Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

As Ayana got home, she realized that something was off. All the lights were out, but somehow the place seems more dark than usual. Then she heard it. Whispering. Sounds like a couple of grown guys. But... Why would they even be here?

The girl snuck around her own house, trying to hear what the men are saying. "Hey. All I'm saying is that we grab some of them jewellery, take what is in their safe, and if any of them wakes up to find us, we nab them and hold em for ransom."

Ayana couldn't believe what she was hearing. Why the hell would someone steal from her Aunt and Uncle? It's not like they would be ideal targets. Hell, Ayana would think going after Kotone would have these thieves score more than whatever her Aunt and Uncle have.

She had to think. Rushing in blindly would only cause trouble. Trouble she doesn't want any part of. So right now would be best to follow them until they try and steal something.

Now breaking and entering her own home comes with the perks of knowing to be quiet and knowing her way around the house by climbing all over it. So this should be fine. Easy even.

But as soon as she climbed through a window and into the house, she felt as if something was around her. Watching her. She shook the thought from her head. The only people here right now is her and the burglars. She tried to be extra sneaky by climbing the ceiling. Well, crawl since if she stood up straight she would be easily caught.

The little girl followed the voices until she finally came across the three thieves. They were about to break into one of her Aunt's jewellery boxes when a different noise came from the room next door. Ayana thought that was weird, since she just came from there and didn't see anyone. The thieves looked in the doorway's direction, waiting for something to come out. Once it was clear that whatever it was wasn't going to make an appearance yet, they went back to work. The little girl used the darkness to her advantage and slipped down the walls quietly.

But just as she was about to do the heroic thing and beat the snot out of them, she saw someone. Or rather... She doesn't know how to describe it. It looked like the epitome of darkness itself. She couldn't really make out any features, but it looked rather creature like. A hunched over back, gnarled claws, what looks like maybe three faces, and maybe fur?

Ayana paused for a moment. What the hell is that thing? But nevermind that, she has a nagging sensation in the back of her mind that she should take a snapshot. Her eyes focused chakra that linked up with her brain. Hopefully, when she gets this snapshot, she doesn't lose it due to her own mental condition.

By this time, the creature took a step forward, with only a quiet squeak of the boards, which would have been impossible given the size and shape of the creature. But it was enough to get the attention of the thieves. The guy that seemed to be the leader pulled out a gun but lowered it once he saw whatever it was that he was facing.

"The hell are y-" Before he could finish his sentence, a black dart appeared in his neck, the man clawed at the weapon protruding from his neck but somehow couldn't grasp it.

"Kryvuk!" yelled one of his comrades. The man brought out a sword and charged, he swung his sword, but it went through the monster as if it were mist. But it grabbed the swordsman up with ease and something seemed to come out of the man. As if it were tearing itself out. A dark silhouette landed near the swordsman as the thief himself was dropped to he floor.

The creature and the silhouette are now looking at the final thief. Even in this darkness, Ayana could see the terror in his eyes, how his two friends fell easily to these... Things. There was only one thing she can do.

She jumped in front of hi. And brandished her Angel Windmill Shuriken. The sudden light was blinding, but she heard the screeching sounds of what might be the terrors of the dark before she heard them scamper away. She looked over at the last guy who was alive, who was just as shocked as she was.

"Who the hell are you?" He asked.

Ayana was about to answer when a headache ensued. "Ahhh!" She yelled out, before having shaking breathing... Where was she? And who the hell is this guy and why is he in her Aunt and Uncle's room? "What are you? A thief?" The guy, now had two expressions on his face. Scared, and confused.

He looked over at what appears to be another guy passed out. He checked the man's pulse, but looked around with a concerning look in his eyes. "This guy's still alive. But where's Kryvuk?" His eyes rested on the girl, he picked up his unconscious friend and said, "I don't know what the fuck is up with this place girlie, but I think my thieving days are over. If you are smart, you should move out of here as quickly as possible." And with that, the guy took his leave, before putting some valuables back in some drawers.

What... Happened? Ayana racked her brain full of questions. So thieves were here. It looks like she confronted them. And something happened that made a guy go missing, another passed out, and the third one scared out of his mind? He also seemed worried for her own safety as well. Her brain told her that she was still recording a snapshot, so she let it end. Not really knowing what she caught.

She was tempted to see, but she doesn't know if her mind is ready yet to know what had happened. For right now, though, she better just make sure nothing was stolen and head to bed.

(Ooc note:
Used snapshot from Ayana paused for a moment->her brain told her that she was still recording a snapshot)
