, a question did bother me. It wasn’t a question to any of the folks present here at the moment but to the small pale girls parents... do you know where your children are? I’d take out packaged goods and snacks from my bag and start tossing them into the laps of those seated near me, “Here guys, don’t ever say Kami never did anything for ya. My money’s on Hell girl... if I had any more money... hey Tempest-sama, can I borrow 2500yen?”

Nagisa would look around as more people joined. ONe of them even introduced themselves and the apparently masked one.

"The name is Nagisa. A pleasure and i already have a snack here but I can save this for later. Now I wonder..."

As she began to talk momvent form down below. Nagisa would follow carefully the events. It seemed they both could summon extra help but in different forms. Interesting. Nagisa lacked that certain ability She had head of that before and remembered her spar with Yukio. It would be advantageous to learn such techniques.

Below them, the fight came to a slight standstill again. Minimal blood was spilled but that just means they were both testing each other out.

"Well that was an interesting clash dont you think Miss Kami was it? What do you think will happen next? I imagine we will see some true power next but don't worry I am a medical ninja so I can heal anything too severe."

”Well that’s all folks! Thanks for coming out this evening and hope to see you all real soon!” I’d pat myself down as I raised to my feet before immediately dusting off. Though lack luster in quantity the quality of this fight was enough to get anyone hyped. I however would have loved to have seen what actually was going on. Tomomi was just to quick for me to understand what or even how she was putting this guy up a tree. I’d look to the other spectators, in specific Nagoya as she was the only who seemed to acknowledge me in the first place. “Spoiler alert, freaky painted guy hurt his toe and has to go to the infirmary to lick his wounds. I wish there was more actually but I also wish there was a delivery service for frosty milk shakes and that hasn’t happened yet. Well It was nice meeting you too. Ya know, you kind of look like the medical sennin. Like you could be her mom or something... you totally do. Ah, anyways, chow!” With that I’d run off to Tomomi, she kid ass today. I wonder if she’d train me?
