Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

using my ASP to buy a reboot card and start Akari as a fresh character https://www.ninpocho.com/index.php?posts/228544/#p228544 should be my old character~

Name: Uchiha Akari
Age: 10
Gender: Female
General Description:
Something one might easily notice when they first set their eyes on Akari is likely the fact that little seems to betray the fact that she is a child belonging to a famous shinobi clan, Standing at one meter and forty-five centimeters tall she is considered somewhat average for her age, small even, This, alongside her thin and light frame often make her be compared to a precious doll rather than a tomboyish teenager, to her own annoyance, While her skin seems soft and free from most blemishes, likely a fact attributed to the sheltered upbringing and overprotective nature of her caretaker there is one remarkable feature that one can almost find impossible to not notice, and those are her eyes and hair. Her hair, unlike the typical Uchiha is a bright red, an enigmatic sight that has often led to some joking about her within the family, and her eyes are a dark red in color, although no sign of the fabled tomoe are visible in her eyes, which suggest she has yet to unlock her Sharingan.

Either way, to go further into detail about her appearance, Her facial features seem to share that same youthfulness that children slightly under her age tend to have, and of course a certain feminine innocence to it, Her red-colored hair is usually left in the same hairstyle throughout the years, a stylish and well-maintained crop,

In terms of outfits, Akari seems to favor a skirt and a yellow hoodie that is tailored in such a way that it allows her to conceal her long hair underneath it.

Personality:
~ Be kind to others, and kindness will be given in return~
Words closely helt to her heart that her father used to teach her, Akari is an incredibly kind person, perhaps even too kind for her own good. She is the type of person who is nearly always considerate of others and prone to spend more time trying to help other people and think about the things that trouble them, than to take care of her own issues. The reason behind this is because she naively believes that if she is kind to other people, there will come a time that they will finally show the same kindness to her.

~ A word broken, is a promise forsaken, and there is nothing as rude as making a promise you can't keep ~
Loyal and dedicated to a flaw, once Akari has offered her friendship one can expect her to support that individual no matter what. The type of person who truly believes in the best of people, even when confronted with the truth she is prone to enter a state of denial. To her, there is nothing as horrible as a promise that wasn't kept, for it is something she describes as being as vile as a lie.

~ With effort flowers can bloom even in the most harshest of soils~
Despite the fact she had endured quite a fair share of trials and hardships, Akari is the type of person who is quite hardworking. As someone who believes that with enough effort, anything is possible, she truly is someone who tends to go her full one hundred percent whenever she gets involved in something.

~ Not all phantoms disappear once the spell is lifted~
A girl who is haunted by the troubling event within her past, the events have left quite an impact of her, making her act quite meek and timid, to the point her insecure nature is at the point where people might believe she is weakwilled. Someone who lacks the resolve to fight back or say no, it is not that surprising that she is the type of person certain people find easy to manipulate or force to make them go along with the flow.

~ Where there is light, there will always be a shadow, and not seeing that is the embodiment of naivity~
Akari is naive, extremely naive and quite gullible due to how she tends to believe in the best of people. It is quite easy for one to trick the young lady into carrying out some sort of scheme, and this even repeatedly!

~ Negativity begets more negativity, and in the end it becomes the only thing one can see ~
The truth is that Akari has quite a low sense of self-esteem, having experienced so many things at a young age, she is the type of person who sees little good in herself and is often quite likely to be pessimistic whenever there is something that involves herself.

~ When one finds a savior, they might cling to her like a guardian angel, even if she might be the devil ~
Extremely clingy to those who show kindness to her, Akari is quite an affectionate person and isn't shy to show her adoration in a slightly bashful manner, although there is nobody as dear to her as her savior, the kunoichi Asuka.

~ The nightmare of that red world is everlasting ~
Having been forced to watch the caravan she and her family were traveling in to be attacked by Missing-nin, the brutal conflict as she hid in the caravan had led her to be forced to endure frightening nightmares of her family's murder, although it was fortunate the nightmare in reality ended when Asuka saved her.

History:
It all began ten years ago, a humble beginning for a humble girl. Born in the main branch of the Uchiha family, Uchiha Akari's parents were considered quite average in comparison to the many great deeds their peers had performed throughout life. Perhaps it was because they were the type who ever since their daughter was born preferred a more peaceful and plain existence compared to the danger and excitement the career of shinobi brought.

It even had come so far that her family had decided to retire from their career as shinobi to instead open a bakery within the village of Konoha. Still, for Akari this peaceful and plain existence was perfect. She was neither ambitious or glory-seeking, someone who took delight in the everyday life she enjoyed with her family. Akari was a soft and well-mannered girl, the type of lass that people would find easy to get along with, and with her dotting family the child was truly happy. Not once did she even consider the idea of wanting to experience any type of change, she didn't aspire to become a shinobi, in fact she was more than satisfied helping her parents in their bakery.

But that all changed when Akari reached the age of eight, two years ago. While she accompanied her family on a trip outside Konohagakure, their destination being a grandiose festival on the outskirts of the Fire Country, tragedy struck. A group of bandits, led by a vile pair of missing-nins attacked the caravan, and despite the village guard's best efforts to fight back, they were overwhelmed. Even her parents their efforts to help after they ensured Akari was hidden in the caravan proved to change little as the missing-nins brutally murdered them while Akari trembled in fear in her hiding spot. She knew it wouldn't be long before they found her, before those villains would do the same thing to her as they did to her parents.

It was by sheer coincidence that a powerful kunoichi of Konohagakure, Uchiha Asuka was patrolling the nearby area and was alerted by the sounds of conflict, and arrived just in time to stop the assault. In comparison to the raw overwhelming power that the assaulters had with their sheer numbers, Asuka's experience, skill and prowess made it akin to a talented samurai wielding a katana against a mob of farmers, they stood no chance.

Trying to figure out what happened, Asuka spotted Akari's mother, who on the brink of death pleaded for Asuka to protect her daughter, the soft sobs from inside the caravan alerting Asuka of the lone survivor of the attack. It took some time and effort for Asuka to convince Akari that she meant no harm, to calm down the crying child and take her back to Konohagakure. Once there and news of the attack was revealed, the remaining matter was to be settled. Asuka didn't know Akari personally, but fortunately for her the young Uchiha was easily identified due to her unusual hair color, and when the Uchiha clan was considering who to take care of the poor child, Asuka recalled Akari's mother her pleading words.

She had asked with her dying breath to take care of Akari, and Asuka had chosen to honor the woman's last wish, suggesting that she'd raise Akari. Not only was Asuka a respected kunoichi of the village, but due to her ties with the Uchiha clan there was little reason for the village to deny the request.

Nonetheless, the days that followed proved to be tricky for Asuka. At first Akari seemed to be quite withdrawn, hiding herself in the room she was given, barely saying a word at all, and during the night she seemed haunted by frequent nightmares. It was only through patience, kindness and Asuka's cheerful and unpredictable personality that she was able to gain Akari's trust, and later on affection. The child started to talk more frequently, but most of the time she seemed to reminiscent of the past. She started to become reliant on Asuka, being borderline clingy to her, and refusing to leave their residence without her. It was clear the loss of her parents had left its scars on the girl's heart.

However, two years later, at the age of ten Asuka had chosen to take Akari somewhere, a place that would hopefully mend the broken heart of the child. They visited the grave of Akari's parents, and it was at that point Asuka asked a question that felt like a cannonball had hit the child in her stomach. Would her parents have wanted to see Akari continuing to hide in the memories of the past, frightened and in pain when she had been given the opportunity to live on. To Akari the survivor's guilt was immense, and yet when she stated she was the only survivor and she had nobody left, Asuka corrected her, stating that they were a family for two whole years already. The child started to weep, a mixture of sorrow and joy at knowing she was not alone in this world filling her, and it was on that day she had, for the first time called Asuka 'Mama'.

In the days following, while still meek and timed, Akari seemingly had started to change, trying to venture outside more often, but the most remarkable change was when she asked Asuka to sign her up for the shinobi academy. When she was asked about why Akari wanted to become a kunoichi, the child whispered softly that she didn't want others to have to experience the same thing she did. Akari would become a kunoichi for the sake of others...
