[col]Persons of Interest
Assassinations, while considered to be a trademark of the ANBU branch, most high-ranking shinobis perform assassination missions. What makes an ANBU's missions different is that their targets never make it to the BINGO Book. Not to say that they are less or even more dangerous than those whose crimes are listed, but usually the men and women that the ANBU hunt are threats to more than the community. They have stolen secrets or rare artifacts and we are concerned that public awareness of these items, scrolls and secrets being at large could place these artifacts at an even higher risk. In addition, some targets are not necessarily 'criminals' per say but they are considered threats to our community. In fact, in many cases they are considered to be Persons of Interest rather than targets. They require monitoring for the most part and while some have been pardoned by the One King, Sunahoshi Katsuo, that does not mean that we will not continue to monitor them for the possibility of further threat. If any of these targets CAN be captured without witnesses, we cannot officially sanction the mission publicly
As such the ANBU has an ever-growing list of targets for monitoring, assassination or capture:
This list will change in accordance to IC additions of this list - they may be NPCs or PCs. Submissions can only be made by Sennins, the Kazekage and full ANBUs. Please post in THIS thread those additions with a link to the IC thread where either the PC learned of the PC/NPC or where they shared this information with the Steward/Sennin.

- Fuu: Cabal Member. Wanted Alive To be continually Monitored Fuu has access to information that is considered confidential and has been found recording Sunan secrets. (Note: until Roku/Kasha submits his findings the fact that she is sharing this information with the Daimyō is unknown. This may be edited to accommodate for this change per Roku's statement.)
- Kaito: Cabal Member. To be continually Monitored Former leader of the Cabal. Pardoned by the One King.
- Magnetica: killed Was wanted dead for her trespasses against Sunagakure and her affiliation with the Cabal.

- Shouki: Cabal Member. killed Known as the Daimyō's bastard heir and member of the Cabal, he has murdered several Jounin-level units and tortured a pair of Sunans. Reports of his death have been greatly exaggerated, a naked man matching Shouki's description was seen traveling through populated parts of Sunagakure and ultimately leaving through the Toraono Dojo. He is Wanted Dead or Alive.
- Diamyo Ishii Shiro. To be continually Monitored Due to his position we cannot mark him for death as of yet but it is rumored that he is behind the Cabal's attack.

- Mission: To monitor and record the various above-listed criminal elements. If they can be questioned or apprehended, that is an acceptable end result although only those who have not been pardoned by the Sunahoshi are officially sanctioned capture targets. The kill targets have already been taken down but the acquisition of any information pertaining to these former Cabal members is considered useful.
Rank: Variable
This is Considered to be a Self-Modded Group Mission
Important: A Team Mission is a mission type done with other players. This is a modded mission meaning that the mission will be moderated by a mission mod. Mission mods are council members or players that have been approved by the council to act as mission mods. The Mission Mod manages the setting, while it is recommended that the Mission Mod be a battle moderator that is not necessary but it is encouraged because battles will be a part of these missions or at least moderated calculations. DEATH is an inherent risk of participating in these missions. What Rank of Self-Modded Group Missions can I perform?
- The restrictions are as follows:
- D rank missions - Two Academy Students with a Genin, or just a Genin alone.
- C rank Missions - Two Genin with a Chuunin, or just a Chuunin alone.
- B Rank Missions - Chuunin+ team or solo.
- A Rank Missions - Chuunin+ team or solo.
- S Rank Missions - Team including, at minimum, one Jounin.
What are the rewards for Group Missions?
- This depends on your Rank. But the rewards are as follows:
- E-Rank (Academy Student): 4,000 Yen (Mission leader gets +500)
- D Rank: 4,500 Yen (Mission leader gets +1,000)
- C Rank: 5,000 Yen (Mission leader gets +1,500)
- B Rank: 5,500 Yen (Mission leader gets +2,500)
- A Rank: 6,000 Yen (Mission leader gets +3,000)
- S Rank: 7,500 Yen (Mission leader gets +3,500)
What is the required word count for this mission?
- The word count is dependent on the rank of the mission you undergo. The word count minimums are as follows:
- E Rank: 1,000 Words
- D Rank: 1,500 Words
- C Rank: 2,000 Words
- B Rank: 2,500 Words
- A Rank: 3,000 Words
- S Rank: 3,500 Words
Someone else has already completed this entry, what now?
- This entry is considered to be a repetitive entry, meaning that when this mission is completed, it will happen again someplace else. That is the problem with bad guys and needing to take care of them! So it is OK for multiple players to do this mission separately.
I have completed my mission, what now?
- Drop you mission off in character (IC) HERE.
I am not from Sunagakure but I am visiting and I would like to perform a solo mission listed, is that OK?
- YES! While you are always welcome to join our community (and we do encourage it), leaving people out of the fun goes against the out of character spirit of this community. You can serve as a mercenary or a helpful foreigner and complete these missions as well, just keep it in character and drop your mission off at the office as listed above but re-linked HERE. Just be sure that you have gotten permission from your primary community.
