Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

While everyone followed the teacher into the tent to eat, Karasuba was still outside in her own little world to the point she had missed her sensei's arrival and talk as well as the arrival of all the other students. It wasn't long that Karasuba stood up after her sulk only to find herself all alone outside but unlike a normal person who would deduce that everyone was inside the young blonde gasped as she looked around. "I'm lost all alone in the wild." She said with a slightly panicked tone as a nearby squirrel in a tree sweat dropped at her frankly stupid words. Fortunately she was distracted by what she would call one of the most beautiful birds she had ever seen which flew over head and landed in a nearby tree. The first bird was soon followed by another and then another until soon enough Karasuba was oh and awing at them as they flew overhead. She even talked up to them but they never made a sound and soon enough her awe turned to annoyance as she shouted at the birds. "You birds are jerks!!! Why don't you sing!" As she was shouting at the birds her classmates and sensei finally stepped out of the tent. Junko took a seat and started speaking to them about summoning's which Kara only half listened as the silent birds vexed her to the point that her brain said to her. 'Hey these birds are mocking you. Lets blow em up mwahahahahahaaha!!!!" She even thought up the maniacal laughter as she reached into a special pocket in her trousers filled with clay which the mouth in her palm eagerly bit into. After a few chews the hand spit out a small white dove that Karasuba threw up into the air and with a hand seal the tiny statue turned into a small living white dove that quickly flew up into the trees. "Take this you sucky birds. Explosive style: Artistic Fireworks. Katsu!!!!!!!" With that the dove exploded as close as it could to a group of paper birds as Kara cheered at her expression of true art to the point she forgot her sensei may be upset at her using explosives in the woods.

Kunashi happily ate on an apple as his peers introduced themselves. He had heard their names before, Yasei, Kotsuko, and Yuu, but realized the girl was missing. He looked around the spacious tent for the young blonde but could not seem to find her. He decided that if she was going to miss out on this generous feast, then better for him. He grabbed another apple and a glass of water. His teacher grabbed a red bag of cookies, and stood up, grabbing his things and heading outside once more. He stood up and stowed another apple in his jacket's pocket. 'No use in not taking advantage of the meal, my stomach is still growling!' Ushering the young boys outside, Kunashi saw Junko form handsigns with one hand. Then a bench appeared from the roots of the trees, and he sat down, facing his students. 'That was so cool! And he did that with only one hand! I hope one day I can be strong like he is.' He looked around, and saw the blonde girl once more. He sighed, and when he inhaled he smelled a wonderful aroma that wasn't present before. 'The flower's must have bloomed or something, that smelled delightful!' He found a soft patch of grass to sit on in front of the bench, and sat and looked expectantly at his teacher. He smiled at the tall man, his enthusiasm visible in his eyes. He liked this teacher, maybe because he was the first person to teach Kunashi at the academy, maybe for some other unknown reason, but he felt he could learn from this man, and not just today in class.

Junko began speaking, and Kunashi's eyes could not have been more fixed. 'It's actually happening. I'm learning to become a shinobi. This is fantastic!' Kunashi smiled eagerly and absorbed the information like a sponge. He found it interesting that a summoner actually signs a contract with a species of animal, and that this contract never becomes void, even after the summoner's death. Kunashi raised his hand. "Junko-sensei, why is it that the contract is valid after the person's death? And how much blood is required for the summoning of these creatures?"

Kunashi lowered his hand and put it back in his lap, adjusting his body due to his butt starting to hurt from sitting on the ground. Repositioned, his eyes returned to his teacher, when suddenly he hears a girl yell and then..

BANG!

Kunashi jumped and spun around, and put his arms up to guard from attacks. He looked through his crossed arms to see the blonde girl cheering from sheer bliss at the explosion. 'What is wrong with her? Why is she cheering? Did she do that?' Kunashi didn't turn away from the girl, and kept his guard up, unsure of what was coming next.

The sky was still quite dark from the rising sun hidden behind the trees, cloud, and mist. As he sat on a low branch of his chosen tree in front of the entrance of the tent, for a second he thought he was alone due to the silence in the forest in that particular moment. Of course, a sweet smell making its way through the wind, from his left side, soon interrupted the thought of loneliness. Miko was acquainted with the smell already, the fragrance of the broken petals of –that- flower, a flower which could only be found in the mysterious yet beautiful starlight grotto he had once visited with Yukiko.

He missed her; her and Kyo, the inseparable trio who always brought bad luck to whatever unfortunate soul happened to cross paths with them. He remembered the good times, their first day at the academy, where he tried to beat up Hoshitsu for no particular reason, the last day at the academy, when he tried to beat up Yukimura for no particular reason, and of course – the day they blew up that weird bar in Cronopolis. They were all good times, spent with people who made it so much more interesting. Miko was sure this would be just like those other times; that smell had never betrayed him before.

As the white haired boy atop the tree branch lay deep in thought of the good ol’ days, not so long ago taking under account his thirteen years of age, he was interrupted by screaming. Miko hated when people yelled for no reason, he hated loud noises coming from living beings, and he had his reasons. Whatever happened, he had pledged not to let Genkaku out, he’d had it with him taking over ever since his twin brother went missing.

"Take this you sucky birds. Explosive style: Artistic Fireworks. Katsu!!!!!!!" – the girl screamed, not taking under account her surroundings, and the countless possibilities.

Wide eyed, Miko remained motionless for a few seconds staring at the beautiful explosion not so far away from him. It was impeccable, the way the single dove flew towards the nearest flock of paper birds and exploded in unison with the command ‘Katsu’. Miko had never seen anything like it before, he had never heard that jutsu before, but it looked surprisingly familiar. It was like seeing his younger self all over again, trying to show off by blowing up everything, all over again.

Miko couldn’t let this go. Even though his papercraft was resistant to explosives, and pretty much anything but lightning and concentrated fire, his plan would be revealed as soon as the girl noticed that the birds were not real. He had to act fast, even if Junko was already outside along with some other students, staring at the sudden actions of the blonde girl.

Miko liked her already, and he wanted to show some affection.

With a smile across his face, he remained in the tree, not hidden, but surprised that no one had spotted him yet. He didn’t need any handseals, or any specific movement for what he was about to do. In unison all the birds started flying in waves towards the girl. Miko had been preparing his creations since he arrived, and during the time they were eating. The first wave consisted of 5 birds flying in a straight line towards the girl like an arrow, each would explode as soon as it reached a close enough proximity to frighten her but not hurt her. As much as Miko was itching for a fight, he knew that if he hurt any of Junko’s students without permission, it wouldn’t go well for him. The second wave consisted of 10 birds flying like two flocks of 5 from the left and the right, each explosion designed to blind the girls senses for a moment, as the third wave approached. Finally, during the time of the first and second waves, the third wave of 30 birds would round the group like a tornado, tightening the eye with the girl as its center, and as soon as they were close enough to seriously hurt her with a synchronized explosion, each bird would burn up and turn into ashes, leaving a grey circle of a couple meters wide around the girl.

If all goes uninterrupted
<i>
</i>

<B>“There! They are all gone!” – Miko yells as he gets down from the tree, revealing himself to those who hadn’t noticed him before. “Wasn’t it beautiful?”

The white haired boy approaches the girl, holding a paper rose, bigger than the real ones, in his right hand, and precedes to hand it to her. If she grabs the rose, ten seconds later it would burn up and turn into ashe like the third wave of birds.

“It’s prettier when it ends in a second, isn’t it?” – Miko laughs.

Everyone had finally made their introductions and their individual outlooks on life, now it was time to get into the thick of things and take on the lesson by the horns. Something had been missing from the tent, however; a brief inhale told him that the young blonde had not followed them inside the tent. Poor Kara, she'd miss out on the feast, but it was all the same. Kuro seemed to be happy with that fact, having developed a disliking to the girl for manhandling him in such a way while he tried to rest. Yasei wasted no more time in finishing his food to replenish his energy, that which was lost from the previous day and the morning of vigorous training. Leaving the tent, Yasei and Kuro were both shocked by the loud explosion set off in the trees, the main suspect being that crazy blonde girl which invited the young Inuzuka's attention, "Kara! What are you doing?" he demanded, quickly approaching her. He remembered her from the art class that they both took, where she discovered the potential that her blood held. "You can't just go around, exploding the trees...." he said, concern for his home, quickly deepening. Kuro stood by his master's side, not growling at the blonde but seemed to be scowling at her for her actions. However, Yasei seemed more forgiving and understanding than his partner, "Please, don't do that, Kara," and with that, he went for a seat with the rest of the class.

Junko became the main focus as he watched him closely. That other boy, Kunashi, seemed absolutely enthralled by their sensei which he did not really understand. Kuro's glance wandered to Kunashi, giving his arm a sniff to confirm his intentions before sitting beside him, watching Junko perform the hand signs to initiate a jutsu. Junko's foreshadowing warning immediately caught Yasei's attention which forced him to focus, "Us? Why is that?" he questioned, a hint of panic to his voice. Kuro looked ready for action in case anything harmful was to come of that warning.

Junko had already taken into account that the blonde headed girl didn't come into the tent, which was cool. Junko wasn't going to force her to eat. Paying attention to the individual, it was obvious that she was one of the overly weird ones. Which was also cool. After all, ninja aren't normal. She seemed to be paying attention to mikos silly birds rather then the lesson which was an issue. "Ugh, stereotypical blondes and their short attention spans. Then we have miko, typical trouble maker." Junko thought as he knew this day would take a turn.

"Junko-sensei, why is it that the contract is valid after the person's death? And how much blood is required for the summoning of these creatures?"

noticing the hand and two great questions, Junko nodded with a small smirk. "Give me a second please." Junko said followed by a sigh.

KABOOOM!

Hearing the sound, Junko was already on the move, moving at a speed that would seem untraceable to a lower ranking individual. Biting his thumb with a series of blurred hand signs, Junko stopped for a single moment and smacked the ground. A cloud of smoke would explode in a instant, covering the area Junko was at. As the smoke soon vanished, paper birds began to fly, one would notice that Junko was no longer there.

Explosion after explosion, the sounds clapped like thunder throughout the forest. With All the noise, it was surely disturbing the habitat. Judging from the series of explosions, If one was mistaken, the girl would surely be dead. As a nasty tornado would accumulate and burn into bits, everyone would then realize that the girl was no longer there.

Walking from behind a near tree, the blonde headed girl would be seen in the arms of white tiger, Holding her as if she was a baby infant.

If everyone acted right and didn't resist, Junko would be seen walking from the forest with four more white tigers. The armored tiger, Kiba, would be seen with yukiko sitting on his shoulders like a father would do his child.

suvqc5.jpg

The tiger with the leather jacket, Byakko, would be seen holding miko by the back of the shirt. If he was smart, he wouldn't squirm because it could be worst. As in dragging his ass through the dirt.

Coming back to the group with the gang, Junko shook his head. "Put the explosive maniacs on the bench." Junko said with a sigh. Jibakurei would sit the girl down softly as Byakko would drop miko on the bench. "Well, first off class. Meet miko and yukiko. They was in your shoes at the academy not so long ago." Junko said looking at the two. "And meet my feline family! The white Lotus." Junko said with a smirk.

"Is that a dog?"

"Yes, it wreaks of canine."

"Oh no, I can't believe that you have us here with these things."

"Calm down, he's an inuzuka student."

"Wow, so your teaching these things to?"

"If I'm the teacher, what do you think?"

Walking towards the inuzuka and crouching, Raijū simply stared.

"You both are cats today. I advise you to purr and cough up hair balls. Understood kitty?"

Grabbing Raijū's shoulder, Junko pulled him back. "Go find a ball of yarn or something. I have to finish this lesson." Junko said a bit annoyed.

"Ugh, whatever."

As the tiger walked away, Junko looked at yasei. "Sorry about that." Junko said before turning and facing the rest of the class. "Back to this lesson!" Junko said giving the explosive maniacs a brief cold stare, One which Junko only gave on the battlefield. If they wasn't careful, they could end up pissing Junko off. "As for your wonderful questions! The contract would still be valid because contracts aren't signed with only your flesh." Junko said with an interruption.

"It's signed with your entire being and soul."

"Thanks Kiba for finishing that off for me. As for the blood question, I'll get to that soon." Junko said awaiting for more questions and comments. Hopefully the chain of events didn't spook anyone. Taking a seat next to kotsuko, Jibakurei remained quiet after giving the kid a glance. Raiju and Byakko stood behind the bench, towering over the troublemakers as Kiba and Tora simply stood to the side.

OOC: this is basically an interception post! So, if you already posted, that's cool. Simply wait for my next post. Yuu and Kotsuko simply need to post, you have until I post on the 27th!

"We're all part of the same ancient secret society. A group that transcends the divisions of the human world and contract realms. We, as the White Lotus will always be about philosophy, beauty, and truth."

<General description>
White Lotus, is an ancient and secret group among the felines that seeks philosophy, beauty, and truth, but have no problem with getting down and dirty. Formed centuries earlier by the wisest of the felines from their contract realm, the Order began as an elite group where white tiger felines trained their mind, body, and spirit for the future.

With years of training, this fearsome five have gained experience in tracking, stealth, reading, walking on water, climbing trees or walls, and a series of investigative strategies. Each feline has a background in martial arts/combat and Because of this, each feline has a strong desire for peace.

Un-entertained by feline culture, The white Lotus has shifted its focus to human civilization. Curious of its diverse ways, they thirst for interaction to put their skills to the test. Waiting on the day a chosen contract holder is blessed with the white lotus tattoo. Only then, will white lotus individuals have a chance to be picked single handedly.

<Purpose For Team>
This group has been assigned to Tsuyoshi Junko, each one hand picked and devoted to the sharing of ancient knowledge with Junko. They also concern themselves with the task of finding, training, protecting, and helping Junko during his day to day life.

<How they became acquainted with summoner>
After being granted with acceptance from the felines, Junko received a piercing bite, forming the white lotus's symbol, Junko was now able to choose a feline or more to assist him in his every day life. Looking at the various choices of felines, Junko was unimpressed, until he was put in front of the white Lotus. Being the first to choose from the white lotus, Junko choose five diverse members of the vast group.

Explosions.. ?.. haha nothing new with Miko..
but everything went fast from there.. the kid starting it all off disappeared between the blasts.. and a second later an armoured tiger stood just below the branch she was sitting on.. he gesticulated for her to jump Down to her, it would not be a problem.. and as he was armoured and she was quite slender for her age.. (despite the big jacket, clearly meant for a well build adult man), Yukiko jumped Down just to be put up on his shoulders like Little girl.. actually she was one.. altho her education in cloud did put her in the light experienced Group, she was still training and still learning.. but she was not an Academy student anymore..
as she was transported into view she took a note of the surroundings like she was trained to do, and could not completely hold back a smirk for Miko..

Yukiko sat obediently where she was put, and listened for the lesson she was invited to.

Ko sat quietly and listened to everyone's answers. They were all more or less similar, though there were a few subtle differences between them. At the end of the day though, did the reason for being here matter all that much? What did matter was that they were here, that they were participating in the class, and that they were learning something. As the last of the students at the table finished introducing themselves, Ko heard the teacher tell them to finish up in here. Seems the tent was merely a temporary area—they were only there long enough to refuel and introduce themselves. The real lesson would be starting shortly, outside. The instructor was already heading out the door, katana and cookies in hand, leaving the rest of them to catch up with him. Ko stood up from the table, finishing up the last of his apple as he did so. He was really glad he'd left enough room to be able to enjoy such a delicious treat, and wanted nothing more than to finish up the last morsels of it. As he stepped outside, though, the young boy knew he needed to get rid of it. Seeing as apples are compostable, the silvery haired youth just tossed the thing into the trees. Nobody would mind if a few apple trees began to grow around here, right?

As they all filed outside for the lesson, Ko noticed that they were missing the crazy girl from earlier. Looking around, he saw her over on the other side of the clearing. He didn't feel that he should be concerned for her, as she was the one who was spacing out on the whole issue. He ignored her, and turned his attention back to the instructor. The teacher would continue on with the lecture, but not before he fashioned himself a bench to sit on out of nowhere. Apparently their teacher had the ability to perform Mokuton Element techniques—he had the young boy's curiosity before, but now he had his full, and undivided, attention. The teacher sat back in his newly made chair, eating his cookies and lecturing the students. Ko liked that the man got straight to the point, delving straight into the important details of contracts. He called it boring, but Ko found it fascinating. The idea of forming a bond, sealed in blood, with a species for the rest of your life, intertwined forever in an agreement of mutual helpfulness, was simply mystical. He could ask about so many different aspects of the whole process, it was hard for him to choose one or two questions. And, unfortunately for himself, the last student to show up—Kunashi, as he'd introduced himself—had already begun to ask the instructor questions. He even asked one of the question's Ko had been thinking of. He decided he'd better ask now, or he might not get the chance. "Sensei, Is it possible for two contract holders to be alive at the same time? What if they both try to summon the same creature?"

Things were going rather smoothly. For the moment. It took no more than a few minutes before something crazy happened—the blonde haired girl blew up a bomb. Ko acted purely on instinct, his left hand shooting down to instinctively remove the cap off of the small gourd he carried. He looked over, seeing a swirling storm of paper looking birds. What the heck was going on?! Suddenly, the birds erupted into flames, creating a ring of fire around the girl. She must have been roasted alive, after a display like that. Were they being attacked? This was ridiculous, Ko unraveled the seal on his gourd, about to take command of the elements that laid within. However, before he could the flames died down to reveal that no one was inside of them. Ko was surprised, and stopped himself suddenly. His eyes scanned all around, until finally he caught sight of something strange. Walking out of the treeline was a large white and black tiger, carrying the young girl in its arms. Ko was no zoologist, but he was pretty sure that tigers didn't walk around like that. Furthermore, a little ways off to the side Ko could see their instructor walking out with a small band of white and black tigers following him. One of them carried a young girl on it's shoulders, and another was dragging along a boy by his shirt. Were these the two that had caused the mischief? Ko instantly calmed himself, collecting his thoughts and returning the seal to his gourd. He had no need of it right now.

As the instructor made up the distance between himself and the group of students, he explained that the two they'd caught were former Academy Students and that the walking tigers accompanying him were called 'The White Lotus'. How mysterious. When they all began to speak, though, Ko knew the class was about to get interesting. There weren't many books in the library about Contract Creatures, which was one of the reasons Ko had been so excited for this lecture. When faced with this odd—yet incredibly interesting—situation, he felt as if a surge of questions were rushing forth from deep within him. For now he would simply observe their behavior, but later he hoped he'd be able to be more thorough in his questioning. Ko listened to the instructor answering Kunashi's question, and was a little bit entertained by the way in which Junko interacted with the felines. As he listened, the summon who had carried the blonde girl earlier sat down next to him. The cat gave him a glance with it's large and ferocious eyes, seemingly sizing him up and evaluating him. Ko decided to be strong, and gave the creature a swift smile before returning his gaze to the instructor. Ko was curious as to whether there would be any hands on parts of the lecture...

After a short meal, Yuu got out of the tent so he can attend the class. But before he can, an explosion quickly stopped in his tracks. In fact, it was so loud, that he froze in fear as his hair shook up. Yet, he was able to hear his instructor's words clearly, which he was still able to hear the lecture. Although he can deal some fireworks, that was the loudest he ever hear, which enough to skip his heart beat for a second. After a few minutes of fear, Yuu managed to stand up and joined up with others, which he was in time to saw some kind of a bipedal white tiger holding an older woman, much to his awe.

"Wow, so they are Contracts, huh?" He thought as questions about the Contract's species, which he didn't have time to join as well. After he listened to his lecture, Yuu decided it was his turn to ask. "Well, what happens if your Contract took a lot of damage? Would it be just killed or just go back to where it was?"

"Well Kotsuko, their can be tons of contract holders alive at the same time. Many individuals are bound to a contract from what I know dealing with the feline contract. Hmm, and If two individuals attempted to summon the same creature, one person would get the creature while the other would get a substitute creature of that specimen." Junko said with a brief pause. "To answer your question Yuu, the creature would simply go back to where you summoned he or she from." Junko said with a nod.

"Look at little brother Junko being all educational. The kitty's all grown up."

"Yeah, hahahah!"

"Haha, he has indeed."

"Cut it out you guys." Junko said face palming as his brethren laughed. It was something else having a contract, especially the feline one. "Anyways children, ignore the pussies." Junko said teasingly.

"Who are you calling pussies?"

"The only pussies I see here is those mutts!"

"Hey, you two! Stop interrupting."

Giving off a slight growl, Rijū and Byakko obeyed Kibas order. "You two should have some fish, it's in the tent, enjoy." Junko said waving the two knuckleheads off.

"Sounds good to me, let's go Raijū."

"Fish, tasty."

The two felines entered the tent in a rush, ready for the delicious meal. It was no telling how long they'd be stuffing their faces. "Next, you should know that after you obtain a contract, you will not get the actual contract to carry around as you see fit." Junko said pulling out his copy of the feline contract scroll. "This here is simply a copy of the contract meant only for my literary review. It’s like getting a copy of a lease. Also, it is only visible to members of the same contract. No doujutsu can read it, not even the powerful rinnegan." Junko said with a pause.

"The true holders of the binding contracts are called contract overlords.

"Indeed, and I haven't even met the feline overlord yet. I'm actually suppose to soon, but it stands to reason that if they exist for feline summons, then perhaps others exist in other contracts. Still, that’s just me and my sensei's speculation though."

"Within the summoning contract, the summoner is entitled to call upon five creatures ranging from D to S rank.

"New summoners, such as myself are automatically given access to the all star team. I would tell you the feline all star team, but I can't."

"Simply because you kittens aren't apart of our contract and he can not tell you our secrets."

" anyways, at a later time summoners could, if they wish, choose different creatures to represent each summoning rank. This way, your summons are unique to only you."

" you can even take it a step further. With an overlords blessing, you may take on a low level noncombatant companion(s) to accompany you in your realm."

"Indeed, The White Lotus are my personally handpicked team."

"If or when you guys gain contracts, you may have the same."

Nodding, Junko enjoyed how his feline companions chipped in to help with his lesson. It was quite helpful, and saved him a lot of breath. Continuing his cookies from earlier, Junko awaited for questions and comments. With a yawn, Tora would lay on his stomach next to Yuu to relax and enjoy the free time. Meanwhile, jibakurei eyed the blonde headed girl and miko as he moved his tail in a peculiar manor.

Their was no telling what was on the quiet cat's mind, but as his tail moved, it would soon begin to brush upon Kotsuko. If he didn't move, jibakurei's tail would tickle his ear and brush across his face.

Although he didn't answered his question yet, Yuu learned how contracts are stored via copies of them or about contract overloads. Yet, with the cats somehow interrupting Junko's lecture, he knew that getting feline Contract was out of the question for him. Two reason was his mother was allergic to them and the fact he has a high chances that he might get a chatty one, enough to made him drive mad with annoyance. Although, if he can find one after he become a real ninja, a canine Contract would be a perfect companion for him.

But, this lecture made him realized something. If his contracts might be random, he felt that he can choose them as well, specifically a contract that he likes. But before he can ask, a bipedal white tiger wearing a dark green cloak lied next to him, which upon a closer look, Yuu was surprised at the armor he wore. "Wow, judging from these contracts means that Sensei might be a strong ninja. Yet, his tigers are somehow chatty." Back to the lecture in hand, Yuu then asked to the instructor his next question. "Is it possible to choose an animal as your contract? If it is, how can we able to find one? Not only that, do we need to get stronger if we want to get contracts faster?"

Kunashi glanced over at his teacher, or at least where he was. He attention reverted back to the explosion, now replaced with a multitude more. Birds flew from all over, aiming at the girl and exploding. A vicious tornado of birds appeared, surrounding the girl. Kunashi started to shake a little. 'Are we being attacked? I can't fend off a ninja yet, I'm just a student!' Kunashi watched as the tornado of birds closed in, and began to burn. It was a spectacle, the serenity of the sight was offset by the intensity of the attack. Kunashi couldn't look away as the tornado combusted, leaving in its wake a vortex of ash Harsh at first, Kunashi watched as the ashes lost momentum and fluttered to the ground. Redirecting his attention to the girl, Kunashi realized she was gone. 'Is she dead? Where did she go?'

His questions were quickly answered when he saw her in the arms of a bipedal tiger. Kunashi looked around as four more similar tigers appeared, with Junko beside them. Kunashi lowered his guard, as Junko seemed unconcerned at this point. Awestruck, Kunashi watched as Junko and his entourage of tigers rejoined the class. He sat down as the tigers placed down the students they were carrying, and noticed Yasei's dog sniffing his arm and sitting next to him. Kunashi gently pat the dog as he watched the tigers move and take their positions around the bench where he found Junko once more. Junko introduced the tigers as the White Lotus, and continued on as if the explosions never happened. Still in some shock, Kunashi could only sit and listen as his questions were answered by Junko. It didn't help that the armored tiger, Kiba, interrupted Junko to answer his last question. Kunashi was intimidated to say the least.

Kunashi's nerves were slowly settled as the tigers seemed rather friendly, one even laying down next to Kotsuko. Kunashi just leaned back on his arms, put out at an angle behind him. He tried to pay attention to Junko, but he couldn't help but glancing at the tigers, especially the two that seemed to talk a lot. Soon, however, they were dismissed for food and Kunashi could refocus on the lesson. He was learning a good amount, but had no further questions at the time, so he sat quietly, glancing occasionally at one of the three remaining big furry beings.

The large tigers were something that Yasei definitely had not anticipated, watching one carry Kara towards the group. The introduction of the group but quite unexpected and he really wasn't sure how to take it all. Kuro seemed disturbed, just a little bit and felt uncomfortable when the parade of tigers approached. Even Yasei growled a little at the greeting from the tigers, "I'll be a filthy cat when hell freezes over," he said with a grimace toward the other, not at all having any liking for those of the feline species. The young dog growled at the tiger's words until he left under Junko's commands, even going so far as to bark, attempting to come off as threatening. He settled down, nonetheless.

Kuro seemed comforted by Kunashi's touch, a means of him trying to be social with other students in the group. Yasei rolled his eyes at the behaviour of his familiar but he had to focus on the lesson a little more than he was. Focus was not an easy thing to achieve right now with the large tigers skulking around the area, even answering some of the questions from the other students. "Who're you calling pussy?" he demanded from Raijū as Kuro approached him. He looked to his dog, who told him to calm down and keep from lashing out with a bark.

The smell of fur balls and cat dander had become quite pungent in the air and was difficult for the Inuzuka duo to shake off, the smell made Yasei's angry as he watched the teacher give his explanation. Shockingly, Kuro was the one to raise the next question; a small series of barks were directed towards Junko, the source of those barks looking to his master as if expecting to translate. "Right, he asks.....Does each contract have their own fighting style or jutsu?"

Ever since these tigers had appeared on the scene, the entire class had become far more interesting. Junko's answers to his question were encouraging—it meant that, no matter the circumstance, he'd be able to summon a companion when he was in danger. That is, if he ever found a Contract in the first place. Beyond their battle capabilities, though, Ko found that they seemed to make interesting companions. The way that Junko interacted with the members of the White Lotus was humorous to say the least. They all acted like siblings, joking around with each other and berating one another. It seemed like fun. Eventually, though, the fun had to end—they were in a class, after all. Junko told a couple of the felines to leave them, and instead had them partake in some of the delectable fish in the tent. Without objection, they left to go gorge themselves on delicious fish. Ko wasn't going to say he was glad at this unfolding of events, but he wouldn't deny it either. He preferred to be learning during class time, not joking around and messing with people.

Continuing forward with the lesson, Ko listened as Junko pulled out what seemed to be a blank page of parchment. He claimed it to be a copy of the contract that he had signed, but to Ko it seemed like just a blank page. He'd take his word for it, but still. As the instructor continued to speak, the class took a more theoretical turn—speculation as to what were called "Overlords" took place, which seemed to spark Ko's interest. So, these contracts were set up with a certain hierarchy. At the top was the Overlord, and it could only be assumed that the more powerful a summon was, the higher up the ladder they were. Junko seemed to speculate that this was the case in other contracts as well, though which ones those might be were beyond him. Ko became a bit curious then, regarding the different types of contracts. "So wait, how many contracts are there? What kinds of creatures can one sign a contract with?" Ko had a few other questions, but he'd wait until that one was answered first.

All in all, Ko was understandably excited about this whole thing. He wondered if he'd ever find a contract himself, and what kind of creature it might be. However, this led him to another question. It seemed that Yuu had a similar question to his, and so he chimed in along with the boy. "Sensei, you said that your sensei also had a contract with, I assume, the same feline creatures here. Did you gain your contract through him? I've read before that some creatures will 'select' people to sign contracts with them, but I've never heard of someone passing down a contract." It appeared to be the case that there were multiple ways of acquiring a contract. How many ways there were, though, still appeared to be a mystery.

"So wait, how many contracts are there? What kinds of creatures can one sign a contract with? Sensei, you said that your sensei also had a contract with, I assume, the same feline creatures here. His students were something else, curious with a mindset to learn. It was exhilarating to Junko. "You guys have a lot of questions. I like that." Junko said with a nod. "Back in my day, I was told that curiosity killed the cat." Junko said laughing a little as he reminisced. The students would probably be puzzled at the old saying, but Junko would continue to bypass the possible awkwardness.

"Well, it's not really possible for you to choose your contract. From what I know, it's quite the opposite. Meaning, they choose you. The speed of obtaining a contract all depends on what happens for you to even obtain the contract and being strong might help." Junko said with a brief pause. Looking at the rowdy "Kittens", Junko answered Kuros question. "As for unique fighting styles and Jutsu, yes they do, judging from the few I've seen."

"Maybe we should demonstrate?"

"Hmm, maybe later. Moving on, I don't know how many contracts are out there. Honestly, I don't think anyone does. Aside from feline and canine, I haven't seen any other creatures. I would imagine that theirs a large variety of contract creatures though. As for your last question Kotsuko, yes. The feline contract was passed down to me. The ancient power of the bond with a Contract Summon can go even deeper than just summoning. By forming a special symbiosis with one's contract, a warrior can attain an even greater power. Even the power to teach. Junko said walking around the group. "I've actually obtained this ability, but I am not teaching the feline contract." Junko said.

Motioning behind the bench, Junko placed a hand on the two explosive maniacs heads. Looking at the group and giving the vigilantes a pat, it was time to finish up."Alright, When a summoner signs a contract, he or she is allowed access into that specific contract creature’s world or realm as we call it. It’s almost exactly like the human realm except in place of humans are mostly talking creatures. The time might even pass differently."

“Once you’ve signed however, you’ll be able to open up portals to the realms on your own, but only summoners may enter the realm! The overlord should also understand that as ninja, we might find ourselves in need of extra assistance and so the most trustworthy among the summoners are allowed to sign with an additional contract without fear of repercussion. The last thing for me to teach you is the summoning jutsu. I’m not sure if you know the basic summoning jutsu, but that jutsu is completely useless to you when it comes to this. Known as a space-time ninjutsu, the contract summoning jutsu is used to bring your brethren to you....or you to them. The latter is known as the reverse summoning jutsu. I digress, you will need a stamp of blood and the hand you signed the contract with. When summoning a creature, think of the battle situation and summon accordingly. Some situations might call for an offensive summon, others might call for a defensive or supportive summons.”
Junko said beginning the hand signs

“The contract summoning jutsu can be performed on any surface, even air if necessary. The hand signs are as follows: boar, dog, bird, monkey, ram. That concludes today’s lesson. I would've summoned these guys, but that fun part was pushed up due to a sudden chain of events." Junko said shaking his head. "With the lesson over, I'll take any final questions or request. I would also like to know what branch are you guys interested in. If I'm correct, some of you look like you're ready for a Genin exam."

Kunashi looked at the sky once more. Quite some time had passed since the beginning of the lesson, but Kunashi had learned a lot. He ultimately decided that contracts were something to look into when he gets much, much stronger. He looked at his teacher and began to recount his lessons.

'Contracts.. I would have to be chosen by the contract itself.. I would use blood to sign it and summon them.. There are at least two different contracts, feline and canine.. and the contract wouldn't go away if I died.' Kunashi watched Junko form the handseals required for the contract summoning jutsu, and copied it meticulously. 'Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram.' He was not fluid in forming handseals quite yet, so this took some time. Kunashi had not a clue what a Contract even meant, let alone what it entailed. He had learned a great deal today.

He looked over his classmates as he was dismissed. He began to stand up. 'Kotsuko. We could be friends.. we seemed to get along. Yuu and Yasei have potential as well, though they are a little different than me. I don't want to even waste my time with the blonde girl though, she still hasn't introduced herself and I feel like I would be blown up if I hung around her. No.. Thanks..' Kunashi cringed with his last thought. He looked to the three other boys next to him. "Kotsuko, Yuu, Yasei.. See you around?" He waved goodbye to them. Turning to his sensei, he bowed respectfully. "Thank you Junko-sensei. And your friends too!" He smiled at the giant cats, still intimidated by their presence. He chuckled uncomfortably and turned back to Junko. "Maybe you can teach me how to appear like you did earlier? Oh! And I think I'm interested in the Main Branch, but the ANBU seems mysterious, which I like. But, there is a long way to go before then! Hope to see you around, Junko-sensei!" Bowing once more, Kunashi walked by the bench Junko made and began heading to the village. His spine gave him a chill when he walked past the human-like cats, he just still felt uncomfortable with them, mostly from inexperience. He shrugged it off and continued walking, planning the rest of his day in his head.

It seemed like the class was wrapping up. As Ko sat there listening to his teacher's last words, he felt the bushy tail of the cat sitting near him brushing up against his arm. Soon, the thing managed to, somehow, make its way all the way up to over his face. Ko tried his best not to react, simply glancing over at the feline with a look that simply said 'really?' Trying to ignore the cat, Ko was fully focused on the teacher's lesson. He seemed to be impressed with their questions, even commenting with an old saying. Ko got a chuckle out of it, especially because of the double entendre. "Yeah, but satisfaction brought him back." He finished off the other half of the saying for Junko. You could tell which part of the saying that Ko preferred more. Still watching with a keen desire to gather in as much knowledge as possible into his mind, Ko seemingly studied every single word that the man told them. Upon hearing that there were probably many unknown contracts still out there, Ko's imagination was sparked by the grandness of it all. Maybe, one day, he'd find a contract of his own.

As for now, Ko gave himself a little more than a few moments to memorize the pieces of information the teacher had given them. Signing the contract, hidden realms, space-time ninjutsu, and even reverse summoning. There was a lot of information to take in, but Kotsuko could handle it. He was used to processing large amounts of information at a time. He absorbed it all like a sponge, not letting a single drop of information escape from him. As the lesson came to a close, though, Ko realized that there was still so many unanswered questions. Where did the contracts come from? How do they work after death? How does one teach a contract to someone else? Ko had a plethora of questions he could ask the teacher, but for the moment he figured it might be better to let those questions go unanswered. Perhaps, if he ever got a contract of his own, he could ask them? As for now, the class was over. Breaking his eye contact with the professor, Ko realized that it had been quite a while since the class had started. It's not like it was sunset, but the sun was maybe halfway up the sky? They'd been there for a good while, learning and getting to know each other. At least it hadn't seemed to have taken all that long.

As Ko got up, stretching as he did, he gave the professor a quick smile. "Thank you, sensei, for the lesson. Hopefully I'll see you around the Academy!" He also turned towards the different feline summons who still remained in the area. He gave them all a brief smile as well. "I don't quite know all your names yet, but thank you for today. I look forward to, possibly, meeting you again in the future." As he turned to leave, he was greeted by the good byes of a few other students. Kunashi announced that he was heading out, to which Ko responded with a smile and wave. "Yes, definitely. I'm sure I'll run into you somewhere." As everyone seemed to be heading out, Ko thought he would as well. He still had plenty of time to go reading today, and with a new subject in mind you could be sure that he'd be tearing through books with a renewed sense of vigor and passion. Maybe the answers to his earlier questions were, in fact in one of those books?

With the class finished, Yuu recounted the lesson. First was how to use Contracts, finding one and how they choose their master, summon them, and a special jutsu that allow a user to go to their Contract's world. Upon he recapped them, he never knew there are benefits for a Contract. If he can find one, maybe he can able to fight with an ally whenever he was lost, during a mission where they have to split up, or when he need more allies to fight. Nevertheless, it was a good decision for him to attend this class, so a thanks was in order to his sensei.

"I can't believe I learned so much from you, sir. Thanks again for the class and letting me see your tigers!" As he was about to leave the class, he noticed a young boy which he remembered his name as Kunashi waved him goodbye along with some other students. If he was lucky, he might see him again soon as he waved back to him. Also, Kotsuko gave him and the others a brief smile, which he then said, "Yeah, I hope we'll meet again soon, Kotsuko." With that said, he left the forest with the new knowledge in his head.

Yukiko listened to the lecture from Junko Its was both odd and refreshing to see and hear him from this angle. it was an interesting topic, one that Yukiko had been interested in for quite some time..
through the lecture she just sat an listened she did not have questions because all the bright students actually did some nice Work in asking the right questions. She hoped some day to be able to get a contract but you never know for something like that..

she watched the students go one by one and waited for the last to go

[if nothing else happens involving Yukiko]
when all the students were gone.
"thank you Junko for the invitation for this class it was refreshing to participate in something like this.. and after all.. you can always learn"
She turned throwards the Feline that had carried her in from the tree.
"thank you for your assistance in getting here" the ended the sentence with a small bow and turned to leave
"I hope to see you another time soon Sensei" the last part was said with a smile as he was no longer her sensei "Just" a senior
with that she walked off
