Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Winding His way down the Bustling pathways of Dawnbringer's Plaza he notices a lone seat bench with nobody on it, to relax his sore feet from walking Ryuuka decides to sit down on the bench and soak up all his surroundings. The people were well dressed and all looked like they were enjoying themselves with all the flashy lights around, 'so many things to see, to do yet so little time' that's what he imagined the passerby's thoughts were. Sitting under the golden sun makes it a delight to sit there, the streets full of activities and faces that are ever changing. Ryuuka looks around feeling boredom and a small stall catches his eye, a young girl selling ice cream with her parents, how cute. the simplicity of the stall makes it out to be something low grade but the more you look at it the more it intriguing it becomes.
The looks on their faces shine almost as bright as the glimmering sun above them as if this is the most enjoyable thing they have ever done, watching them thrive brings a smile to Ryuuka's face as he looks around for something to relieve him of this boredom welling up inside. So many people passing by yet every single one is unique, it makes him wish that he could go up to all of them and get to know them. They all seem so original with some wearing unusual clothing, some the way they talk, it helps to say that everyone is individual in their own way. Understand how they are individual makes knowing somebody and befriending them a lot easier and more enjoyable. And then there is me, on the bench wondering how individual an individual can be, "what a wonderful world" Ryuuka says out as he leans back on the bench.

A rush of pink came bouncing down the busy street. At the moment, she had no destination, only a goal: F**k s**t up. Everyone seemed so busy and bored but Sashine could always find a solution, even if it meant creating chaos where none was needed. Around the fountain, there were many benches, the bright blue water flowing down the stone pedestal that sat below that one guy in the statue. She kind of knew about him. Sashine never payed attention to history. These old people were dead already and with the life she was leading, the likeliness of an early death was considerably high. She had no interest in wasting her time learning facts about people who flew to heaven. Sure, there were things like chakra and powers, one could even say magic but that whole heaven thing seemed like mumbo jumbo. Her parents didn't enforce the teachings on her and thus, this was likely something that didn't bring power and as a shinobi, that seemed like a waste of mental space.

A bunch of humans were sitting around, usually in pairs, mother and children, brother and sister, husband and wife. A boy sat down alone, probably resting up from having to shop with his parents or something. She imagined he was shopping with his mother and she had led him into cutlery shops, showed him what each plate and fork was meant for and then taken him to a furniture shop and talked to him about what would look best in their house and at this point, the boy was exhausted.

Sashine, the pastel pink-bow overlord, was aware that she was likely younger and was here alone but she liked to imagine people always in company of others. Still, there was a chance the boy was alone and that meant, it was her time to prey. She moved closer to the boy and skipped along, locking eyes with him as she moved closer. She sat directly next to the boy, despite the space in the bench to sit further away. Sashine looked around at the people, choosing not to look at the stranger in the eye despite how close she had sat next to him.

Waiting a few seconds before saying anything, she turned to look at the boy with a signature cute smile and said: "Hi!" In an animated world, there would be little multicolored stars rotating around her face as they spun. "You know, we're a couple now.", she turned to look at the people around the fountain, motioning for the boy to look as well. "See, everyone's paired off so we are as well." Sashine had an inkling to put her hand on his but she didn't want to completely scare him off, just creep him out a little.

As the Pink covered girl approached and sat down next to him Ryuuka felt a wave of curiosity, wondering what she wanted, why she want here. As she spoke those words he started thinking.....and thinking....and finally he came to a conclusion, he would have to befriend them! Completely forgetting what she said before he says "Uhh hello" he smiles "im Ryuuka but you can call me Ace, whats your name?" Talking to girls isn't really something he does on a daily basis as he usually only hangs out with guys, the way he said it made him second guess his confidence and believed that what he said after she responds would be full of confidence!

This boy was not only dumb, but also slow. Not much could be expected from boys though. Despite his age, he seemed to be waiting on her to lead. What kind of gentleman not only let the other approach him but also expected the woman to pull him along in the conversation? He only really turned her question back at her and expected her to keep going. This was why boys were so lame. She was wearing the pants now, it seemed. "I'm Sashine and I want you to dance for me, Ace-saaaan~". She clapped her hands together as if they had been orders given to her maids. Sashine needed to make this chore of being the leader in the relationship, womanly and that was all she imagined. She wasn't sure what couples did together either but she knew that a good couple always danced well and hopefully the boy would know the proper way to ask someone out for a dance. "A good boyfriend should always stand up straight.", she corrected as soon as Ryuuka stood up, she sat at the edge of the seat to put her hand on his back and push the curve of his back forward and his shoulders back.

"Okay, now ask me out to dance, please.", she leaned back in her seat, looking around the plaza at the shops as if she hadn't been paying attention to the boy and was just sightseeing.

The pink haired girl spoke in a way Ryuuka couldn't refuse or get out of, not even with his best efforts. as he stood he corrected himself and stood up straight like she had demonstrated, he bowed infront of her and said in the fanciest voice he could "Hello there m'lady would you care to share a dance with me?" he lifted her up from her seat in an orderly manner and she started to teach him how to dance as he had not learnt how one does such a thing. Ryuuka stumbled many, many times but eventually got the hang of it, and that was only one type of dance.

She took the boy's hand, standing up and smiling at him despite the man steps on her toes. She didn't want to discourage the boy from dancing because dancing was great but this boy was starting to hurt her feet. "Good job, Ace-saaaaan~, I want to see what you've learned now!", she stood back and sat back down at the bench, sure that many people had been staring at the children by now, either because it was cute or very random to see two kids dancing together out of nowhere. "Go on, show me your moves.", she applauded to a rhythm as loudly as she could, letting others that were looking join in and surely enough, it started with a few children but then people walking by had made a circle around the bench and the boy, clapping in rhythm to see what the boy would do to dance. "Go on, Ace! I believe in you!", she shouted despite how close to him she was to get her encouragement past the crowd.

This was certainly entertaining and she wasn't sure whether she was doing this to see the boy fail or succeed. A fleeting thought came to her mind. At this point, the boy had been the center of attention and while it was an entertaining moment, the result wasn't what she sought, in fact, the form of obtaining it had somehow lessened the thrill of the hunt. She felt as if she could coerce anything out of the boy and she wasn't particularly sure if she wanted to continue the chase. The crowd would make her departure quick and easy and an excuse to the boy in the future could be as simple as a sorry and a story about getting lost or panicking with crowds.

To the rhythm of the clapping, she skipped away from the square, onto a new hunt, onto a new prey.
