The bird had come a long way, doing as it had been trained, making pit stops along the way until it had traversed the full distance between the two hidden shinobi villages. At last, days later, it had reached the gates of Konoha. It would circle the gate for a moment before picking out a guard and descending to land nearby, presenting the scroll affixed to its leg to be taken. The scroll carried the seal of the Raikage and was addressed to the leadership of Konoha. A word of caution and an inquiry. Whoever was to read it would likely quickly discern that somebody, not to name names, was clearly misinformed.

A message to Konoha, sealed with the mark of the Raikage:

To the leadership of Konoha:

This is a friendly word of caution for the leadership of Konoha. A week prior to my writing this message I met a woman by the name of Nagisa who claimed to be the Medical Sennin of Konoha. Days later, another woman came to our village by the name of Tsukasa Mikasa who also claimed the title of Medical Sennin of Konoha as well as co-acting Hokage. To verify her own status as Sennin, Miss Tsukasa was able to direct me to our own Medical Sennin who had met her in an official medical conference in Tea Country during the shinobi tournament.

Given this and that we have not heard otherwise from you, I am led to believe Miss Tsukasa and assume that the woman who called herself Nagisa may have been attempting to impersonate your Sennin for some reason. Miss Tsukasa suggested that perhaps your enemy Frost was up to something. At any rate, I am writing this to warn you of this individual so that you may do with that information what you will. If you have any information on this "Nagisa", I would ask that you fill us in as we cannot be certain if she has left the country or not.

[Uchiha Takeshi]

Takeshi was doing the round as always he found himself heading to the gates of the village, it seemed that time would be on his side, as he looked at the bird that landed down by one of the guards. Strolling over he casually glanced towards the animal before checking out the peace of paper that it had delivered, noting the seal of the Raikage on it he allowed a snort to come out of his nose. It seemed that from the recent experiences the gates of Cloud had been less than friendly towards those that the Hokage had sent. As always thought the Raikage was one that could be relied upon to honour the treaty that the two villages had committed to.

“I will take care of that letter if you please”

Allow the man to hand it over, he studied it for a few minutes reading the words that had been inscribed onto the paper before a frown formed on his lips, knowing full well that this meant Mikasa had moved herself to Cloud, but at least the treaty would work in the favour of Leaf this time. He guesterd for the man to hand him paper and a pen before he wrote his own message to reply. This time the matter would be settled quickly and without having to many issues.

Waiting for the letter to be completed he rolled the paper up and using the wax to pour it onto the paper, finished it off with the Seal of the fourth Hokage. His seal and with it sealing the fate of Mikasa and the mix up of this information. He placed the reply back in the grasp of the bird before he looked at the creature a small smile on his lips.

“Fly safe, fly free and go in peace back to our allies”

To the leadership of Kumogakure

As per the letter we have received from the Lord Raikage, we are in response issuing this direct warning back. The formed Medical Sennin of Konoha known as Tsukasa Mikasa has been branded a traitor to the Village of Konaha. After attempting to deploy a coup on the Hokage and current Sennin of the village after a frankly direct attack on the leadership in the village by a group of Missing Ninja she decided to attempt this at Leaf’s weakest time, and its time of need.

As such she was stripped of her ranks of Sennin, demoted to the rank of Medical Ninja, fitting for someone that does not know how to heal a wounded village. After this she decided to run, run away from the probable and the issues that faced Leaf. As such she is branded by the Bingo book a missing Ninja, and should be treated as such. It is under the orders of Konaha, and by the treaty between Cloud and Leaf that she should be treated as the Missing Ninja that she is.

As for the current Medical Sennin inside of Leaf is Nagisa. We hope this clears up all information, and to inform you the current standing orders for Mikasa is executed on site from the Land of Konaha.

The little bird that could would accept the letter being given in return without resistance. Once it was secured in place it would lift off and begin its long journey back to Kumogakure, using the training it had undergone to find its way back. A few days more would pass before it reached Kumogakure once again.
