Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Kenshin burst through the academy door. He stuck his head into every classroom even if they were in the middle of a lecture. He indicated that there was a meeting to happen in 10 minutes time and every academy student as well as well as Main branch shinobi is to assemble in room 104 a giant training area with plenty of room for everyone. For everyone else he would turn on his headset or tell other shinobi to grab the attention of others in the village.

"For all main branch and academy students, this is Yuu Kenshin main branch sennin. A mandatory meeting is happening in 10 minutes. Attendance is mandatory. There is no exception to this. Room 104 at the academy. It is of the utmost importance. Do not be late. That is all."

Kenshin would head towards the academy room 104. He would look through the papers he brought with a list of the academy students and main branch shinobi. He needed to begin preparations. It would not be long before the deadline approached and who knows what would happen.

He knew for certain he would not let this village fall.

In the mind of the young silverette, she had no time to lose. None at all… her headset went off earlier, it mentioned that the main branch sennin needed everyone in the main branch to meet up with him in the academy. Minako was stuck at first. She has never been to the academy before in Konohagakure, if this was in Kumogakure, it would be much different. What was good was that Minako had the confidence to ask other people where the academy was. What was even better was when she got the directions to that specific room.

Rushing in, the woman then fell onto the floor on her hands and knees, breathing heavily, she really didn't waste any time at all. On the bright side, she made it, but she now looked like a right idiot.

Within a few minutes, the woman stood up and gave out a sigh of relief.

“Fujiwara Minako, at your service.”

Something was up, he could tell by the increased movement within the section of the village he had been in at the time. Various sets of feet were all converging towards the same location, each movement be it running or jumping across various buildings had filled his vision with a pristine view of the world around him and yet he was unsure of the cause. Pressing his lips around his cigarette, the jounin pocketed both hands as his right ear twitched at a sudden landing nearby. Turning his head, he'd look towards the leaf shinobi who was panting out of breath. Being told the news, he would stand there in somewhat of a state of shock while the shinobi took off to inform others who had been out of headset range. Gritting his teeth slightly, his attention turned in the direction where everyone else who had a leaf headband was moving towards.

"Whatever it is, it cannot be good if the Sennin is calling a meeting with such haste....shit.", he would say as his body crouched before disappearing in a high speed blur.

It would take a few minutes to traverse the rooftops in order to reach the Academy grounds, yet as he arrived there was obvious low volume chatter from others. His body appearing in the room initially as a blur but his form began to take shape. Standing, he would glance around at the various bodies filling in the room as time progressed. Positioning himself against the wall, his arms would cross while he took another inhale of his cigarette. This was something important as even mere students were filing in, mixed with the various genin, chuunin and jounin shinobi. For now he would focus his attention as his ears picked apart every conversation being held in the room be it small talk or just simple whispers.

Academy life wasn’t so bad in Kazuma’s opinion. Sure it had a rocky start, but he figured anything new would take some getting used to. And the incident with the two troublemakers wasn’t so bad, though he did wish it didn’t have to reach that point. But beyond that classes were great.

It was study period for his class, and Kazuma had gotten about half way through the book Migoya sensei had given to him after his first class. ‘Guide to Herbology – Hyutta Shin’ the title read, and it was a book about the medical herbs used for both healing and poisons. A fascinating book, and one Kazuma was glad for as a distraction from his other studies. He found you could only read so much about the human body before you began to jumble facts, and a distraction helped order them again.

He was really getting into the book when a muscular man burst into the classroom shouting about a mandatory meeting in room 104. Kazuma remembered going past that classroom a few times, and glancing in he noticed it was considerably bigger than most. Might be why they chose it if all students are supposed to be there. He packed up his book and slung his backpack over his shoulder. He hurried to the room in question to find out what was going on.

Migoya’s headset crackled to life as it lay on a nearby table.

A general summon? There hasn’t been one like this since… If Migoya’s face could go paler it would have. A sinking feeling started to rise in the pit of his stomach – well what used to be his stomach.

Idiots. I told them… I warned them… but no.

Donning his chuunin attire, affixed with his forehead protector on his right sleeve, Migoya pulled himself away from his latest creation and quickly made his way to the academy.

If this is one of those meetings where they call everyone together to let everyone know of a problem, but then expect only people they choose to fix it, then...

He would enter the stated classroom, a strange meeting place – but not too strange given that academy students were coming, and stand for a second at the door, scanning the room. He noted Kenshin, who he gave a small nod towards, not saying a word, before glancing at a young woman with silver hair. His attention though seemed to be geared towards a man who seemed to be… listening. He gave a small smile and nod to Kazuma, a student of his, as he entered. I hope for his sake that he is prepared for the worst.

With a small smirk Migoya would find a desk next to a wall and sit, a small wooden puppet sitting on his shoulder. His crimson gaze would scan out the faces of those around him, committing them to memory and looking for those, like the listener, who acted… properly.

This had better be worth his time.

Ziren was in his house when he had got the call in from his headset. It seemed important, and from the last time Ziren was in a mass meeting like this, it was when he was an AIT, and everyone was informed of Maki's disappearance. Today, he wore his usual black garb and blue jeans. A black glove with a sleeve that covers his left arm, the metal one, so that nobody has any suspicion that his left arm, was indeed made of metal. He had worn silver eye contacts, to also hide away his permanent bloodified eyes.

He had come ready, having double throwing scythes by his sides, and a sealing scroll holding a bigger weapon that he has, along with the two kinds of weapons he can summon at will from his own blood. Ziren was ready in case if things were to escalate at this very moment.

As he entered, he noticed that jot only Kenshin was there, but also Minako and one of the kids from Asuka's class. Two others that were there were a man with his head band covering his eyes, and another man, who seems kind of deep in thought.

Ziren walked up to Kenshin. He has a feeling of what this meeting is about. "Chigokai Ziren here." And in a lower voice, in hopes to only have Kenshin hear without any prying ears, "If this is what I think it is, about a connection to the last kind of meeting I was at, just know that I will do whatever it is that you need me to do." What Ziren was talking about was the ANBU meeting, in which he was initially told that Maki was missing or even kidnapped. The only one that should know is Kenshin, since the disappearance of another Sennin is something that the other two should be made aware of.

Ziren made some hand seals and three clones poofed into existence. After Riku and Kiramaru's little charades, he can't take any chances. That, and his life of being part if the ANBU taught him one thing. To always have a back up in case things go wrong. The clones dispersed, one looking for alternate routes to use, the other two checking the perimeter to make sure no suspicious persons were in the area.

The whistling, summer breeze occasionally escaping their torment in the harsh noon rays, races into the lateral unclogged framework of the genin's apartment, dantily caressing his features. It is early noon. Orange hues from the vigilant summer sun bathe the pristine sights of Maple town In a warm embrace. Dossed down in the plush pile of mattress embedded in a tanned stand, the lad finds himself appreciative of the midday—such moments are rare given his schedule.

However, the genin's proximity to the exposed casements, impermanents his catnap. Subtle, transversing auditory tones of definite pitch and vibration akin to hasty figures blazing on rooftops revives the somnolent uchiha. He returns to the present a bit dazed to proceedings. Yawning, the young shinobi mildly advances towards the wall opening, with arms outstretched and dim eyes. He incidentally apprehends the chatter of bystanders in awe of the rumored meeting; it's context so weighty that it stretched unruffled like elastic.

Shit! Hoheto cusses inwardly, aware of his ill preparedness. He paces towards the grained terra of the academy grounds, appearing as dazzling blurs tailing the shadows of unknown ninja he'd heard prior. To his awareness, such meeting had never been called to be. Nonetheless, the uchiha presents himself in the expanse halls of 'Room 104'. He casually saunters down a seat ahead not particularly interested in the bunch's outlook on his appearance. Seated, the genin's grey hues rests on the white haired man ahead, instinctively deduced to be the host.

]Kou had gotten the news from her mother which prompted the small bundle of silence to rush towards the destination of many. Maybe she would see some of her close friends. Or make some new ones. She didnt know as she burst into the room, the little clipboard around her neck swung slightly at the sudden stop of movement. Her bright blue eyes slightly wide with anticipation and worry.

"Kou Himemiya! Present and looking dashing as ever!" she quickly signed before she took a seat in the very front row right in front of Kenshin for the obvious reasons of any deaf girl would possibly need.

Shinzo was well aware of the situation at hand considering his prior interaction with the previously unknown shinobi. His mind raced with thoughts and speculation as to that which was about to be brought up in the meeting. Time was of the essence, both he and Kenshin knew that and as such an emergency gathering was essential. The young shinobi’s face radiated with energy as he sat in his office in the academy, gathering his various files of important documents, some of which could come in useful for the imminent discussion that was about to be brought forward to not only main branch but the entire academy.

It would be his job to coordinate the branch as well as the academy, but first he had to attend the meeting that Kenshin was hosting. It was starting imminently and Shinzo knew that he had to be present. That wouldn’t exactly be hard for someone who spent most of their time in the academy, but still a meeting of this scale did throw off his rhythm for the day. It was to be expected though. Especially with recent events weighing heavily on the village.

The Head Jounin moved to his office door, stepping outside before swiftly locking it. A split second later, he was gone, his presence no longer in the corridor in front of his office. Instead he instantly appeared in the doorway to room 104, a slight gust indicated his presence to those seated but apart from the residual energy of his arrival the Seikon did not make any further attempts to gain the attention of those gathered. Instead he first bowed to the room, his display of respect for those gathered played a large role in how the young shinobi wished to conduct himself. Soon he followed with another bow, this time directly to his teacher and Sennin, Kenshin.

With no words spoken from that moment, Shinzo strode in towards the front of the room. Instead of standing central to those gathered, the Head Jounin instead chose to stand to one side of the classroom with back against the wall perpendicular to the central position that Shinzo assumed Kenshin would take to deliver the news to those seated. It would definitely be an interesting turn of events. That much was for sure.

Glazed empty eyes trained on the pigeon outside the classroom window while Kahora was daydreaming of her future as a shinobi. It was so easy for her to get carried away with these thoughts because they were the only thoughts to make her truly happy, especially considering the dullness of the class she was in at that moment. Why couldn’t they all be as fun as Asuka’s classes? Obviously, she had to learn the written basics but Kahora decided she much preferred taking part in actual combat because it was undeniably more exciting.

The small girl almost didn’t hear the sound of someone rushing into the classroom rather out of breath. Her ears perked up hearing that there was a meeting in 10 minutes that she was invited to. Her of all people. The first thoughts that came to Kahora’s mind were I better not be in trouble and At least it gets me out of this disastrous class . However, after listening to the announcement, anxiety spiked within her upon hearing the urgency and desperation in Kenshin’s voice. She hadn’t been at the academy long and already something is happening.

Kahora eyed the clock making sure she wasn’t late to the meeting and when it was time, her teacher excused the class and they all made their way to room 104. Surrounded by her classmates on the way, she listened to the whispers of the students about what the meeting could actually be about. She tried so hard not to listen, but it was hard not too when she was so eager to find out if this was a normal occurrence. Kahora judged from the amount of rumours she heard that this definitely wasn’t. Reaching the closed door of 104, she gently pushed it open and made her way inside, ignoring the large crowd in the room and heading straight to an empty space. Now all there was to do was to wait for Kenshin to arrive and deliver the news.

Nitish was coming back from the Crater City after visiting Maru's home to find some good stuff to us after all he leaved his house. When Nitish entered the village and just heading back towards his house. Then while he was on his way he sees that there was a heavy rush between some main branch ninja’s. Nitish stops in front of one and asks him “Why are you all rushing?” And then after a little pause that person answers Nitish that there was an emergency meeting started by a sennin named Kenshin and all the main branch ninja’s and Academy students too and this meeting was compulsory for everyone. And then after that ninja answers Nitish, Nitish was feeling a bit confused that why academy students have to attend the meeting. Then after little pause Nitish starts running towards the academy.

And then after a little running Nitish arrives there and he was standing in front of the main gate of academy and then slowly Nitish walks in the academy while remembering his old days he spent in academy because he was once again stepping in academy after a long time. And then Nitish starts finding the biggest room where the meeting was going to held and finally after a little search of 5 minutes Nitish was able to find that room and then enters in the room. He sees there are many ninja’s and Academy students there but he doesn’t want to waste his precious time to talk someone or introducing himself to them. So Nitish goes near the sennin and then says “I am Uchiha Nitish and I’m a academy student here. Reporting for meeting sir.” And then after introducing himself to sennin, Nitish goes near the wall where one of the window is and no one else is there and then Nitish stands there while watching outside the academy from the window observing everyone coming and waits for the meeting get started.

Asuka walked back from her assigned post at the gates, apparently there was a meeting arranged by her Sennin calling out all Main Branch to go. What could be so important? She wondered as she took a small step into a wall and disapearead. It certainly would've scared some people but who cared to be honest. Outside of the Academy she took one step out from the trunk of the nearby tree. Now she was back here again, this time as a Chuunin not as an Academy Student. She just hoped this wouldn't be some serious issue, she hoped it would just be an update of some sort.

Once in the Academy Asuka searched for the room and didn't take long to find it, she could see Shadows from the small window at the door and figured people were already inside. Once in she looked around, recognized a few faces but what did made her stop in her tracks were the students. Why were they here? If the students were getting involved then this surely was quite serious. With a sigh she decided to take her place besides the door, leaning against the wall. There was no point in moving since she would be able to hear him quite well from here. Asuka didn't look up or spoke. She would only speak if spoken to by her Sennin or Head Jounin, otherwise she would simply listen.

"There has been no word at all from Clan Head Maki for over two months! How do we know if he is even alive?" one of the clan elders queried. Their words made Hoshirei clench her teeth. They had been asking this question over and over and it was becoming more than annoying, it was approaching insulting.

"My husband knows I can speak with the dead. If he had passed onto that plane of existence, I am sure he would have come to me, if only to let me know my leadership of this clan was to be permanent and not just-" she broke off when she heard her transponder come to life and her sennin's voice issue out, proclaiming a meeting to be held immediately. Without a word, Hoshirei stood and began leaving the room. "Where are you going?" the same elder exclaimed.

"My village has called and I am answering as is my sworn duty. Who knows, I might just have more answers later. Don't know if I will give them to insulting Hoshikata sycophants. Decide your loyalty. Maki and I have stated that this clan is loyal to Konoha. If you are not, you will be removed for the safety of everyone," she finished coldly and called for all of her main branch clansmen to meet her at the gate of their compound.

No more than five minutes later, Hoshirei led her clansmen to the meeting, her entourage numbering in the hundreds with most following covertly so as to not arouse suspicion of the villagers.

When they walked into the room as a group, Hoshirei was pleased to see how big the room was. Her clan could take up a lot of room. She motioned to the heads of the clan squads to stand beside her before introducing them collectively.

"Isaki Hoshirei and the Clan Isaki reporting for duty." The main body of her clan bowed slightly to their sennin as Hoshirei nodded to him in acknowledgement.

In light of recent events, the medical kunoichi's unannounced attendance to the Main Branch meeting was warranted; rather there wouldn't be an issue in doing so. Fortunately she had learned of the meetings location through radio calls and the much larger than norm group gathering at the academy, not so stealthy. Placing aside all matters for the day, outside of a few lessons for the students, Mikasa merely wished to sit in to formulate how to aid with the medical corps with as much information as possible.

Sliding past the massive embodiment of the Isaki clan, she felt fairly snuggled within the ranks of the Main Branch. Not wishing to cause any alarm among the younger teens, the maiden would remain silent unless spoken to. Furthermore, the Sennin contemplates on the calling of the academy students and Genin into the make shift meeting hall, if not worded carefully panic and fear would spread like wildfire. Perhaps it was due to a slight lack of trust the medical kunoichi held towards Kenshin, in regards to his punch first and ask questions later mentality she had observed that she were truly in the vicinity. This wasn't to be considered disrespectful, more so he had room for improvement in his word choices, as far as she could tell; Shinzo being relatively fresh and being tested in the current predicament. Alternatively, there was a strong possibility of being proven wrong.

Leaning against the wall, she settles into her nook fully, On the off chance this of a different matter entirely, than a great deal of embarrassment would fall on her; however she would take this particular gamble. Eyeing the familiar in the room, as best as she could from her position, most far larger in height than she, did it bring a faint grin onto her features to those growing up to one day lead. A silent prayer is given for fortune to shine on the village, ocean hues glance upwards towards the ceiling before resettling forward.

Katsu was in the hospital when the call went out seeking all Main Branch members. His black eye was a little less bruised, and the broken bones in his arm were only aching now. Two thugs this time, both adults. He won, but only 'cause he got the jump on them. Hm... maybe that isn't so bad? He can't be expected to run away and ambush them again and again, of course, but if there was a way to get a leg up in the middle of battle, even for just a single strike at a time... And then the doctor came in, telling Katsu about the broadcast calling all Main Branchers to duty. Well, he guessed he technically was a part of that, and missing too many of these things would actually be trouble.

Entering the room with a cast and a bluish eye socket, Katsu noted a few familiar faces, nobody he was overly close to. "Naikiri Katsu, academy student. Reporting in, and whatnot~" He said with a sly smile. A mix of formality and discare, brutishness and cunning, Katsu's demeanor was certainly difficult to pin down. His entire nature was, as anyone who cared to get to know him would know, volatile and unpredictable. For better or worse, of course.

The young student wondered, though, why only Main Branch was called. Is the Leaf that fractured that their departments aren't coordinating? Katsu made a mental note of it, sure that it'd be useful to keep in mind. He put his katana down and took a cross-legged seat in the middle of everybody else, waiting patiently for the thing to start. It could only be counted as fortunate that nothing was triggering him at the moment.

Kenshin watched for a moment as people gathered. He would then busy himself requesting a table be brought out. As the table was brought out, he unrolled a giant map of the village. In truth it needed 2 tables to hold it. It labeled every street, major location, side street, and important place in the village. Kenshin poured over it while occasionally glancing up. He saw some familiar faces from the files he and Shinzo had and from experience. Even Mikasa was there .That would save him some time. people were shifting anxiously. People were on edge. And they should be. This was going to be hard to pan but he needed this branch to work together. He needed to show them that this was their moment.

Kenshin's grey eyes would scan for a moment longer before he would raise both hands shoulder height.

"Please be quiet. I have much to go over." Kenshin would say his voice strong. Gone was the simple warmth of the teacher. Here was the general talking to his troops. Even the young ones.

"For those of you that do not know I ma Yuu Kenshin Main Branch Sennin, Head Instructor, and Head Hokage Guard. I come to you all with grave tidings. The villiage has been threatened by an outside force. Not long ago, our ANBU Sennin was ambushed and severely wounded. These shinobi have a grudge against Leaf this much is clear. They have given us a timeline of 7 days. They will be at our gates at the end of that time. I will not lie to you they are strong. And that is the situation at hand. As such, I am preparing what defenses we have. You may be asking why I wanted students here. It is simple. Academy students you are to slowly evacuate the village civilians and non combatants to our bunkers to make sure they are safe. Genin not assigned to squads will help them. Only engage an enemy if you are forced to retreat as soon as you are able. I want no academy heroes. Genin, once you have helped the academy students do this, join whatever squad needs the help. You are to evacuate in sections of the village. Start with the areas nearest the bunkers and go from there. Do this slowly as to not cause panic. For those that cannot make it to the bunkers for whatever reason gather them at the hospital. There will be a squad stationed there as well as medical shinobi. Now, as I indicate the teams, please go to each other and introduce yourself if need be. Academy students gather up together in an area to the right here. Teams go to my left." Kenshin would wait a moment his eyes scanning.

"Team Zero Zero One. San, Migoya, and Ziren. San you are the leader of this group. You are to be stationed at Kitsune park. It is a good place to rotate to other groups and help each other. Team Zero Zero Two. Minako Asuka Hoheto. Minako you are the leader of this group. You are to be stationed at the gates as a show of force. Once the enemy attacks you are to withdraw hopefully luring the enemy to kitsune park where you can hopefully out number them. Team Zero Zero Three. Hoshirei and Kou. Hoshirei you are the leader. You are to go to the hospital. I imagine the medical shinobi there will aid you in the defense of that vital area. Team Zero Zero Zero will consist of myself and Shinzo. We will both be with the Hokage. If you need assistance use a flare signal or your headset."

Kenshin would pause here. Again he would look at the teams, the academy students, and the mixture of others.

"My friends, we are expecting an attack here on our home turf. These fools, however strong, underestimate us. I believe in every one of you. I believe we have the power to hold back this invasion and threat to Leaf. I believe that with our own hands, we will throw down those who wish to harm us. We will survive this storm. We will fight in the streets of our home to defend it against these shinobi who think we are impure! They have mocked this village and its Hokage. Are we not Leaf shinobi? Are we not the ones who have promised to defend Leaf? Are we not the best shinobi we can be? Even you my wonderful students, are facing a trial that you should not but I believe you will answer the call beautifully. Defend your home. Defend your lives. Defend your Hokage. Defend your pride as shinobi. Be swift. Be silent. Be sure. You are dismissed. I will stick around for any questions. but your orders start now. Be brave! " and Kenshin would lower his gaze and step aside, shuffling folders, his speech done.

He would quickly motion for Shinzo to join him.

"I will be having a meeting with Takeshi shortly. I want you to keep an eye on our teams until this... situation begins. Once it does, you are with me and Takeshi. Do you understand?"

Hoshirei and the legion of Isaki behind her remained silent after her introduction, though a few of the youngest were a little more jittery and physically displaying their curiosity by fidgeting and shifting their weight. Those movements ceased when Kenshin called for silence. They all listened and as a group stiffened when they heard the fate of their clan head. Many of them glanced quickly at Hoshirei to see her reaction, though her squad leaders were close enough to see her jaw and the hand around her katana’s handle tighten in unison.

Thoughts flew through Hoshirei’s mind as Kenshin finished his first round of speaking. She did have presence of mind to listen to the assignments for the academy students and gennin. She knew some of her crew would need reiteration on a few points. She felt herself harden and something within her snap into place as he started calling out teams. Knowing who was sent where would help her know which of her clansmen to send to which location. Being sent to help guard the hospital was perfectly fine with her. Hoshirei nodded after instructions were given and tried to pick her teammate, Kou, out of the crowd. She wasn’t entirely certain who he was, but she knew he would easily find her, so she stayed put.

She could practically feel the Will of Fire explode out of her clansmen at Kenshin’s final words and it made her proud of her clan. While they had not been here long, they had integrated themselves into the village nicely. Maki would be happy to see them so ready to defend their home as well as exact revenge on those who attacked him.

The de facto clan head of the Isaki took a deep breath before turning to her group. “Follow our sennin’s lead. If you are unsure of where your assignment shall be, come to me. There are many of you and I expect you all to do your best and not just because our clan has been directly affected. You are all members of Konoha’s forces. See to it that you carry that fire in everything you do. Now, go! Do your village, Maki and I proud!” A chorus of agreement echoed through her group before they began to disperse, making sure to give as little away to the villagers to not incite panic.

When her clansmen were gone, Hoshirei staggered a few steps to the nearest chair and used it to help ground her. Her free hand came up and she gripped the bridge of her nose with her fingers. She needed to be strong, but was it so bad to want a moment to fully come to grips with her husband being attacked? She could feel tears pricking at the corners of her eyes, so she clenched her eyes and breathed deeply. Why hadn’t she been notified? At least she had the comfort of knowing that he wasn’t dead. Or was that a comfort at all? Hoshirei wasn’t sure at this point.

Migoya’s crimson eyes bore into Kenshin as his speech went on. It was an attempt at being motivational, but all it did was demonstrate how flawed Konoha was. Be swift, be silent… be fucking stupid is more like it. Do what we say even though it’s really dumb, and really obvious. Stay put instead of using the forest to our advantage… they are fucking SNOW ninjas.

And this is what happens when you don’t have an intelligence branch. Or intelligence in general.

Though none of it reached his face, true annoyance ran through Migoya - not pride, or the will of fire (sounded like heartburn to him). He had warned them, even offered help, but it was not taken. And now he was on guard duty, instead of actually doing something smart.

Oh let's not tell anyone why the Frost ninja hate us. Maybe they have good reason.

Shinobi from the land of Frost. If we have an alliance with the shinobi of Cloud, why then are we not asking them to stab them in the back whilst their sights are on the hidden leaf? How stupid must they be to give a time frame… why not just attack? They are either powerful and confident (both can be exploited), or simply wanted to generate fear, which they are doing. There was so much left unsaid, and Migoya didn't expect to hear from the ‘leadership’ what their plans of attack were. He was just a grunt after all. A puppet. How ironic.

Nope. He would guard that stupid park named after an arrogant Uchiha. Let the bloody place burn. Konoha wouldn't even recognise his own clan properly, and they expected to protect that inbred clans interests?

Oh, Migoya could have voiced his concerns, even suggested a plan of attack, but like everything else it would simply be ignored, so why bother. He was frustrated.

Migoya stood slowly, Mikki climbing into the front of his vest as Migoya zipped it up. His face was impassive as he slowly walked down the stairs, moving in and out of the army of someone else's clan who was obviously recognised. If he cared he would take the time to coordinate with his teammates, perhaps find out their skills and abilities, but he simply did not. They would meet with him later and find out that he was better working in the shadows, not in the middle of a park. Thats if they saw him at all.

It was just like the Samurai war. That war that had killed so many, simply because the shinobi were blind. And the leadership, as usual, wanted them that way.

He would slowly leave the room, not making even the hint of a sound.

He had his orders, and he would fulfil them. But first, he would protect what actually mattered.

And thus the waste begins again.

Things really did seem serious after all, apparently there was a force that really just wanted Konohagakure to crash and burn. Minako took this pretty seriously, and she knew immediately she had a job to do, it could be anything, but she would gladly do it. In fact, as a shinobi hailing from Kumogakure, she could probably chip in with a few ideas of her own, especially since she craved knowledge and pretty much knew how things worked in Kumogakure more than Konohagakure.

Doing as Kenshin asked, she moved over to the left of Kenshin, she had to wait for Asuka and for Hoheto, but for now she just had to focus on the fact that she was given the role of a leader. Leading a team was going to be hard, and she knew that rather well, but at the same time, she knew she wanted to do her best… Konohagakure was in a lot of danger right now after all.

Leaning against the wall while still on the left side, the Silverette took out Titania and Oberon and bit her lower lip.

“Akane, Konohagakure is in danger, please give me the strength to make it through this tense time.”

“Oh, Ai…” Akane giggled. Of course, Minako was now phased out, she was speaking to someone in her mind, of course, nobody else knows this. It’s just her little secret, something that she doesn’t want anybody to know… this little secret was a little insane after all.

“Ai, your independency is huge, I bet your family will be proud, Ai.”

“That’s bull, Akane.”

“No no no…”

“Akane… sweetie, to be honest, I am not sure I am gonna even be good at this.”

“Just because you butted heads with people in your past life and in Kumogakure changes nothing, Ai. Being chosen as a leader means they trust you. You may be smart, but your self esteem is a bunch of poppycock. Smile, Ai!”
