Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

After her meeting with Ryuu Tama, and coming to...some kind of agreement she still wasn't entirely sure about, things at the hospital seemed to be picking back up to a normal capacity. Repairs were being made to the damage done during the attack from the Unbent and the attack on Ryohei. Kasen looked out the glass wall of her office, down at the people that were walking in the lobby of the hospital. She rather liked the vantage point that her office provided to the hospital. It let light in and she could people watch. Sometimes she would daydream about the type of lives that those people led, the things that made them happy, the things that made them sad. The young doctor was fascinated by the various types of people in the world. She had encountered several unique individuals herself, each with their own story and their own talents. Perhaps to them some of her behavior could even be categorized as strange, but she had grown up with severe traumas and a mind that wasn't entirely her own. It was...interesting to see how others developed when not exposed to the same conditions. The blue haired doctor placed her hands into the pockets of her white coat. It was nearly lunch time and she was preparing to head down to the cafeteria. Still, her secretary had placed a small manila folder on her glass desk that needed attended to before she could go.

Moving away from her viewing point, Kasen headed over and took a seat in her chair. She flipped open the folder, scanning the contents of the single paper that was within. She was surprised it was just one paper. After all, with all the stacks that kept coming in lately, this was practically considered bizarre. Kasen saw it was an application for a young genin to join the medical program. Kasen's eyes squinted and read over the paper again. Gently closing the folder, Kasen picked it up before heading outside her office. She turned to a young woman that was sitting at a desk just outside, typing away. The woman almost didn't notice when Kasen stopped in front of her, holding the folder out to her. "Amanda, what is this?" The silver haired woman looked up with her diluted red eyes to meet Kasen's blue ones. She almost seemed perplexed at the question, a rather confused expression crossing her face. "Um, it's an application that was dropped off. Someone applied and I was told to pass it on to you." Amanda had stopped typing in order to address Kasen. Kasen chuckled. "Ah, yes, thank you, Amanda, I knew it must have been a mist----WHAT?" Kasen opened the folder again, looking over it's context. "Wait, you mean this is legitimate?" The secretary nodded. "And this isn't some joke from Kaen?" The other woman shook her head. "Or Tama getting revenge?" Another shake. "Or Gary trying to slip another one past us so he can get a higher pay for doing nothing?" One last shake.

There was a moment of silence. Kasen carefully closed the folder. She placed a single finger to her lips, thinking. They hadn't had a recruit in quite some time. Certainly not since Suzume, if she could recall at least. This was wonderful news. She decided it would be best to reach out as soon as possible. "I see. Well, in that case, please contact them and arrange for them to come in. If they're serious about joining the program, we can certainly arrange that. I'll be heading down to the clinic. Alert me when they are here and send them my way. Thank you, Amanda. Turning to lock her office, Kasen left the file with Amanda until her return. Amanda smiled and waved her off, happy to have been of some assistance. Kasen then headed down several hallways until she reached the clinic. Here, many of the minor illnesses and injuries were treated to keep the emergency room open. The clinic was not incredibly busy, just a few people here and there. Some of the nurses greeted her and she was extremely glad not to see Gary hanging around sleeping in one of the beds. The doctor grabbed some nearby medical charts and began her rounds. This would keep her occupied until the potential new recruit arrived.
