Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Not always surprising, but Keystone Prime was a war grounds. This time it was on a higher level. A warlord or bandit leader named Magnetica had lain seige to Sungakure. The Steward had sent out various individuals to deal with the shutdown of various of her villainous attempts to gain control of the underground. While the Steward was most ready to join his anbu and origins branch members in the front lines, council had tasked him with another project. He was to power a super crystal. The Steward was somewhat famaliar with the design, but it didn't initially hit him that it was going to be their large counter to most of Magnetica's powers. What struck Sousuke odd was that he was going to be the one to power the device. Sure he had knowledge of chakra-crystals but this one was quite ... quite large.

Keystone was being fought over. The Steward went to the labs with an armed escort consisting of Inuzuka Shizune and Sangun who was the 'little' brother of Houjin. Sangun was tanned man. Bald headed and wore very little save for leather pants and large shoulder pauldrons. The Steward was stuck for trying to draw the likeness between the two brothers. Houjin had to have been at least thirty or forty years other than his brother. "My brother and I don't have the same mother." Sangun would explain to the Steward who perhaps stared too long at the large bald headed man. "My mother wasn't ... mmm ... the royal that Houjin's mother is." Sangun's face would twist into a grimace. From what Sousuke could tell, Sangun was perhaps then a half breed. A half giant was still a very large individual.

Shizune shrugged her shoulders. She wore a one piece and brought with her no armed weapons save for her fists. "Makes no difference to me. You have your orders. We're to protect lover here." Sangun was slightly taller than Shizune, who was taller than Sousuke. Sangun gave Sousuke a strange look.

"You have to be kidding me. Make no wonder why his legs are broken, you're far too rough on him." Sangun would say as he understood the word Lover to have a deeper meaning. Shizune merely grinned at him, and Sousuke merely shook his arms trying to explain that they were not dating, they were not an item, and most importantly they had no physical relationship save for their many fights. This being the case, Sangun merely chuckled.

The three of them pressed through Keystone, the crystal would be waiting for them on the roof as it was thrown up there by Sangun and Shizune. It probably wasn't the best idea, but the Anbu had secured the roof. Sangun when he joined battle had went into a savage raging state. He was not slow and reactive, he was merely resulting to pure rage to crushing and destroying his foes. Skulls were cracked, ribs were removed, and then the same ribs were used to stab other people with. "Rage is Power!" He shouted as he broken another skull with his hands.

Shizune was too a brawler, but she wasn't nearly as malicious. Her attacks were melee, but were sending people flying. "This ain't so bad. Fighting the good fight. I mean hey, if these guys take over then I won't be able to have things my own way."</I><i></i> She delivered a round house kick and sent another one of Magnetica's mercenaries flying.

Sousuke merely resorted to fighting foes in the Mk I: Black. Unlike Sangun and Shizune the Steward kept to his usual form of surgical slashes and piercing thrusts. The Steward kept his allies safe and when he saw his allies close to being harmed he would throw the ebon blade at the foe's visible weak points and then draw the ebon blade back. "Don't get sloppy. More of their numbers are pouring out, we need to stop them but we need to get to our destination first."<i></i>

Sousuke transformed into his MkII form to power the crystal. His darkened and sharp form with talon-like fingers put both Shizune and Sangun off. For different reasons of course. "You should have taken that form earlier Boy-Steward. That form looks to be your anger and rage harnessed into reality. Quite ... fierce. You ought to give into your rage more often. Puts more foes into their coffins." Sangun would say as he folded his arms together.

Shizune bit her teeth. The form to her was not her regular Sousuke. Sousuke was small, armoured, straight but not sharp. This was something of nightmares. "Lover I know that grey chakra crystal is neat and all, but don't you think you sort of went off the deep end with that form? It's not becoming of you..."

"Dire circumstances call for dire answers." Sousuke would answer as he turned to the crystal. He sat it up and placed both of his hands on it. The Steward gripped the crystal. He began to pool his chakra into it. Vast amounts of plasma chakra was being channeled. Orange energy pooled out and overflowed. Unfortunately doing so was more like drawing moths to a flame. The crystal was growing in power, and several mercenaries were ordered to strike at Keystone Prime.

<I>"We've got massive incomings..."<i></i> Shizune would say as several steel bolts were sent flying through the sky towards them. In response Sangun slammed the ground and tore up a portion of the roof to block the bolts.

The bolts hit the torn up roof surface but it also hit the Steward who was skewered by bolts. He was still charging the crystal. "Shinbatsu hasn't taken out Sniper-Man yet." The Steward's armour began to break down converting back to MkI. It seemed that one of the bolts had broken the grey chakra crystal which Shizune had given him in error some time ago. The Steward's form was less hulking and frailer. The Steward seemed to be reaching his limit. Another series of bolts were fired. Sangun rose up his shield of roofing plates and moved it this time to defend the Steward. "Much appreciated Sangun. I think I'm going to fall over in a moment. Do be careful when pulling those bolts out of me. Shizune I regret to inform you the grey chakra crystal has been broken. No more frightful form for me it would seem."<i></i> With that the Steward finished charging the crystal and simply fell over.

"This is Shizune, the crystal has been powered, but the Steward is going to require a medic. He's been punctured with bolts."<i></i>
