The epicenter of Kumogakure. The region of the village that always was bursting with activity and likely was a driving factor for the economic well-being of the village. Yes, the Susukino District that was known for its many restaurants, hotels, theaters, clubs, and so forth but also had a reputation for shading dealings depending on what part of the region one ventured into. As it always was in a village, there was the good and bad in every location. Fortunately for the kunoichi assigned to a mission in this district today, she was being allowed to stay in the better parts of the district or at least that is what the mission seemed to detail at the very least.
All in all like many missions assigned in any village, the information provided was typically the bare minimum. The goal of this mission was to locate a rather short woman that was dressing rather elegantly with purple hair and used to be more or less a beggar on these streets. It was not a mission that needed to involve death unless the situation became out of hand at all, it was simple an investigative mission to try to come up with some evidence about how she had become so well off and approach her when the time called for it. She likely was not a large threat at all and had simple done some shady business dealings to go from rags to riches in such a short amount of time which might be enough to arrest her and put her behind a cell for some time depending on the crime(s) committed.
When the kunoichi that accepted this mission would venture into this district, she had many options at her disposal. She had been informed in the mission entry that she would need to be willing to talk to numerous individuals in this district to try to gather information to piece the story together about her target. However in the shinobi world, people were unpredictable and mission details were more of guidelines that could be followed if one wanted to do so or ignored. It was strongly advised however that this shinobi followed the guidelines as the target was a lower threat and wouldn't be dangerous or unpredictable unlike some of the A or S-rank Bingo Book entries or that was the hope at the very least.
Either way, the mission was in her hands and she could decide how she ultimately wanted to handle her target which was presented to her with quite a vague description: purple hair and short in stature. Either way, the target likely would not be that difficult to locate considering the oddities of her appearance unless she had some method of hiding her presence or changing her appearance if she was wise enough to do so. If she was truly basking in the glory of wealth, she likely was not on high alert especially if she was riding this high for a significant amount of time. But, only time would tell!~
