Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Haji had been tracking his prey for some time now. He was dressed in light clothing for easy travel amongst the vegetation, he also carried a great golden bow made from the golden mucus produced within his body. The bow would normally be unruly and not quite suited to hunting… But this was a special case, and as it was a special case, Haji decided to come specially prepared.

With one of his free hands he wiped sweat off of his brow and approached a nearby tree. The Heartland was not a place to be trifled with, and Haji knew that well; he had lost his ring finger and pinky on his bottom-right hand to the wilderness. Thus he decided that sleeping on the ground below wasn’t in his best interest, not when gigantic amphibious beasts lurked around at night on the ground below.
“Last thing I need is to lose a couple more fingers” Haji grunted as he slung his golden mucus bow over his shoulder.

Haji’s two extra pairs of arms made it easy for him to climb most things, which might be why he found himself most at home amongst the trees of the heartland. Whenever he felt like he needed solitude from the rabble below, he would come out to the forest and climb for hours.

Haji made it about half way to the top of the gargantuan tree before he found a sturdy set of branches to settle into. Swinging the great golden bow off his shoulder Haji hooked it over a branch and left it to hang freely. The bow caught his eye, shining in the dying sunlight that bled through the canopy, it looked surprisingly peaceful hanging off the great tree’s branch, like an ornament that a child would hang.

Removing his sleeping bag from his pack, Haji unfurled it where the broad branch sprouted from the body of the tree and secured it with some of the white mucus he could secrete from his body. While he still had sunlight, he went about getting himself ready for the evening. He took off his shirt and folded it up along with his pants and put them in a neat pile next to his boots and pack. Reaching inside of his pack once more he removed a container of water, a sealed baggy, and a thick old leather bound book. Nestling himself into his sleeping bag Haji zipped himself in up to his first set of arms.

With the last of the sunlight that he had left in the day, Haji opened the book and gazed at its contents while loudly munching on the jerky he had packed in the sealed baggy. But soon the sun gave way to the moon and stars, and Haji rubbed his eyes tiredly from straining to read in the waning light. Sweeping away the remnants of his meager dinner, Haji set his water atop his pile of clothes and zipped himself all the way into his sleeping bag.

His thoughts remained on his book, one he had borrowed from the library back in Kumo. He smiled faintly at the thought of the librarians finding out where he had taken one of their precious books. Soon his lids grew heavy and he surrendered himself to the comfort of his sleeping bag and the cloak of darkness cast over the world.
