Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The moment Azami set foot in the orphanage, she felt her heart ache. It was truly a heartbreaking sight – all these children, starving and lonely, yet so full of life. They had nowhere to go, no one to take care of them. Some of them never even met their parents; and most of them grew up here so they could follow the very same path their parents took off to – fight and die. Azami, although mature for her age, was also a child. But these kids, they were much younger than her. She, herself was also an orphan – however, she grew up with her aunt. And although the woman had many flaws, Azami was grateful that she had provided her with a home to live in, at least.

The girl had brought three bags full of food she managed to cook this morning. Though she woke up very early, before sunrise, Azami now realized that even with all this food, there was a possibility that some children could stay hungry. The place was truly packed. She decided to not waste any more time and start giving the food away, making sure that everybody got a piece.

Of course, Azami didn’t come here just to feed the children. She helped take care, clean and wash them and the place. She spoke to them, listened to their stories and their dreams. Many of them had great dreams – a boy, named Rinji swore he’d become the Kazekage one day. Another one, Hisayuki, shared that he dreamt of being a medic-nin so he could help people. Azami couldn’t help but smile at this; it was her very own dream as well. Saeko, a tiny girl with ebony skin and black hair just wanted a mother. She also made her own dolls – she showed her collection and gave one of them to the Yanagita, as a gift. The blonde promised she’d keep it forever and she intended to keep that promise.

Soon, all the food Azami had made was gone; fortunately all of the children managed to get a piece. The blonde couldn’t speak and pay attention to all of them – some of the children weren’t exactly talkative, some preferred hiding in the corner, observing her carefully. It’d make sense why they’d be wary of strangers, Azami couldn’t blame them. It was a long day and the sun was setting. The blonde took goodbye with most of the kids, some of them embraced her in a tight hug which she returned. Azami turned back one last time before she walked out of the orphanage, clutching the empty bags in her hand. She didn’t do all of this just for the sake of the mission; she truly cared and was once again reminded of how important it’d be for Azami to achieve her dream – to be able to help people. She wanted to help these children, to be able to give them a home. As of now, all she could do was listen to their stories and cook for them.

The blonde took out the doll which Saeko had given her and looked at it, her rosy lips forming into a small smile, there was a hint of sadness in it. One day, the Yanagita thought, she’d help them. The children and the people of Suna. All of them.
