Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Greetings. I think I would like to be reactivated or rebirth...but can I be reactivated before deciding whether to rebirth or not? Mostly to look over my old stuff and get my head together.

Okay here goes! Also free RB for being inactive since... August 26th 2014

Profile part 1;

Name: Ashuri
Aliases: Sawako, Kuroyuki
Gender: Female
Age: Appears 11-ish
Height: 4'2
Body Type: Skinny.
Eyes: Emerald Green.
Hair: Jet Black.
Rank: Genin
Skill: Steadfast, Revenant

Description:
A child with the resilience of a monster? Or a monster in the guise of a child?

This emerald-eyed genin appears frail, with skinny limbs and an ivory complexion, as well as stitches that dominate her body. She carries only minimal equipment in a few small pouches. She had been forcibly modified to become inhumane shinobi capable of withstanding nearly any form pain and punishment, including many injuries that should very well be outright fatal. The price for such unearthly recovery, however, comes at the curse of requiring her to nourish herself through cannibalism; with failure to do so promising that her
regenerative powers become degenerative.

Personality:
Inquisitive. Nihilistic. Timid. Analytic. Apathetic. Deranged.

A stoic genin that constantly views the world with intrigue, desiring to know the workings and logic behind everyone and everything. Despite her curiosity and desire to understand, suffering through years of horrendous experimentation had damaged her psyche to the point were she is unable to truly form empathetic links to others.

Her nihilism leads her to believe that life has no significant meaning beyond the individual, and finds concepts of idealism and grandeur to be
foolish at best. And yet, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to those who possess those very traits; perhaps in some small hope of having her own emptiness be proven wrong?

-Likes: Power, small animals, the concept of Death, having her head pet, poisons and medicine, night, storms.
-Dislikes: Shoes. Being stared at. Loud people. Deep water. Not getting her way. Being tricked.
-Quirk: Unable to sleep. Ever. She's always watching.

Backstory:

Chapter 1 - The Fallen
Once upon a time, there was a young girl who dreamed of growing into a reknown kunoichi of the stone. As the child of loving merchants who had recently settled to the village of stone, the girl had no expansive heritage to fall back upon unlike those born into the more traditional shinobi clans, and thus she dedicated her days to rigorous training and her nights to intense studies. She vehemently thrust herself into the ideals of a shinobi, and as a result of her perseverance, this young girl managed to graduate as a genin in one of the highest rankings of her class. From the moment that she had first earned her genin medal, she had shown signs of great promise. Her family could not have held more pride for their daughter, the first shinobi of their clan.

Unfortunately, that promise was wiped away when a tragic accident brought the joy of multiple families to a halt, claiming the lives of several of the top ranking students only days after their graduation. The promising girl included. It was a freak accident that took all those involve by complete surprise, leaving the families to fall into despair over the loss of their youth. Some families recovered, others were never to smile again, but eitherway it had been a tragic day for the village.

But as time moved on, new students moved to the ranks of genin, filling the positions and the void left by their deaths. The event would eventually become a forgotten dark subnote in the village's history vaguely remembered, and even more rarely spoken about.

Chapter 2 - Kuroyuki
In a different time and a different place, before a certain young girl met a tragic fate, there have existed several powerful Youkai that formed together under a common leader in a skirmish against the Kami. Of the ten Yami no Taishou -powerful youkai-, there was a certain one by the name of Kuroyuki. Kuroyuki, like the others, became captivated by the charismatic power displayed by their leader; a certain Yami Tsuyuri.

However, her respect and admiration for their leader was only rivaled by her love for a fellow Yami no Taisho, Oni. It was this love that eventually sown the seeds of envy and jealousy towards their leader, desiring to be viewed with similar respect and admiration that they had for their leader.

Those feelings would reach their boiling point when, during a battle against the Kami, Oni happened to fall in battle. But rather than counter and avenge their fallen companion, their leader gave the order of a ceasefire in an attempt to avoid an all-out war that would heavily impact both sides.

Engulfed by the pain of seeing Oni fall, her lust for vengeance at the Kami and her dissatisfaction with their leader's decisions, and Kuroyuki abandoned the Yami no Taisho to pursue her own vendetta against the Kami on her own. She had heard rumors of her past allies falling one by one, and eventually she too met with a similar fate at the hands of the Kami; her soul was torn from her body and sealed within an necklace that would be lost within the world.

Yet, her legacy was not finished here; Youkai were a persistent sort. Even after her soul was severed from her body, bound into an amulet and lost into the world, she continued on. Years. Decades. Nearly a century passed as her spirit slumbered until one day she was discovered. And the human who discovered that cursed treasure become coaxed by Kuroyuki's honeyed words and promises of power, of beauty, or wealth.

And thus, the first of Kuroyuki's incarnations was born. It was through this avatar that the once-Yami General had been able to manifest her spirit in the world. She soon discovered a flaw to her fortune; the power of her spirit was volatile, and incompatible with a physical form that was not her own. Those she possessed had their lifespans cut short and their bodies deteriorate gradually.

To counter this, she acted through the body of her first host in order to form a small group, a cult that worshiped a youkai by the name of Kuroyuki. She started a cult worshiping herself, to ensure that even if she returned to slumber once again, a fresh sacrifice would be available for her rebirth. Not only that, but there was a secondary goal; if a suitable host could not be found to offer to their idol, the cult would go through the effort of creating a suitable vessel. One that could withstand the powers of Kuroyuki.

The youkai had went through several bodies and slumbered for some time, awaiting the fruits of her cult's efforts.

Chapter 3 - Within the Grave
On that day many years ago, several new genin had lost their lives...to the outside world.

In truth; no deaths had occurred on that day. Unbeknown to the world, it was a meticulously played out event enacted by a cult in order to capture several promising specimens for their own twisted devices. It was the girl's own aptitude which ended up cursing her to draw the eyes of the cult upon herself.

The fate that awaited the captured genin was a cruel one; one involving unholy rituals, invasive medical practices, and complicated seals. Their very bodies were gradually broken down and rebuilt from the smallest bits over the course weeks, then months, and even years. All in an effort to make them better. To make these chosen genin stronger.

To remove the weakness of their humanity and forcibly evolve them into some stronger form of life.

To lock these modified shinobi in a dark cellar deep within the earth, deep enough that even the most inquisitive of doujutsu or sensitive of sensors would not have the slightest hint as to what horrors occurred beneath.

To pit them against each other until only the finest remained as the sole victor, the only one allowed to see the light of day once again.

...But the genin refused to turn against each other. They would not raise their hands against the ones that studied techniques together, who had graduated together, who had suffered through horrible rituals together. Even if it meant turning their backs on the promises of freedom, they were genin of the stone village and would not strike out against their allies. And so, they sat in solitude, wishing for fate to spare them from any more suffering.

But fate was cruel. Hours passed by. Days. Weeks. One Month. Two....How long had time passed? Far too much for anything called human to survive without any kind of sustenance. No heroes had ever arrived to save them. And the worse part? Even after their minds lost the will to live and welcomed death's embrace, their immortal bodies still forced them to continue on.

Whatever unholy practices had been performed upon them that denied their bodies the right to die was only just working; when the genin looked upon each other they could no longer see the faces of their friends, the visages of those that had practiced shinobi arts together with. Without nourishment, they were surrounded only by corpses that only would occasionally move or speak with vaguely recognizable voices. Surrounded by corpses that of which, they themselves were one of.

And as their tenacious bodies wilted, so too did their minds. Trapped in a dark dungeon for countless time, frightened, cold, hungry, until the first of them inevitably lost their way;

"...Home...I just want to go home..." A voice groaned from within the darkness. Moving with the voice, a husk of a body began to stir and shamble towards the nearest thing that still somehow managed to be considered alive, the nameless young girl. Her dim eyes vaguely caught site of the makeshift weapon held by the living corpse, a bone of some sort being wielded by its original owner, as it surely wasn't in the room when they had first arrived.

The girl reached out in vain, only to realize that the arm she raised did not exist.
She attempted to crawl away, but it was difficult for one who possessed only a single leg as well.
Both were sacrificed days ago (or was it weeks?) in a fruitless attempt to end her suffering prematurely.

"Noooo!"
Splat. Splat.
"Aaaaahh!!!"
Splat. Splat.
"....Stop...it..."
Splat. Splat.
"....rk...."
Splat. Splat.
"....."
Splat. Splat.

She was being murdered by a decayed corpse that had once been her friend. She truly believed that. It was an endlessly traumatic experience,

But her body would not die. Even wasted away and cut apart as she was, her lifeforce refused to seperate itself from the husk of her body. Of course, every nerve in her shriveled frame still registered the pain of the first stab. And the second. And the third. And the ninth. Even after the attacks ceased upon her body, the pain continued. She was only vaguely aware of something moving around within her, her body attempting to retain itself.

"...So warm...The blood's so warm..." her attacker's voice seemed to trickle out much like the crimson fluid of her body.

It would be nice to say that at this point help came to save her, but what followed wasn't anything so kind. No, it was like dominoes; when one of the genin fell into insanity, the other shriveled counterparts quickly followed suit. "...I want to be warm too..." "Help me." "It isn't fair..." "It hurts..."

There was no distinction being made amongst themselves. There were no teams, no turns, and no sides. It was a grotesque free for all, with each forsaken soul desperately trying to claim what little warmth remained buried deep inside the bodies of the others.

Of course, the girl would retain no recollection of these events. But if she did, she would be able to recall the pain of her body being ripped, the ferocity as her teeth and remaining arm returned the favor to another, the bliss of having her starved body finally receive the nourishment it craved. Like herself, the others had similar bodies cursed with remarkable fortitude...tearing each other apart was no quick process.

It may have simply come down to luck, but when their/her captors returned to examine the scene, there was only one thing that remained moving within the dark, silent dungeon. It had seemed that once again, the once-promising girl had emerged atop her peers. She no longer had the company of her fellow genin with her.

And her body no longer possessed a resemblance to a corpse, but now looked like that of a girl once more. The lost limbs her body had been missing? She wasn't aware of when, but they had seemed to have been found...or at least, she thought they were hers (or at least would have if she could, there were no thoughts within her damaged mind).

Her tattered once yellow-gold dress was stained into a new crimson color.

Chapter 4 - Rebirth
Physical trauma inflicted upon her body would always recover. However, the mental trauma would not...but this was of no concern to the cult of youkai worshipers, for after years of preparation they had finally obtained that which they had desired; a suitable host to serve as the incarnation of their enshrined idol. A youkai who required a physical vessel to manifest into the world, yet who's spirit would drastically reduce the lifespan of those it merged with, deteriorating their body.

This girl, the result of countless rituals and experiments, would serve as the perfect host; she would be an unbreakable vessel for the youkai's next incarnation.

And so, the ritual began. The silent, empty girl was locked within an underground shrine. Her broken mind was only vaguely aware of her surroundings; candles adorned the floors and walls. And there were chimes and bells. Lots and lots of chimes and bells. Chimes and bells that seemed to grow louder with each sound, coming from all directions, reverberating within her head. In time, even the countless candles seemed to flicker in synchronization with the perpetual chiming.

She didn't mind though. She kinda liked it.

Most interesting to her though, was the statue of a woman posed in the center of the shrine, standing tall and proud. To the girl's dead eyes, the figure seemed...strong, elegant, despite having been depicted with only a necklace adorning her feminine body. To her, she was beautiful.

She couldn't help but reach out her small cold hands to touch the statue, touch the features of it's face, the curves of its breasts, the shining necklace upon its chest. The statue's presence seemed to command all attention from her, to the point where even the constant bells and chimes seemed to drown out as if they were far away echoes. The candles around her seemed to be casting shadows rather than light.

And then, her throbbed with a soothing voice.

(You have been through much, young one.)
"...?"
(Much pain. Much suffering. But you have endured. And now you stand before me.)
Confusion, or perhaps realization began to peek through the girls empty gaze. She understood that this voice must have belonged to the statue. Or rather, the one that this statue was dedicated to.

She felt neither awe, nor curiosity, nor amazement. Simply acceptance.

(Come. Accept me. Be embraced by my power.) The voice commanded.
And her hand reached out, touching upon the statue again. Was the statue moving? No...she realized that that was her hand trembling. Trembling with fear? No, she felt no fear.

It was sorrow. It was despair. But most of all, it was hope. It seemed she wasn't so empty and hollow afterall, and still possessed some emotion.

"....Help me..." Her voice spoke in the smallest whisper. The only words she had uttered since she had emerged from the hellish pit.
ClitMyx.gif
And not only the statue, but the shrine itself answered. Shadows grew from every corner, every candle, even the bells and chimes contributed to the darkness engulfing the shrine. And yet, the girl understood this to be a good darkness; it was far warmer than any light she knew of. She accepted its embrace and embraced back.

"You have suffered enough. From this moment on, you will have my blessing. I will protect you. Rest now, my dear."

She wasn't sure if the voice spoke in her head, or if she herself had spoken. Perhaps it was both.

But she felt light. Relieved. Darkness engulfed her and her eyes closed into a slumber. Whenever they reopened, they would once again contain the shine of life. Her horrors would be forgotten.

The ritual was complete.

Epilogue
That day, shortly after her graduation...That girl's life did end that day. The girl that remains breathing and walking shares nothing more than the forgotten face of a once-prodigy.

That girl's memories no longer existed; the earliest she could recall was awakening somewhere in Arcadia beneath Iwa. There was nothing to weigh her down or hold her back from experiencing the thrills of life.

Whatever her name may have been before was irrelevant. She did not know. For now, the only clue to her identity was the Iwa headband she had found in her pocket, a treasure she had managed to retain despite all that she had went through.

XwC1z9b.png

The Steadfast ninja is one who doesn't go down easily. They are tough and durable, able to resist heavy amounts of damage and defend their teammates. They are also incredibly determined, and it is impossible to ever truly break them down.
One who has been denied the right to die. Whether a blessing or curse, the Gravelord is one who's body refuses to shut down even when pitted against the most traumatic of injuries. Life will continue to cling to the user's body, even if it is reduced to little more than a shambling corpse.
Maximum Defense - Modification (2 points)
Restriction- Requires Defensive Technique
A Steadfast can learn this variation on the Defensive Technique once they have practiced it to its full potential. Instead of dodging around like a flea, they can focus on guarding all of their weak points in order to reduce they amount of damage from attacks. As an alternative, they can almost completely forgo attacking, throwing all of their energy into evading enemy attacks instead.
Effect: When using Defensive Stance, you can trade 1 point of Accuracy in order to reduce oncoming damage by 5% instead of gaining a dodge bonus (to a maximum of -2 accuracy and -10% damage taken), or you can trade 1 point of Accuracy for 1 point of Dodge up to a maximum of 6 (as opposed to the previous 4).

---

Great Fortitude - Passive (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
A Steadfast that learns this has mastered their ability to take hits without injury, making their bodies almost impossibly strong. It takes quite a bit to make them actually feel an attack, and even then you might not illicit a reaction.
Effect: Ignores damage each round. How much is reduced is based on your character level, this skill reduces 75 Damage per level each round.

---

Willfull - Boost (1 point)
Restriction- Can only be purchased a maximum of two times
A Steadfast ninja has willpower beyond that of anybody else, able to beat away enemy illusions and maintain focus on their goal. A Steadfast nin is one who possesses not only fortitude of the body, but of the mind as well.
Effect: +1 Genjutsu Save

---

Second Wind - Independent Special Move (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
Just when enemies think they've got the Steadfast one down, when they've hit their limits and can’t fight any harder, that’s when it’s time to use the Second Wind. Due to training, those with Steadfast have amplified their natural ability to recover to extraordinary levels.
Effect: The user regains 20% max HP, and cancels all Bleeding. This is usable only once per combat.

---

Indomitable Spirit - Passive (3 points)
Through raw training and persistence, the Steadfast ninja has a will stronger than their body. No matter what torturous pain they may be going through, they can overcome and fight on.
Effect: The user ignores one point of debuff from any and all sources (so a Blinding Flash that causes a -3 to Accuracy and Dodge only causes a -2 to the user). In addition, they are not influenced by any fear effects.

---

Undying Warrior - Independent Special Move (2 points)
Restriction- B Rank and up
This powerful skill is the penultimate technique that any Steadfast ninja could learn, allowing them to increase their resolve to a level that defies imagination. By focusing all of their attention, energy, and willpower on one target, the Steadfast ninja is able to stave off even death until that enemy is laid to rest. This is best used when they are in desperate straights, as a final act of will.
Effect: When the Steadfast ninja starts their turn unconscious due to having 0 HP or lower (but no lower than -50% of their Max HP), they may choose to revive and act again. They receive +2 to Accuracy on all attacks against the opponent that felled them. If their HP drops below -50% of their Max HP, they fall unconscious again and cannot use this technique unless their HP rises above this value. They lose 1500 CP at the end of every round they act while having less than 0 HP (if they run out of CP, this is taken from their HP), and this technique can be used for a total of three rounds in a battle.

---

Resilience - Boost (1 point)
Restriction- Can be purchased up to three times
Steadfast ninja push the limits of the human body, ignoring pain and pushing on to absorbing more damage than their heartiest allies. This helps them to defend their allies as long as possible by extending the time they can remain fighting.
Effect: +2 HP modifier.

---

Reciprocate - Jutsu (1 point, 1 point to rank up)
Restriction- A-Rank and up
This deadly jutsu unique to the Steadfast taps into the muscle memory of their body, taking the pain that they've suffered and turning it against an opponent. With a solid hit from their palm, the Steadfast transfers all of their pain and injury into the enemy’s body, sometimes with interest.
Rank 1: Deals all of the damage dealt to the Steadfast in the past two rounds (including damage that was negated), at +1 Accuracy
Rank 2: Deals all of the damage dealt to the Steadfast in the past three rounds (including damage that was negated), at +2 Accuracy

Cost: 3 AP, Costs Cp equal to 50% of the damage Dealt

Notes:
- Usable at any time; does not require to be declared 2-3 rounds beforehand. Max damage is at 6800. This cannot be buffed. Uses melee accuracy.
[/legend]

[legend="Kinjutsu - Revenant"]
Cj5UCke.png

A rather gruesome ability, only available to those who have had their bodies altered through a surgical, yet forbidden Jutsu known as Earth Grudge Fear. Those with this ability have had their body structure altered in such a grotesque way, that within them lies thousands of tiny, dark threads. These organic fibers replace the majority of the user's organs, and each thread is as hard as bone, yet as flexible as muscle and regenerate at an alarming pace to heal the user of any wounds. The fibers are easily manipulative and able to be controlled at will by the user. This bestows the host with a wide variety of skills that surpass all normal limitations upon the human body such as sewing wounds together instantly or removing limbs altogether. However, the price of this gruesome ability is that the host -also known as a "Revenant"- becomes something of a sort of rag doll, having horrific scars upon their body as the result of the numerous experiments upon them.
Revenant
RV.jpg

Information
Prerequisites: Kinjutsu Application, 3 Ability Slots, B Rank

Effects:
- The user is able to partially detach their limbs, enabling to "stretch" themselves through their tendrils. This allows them to use their Melee Attacks as ranged attacks, receiving +1 Accuracy with a 25% chance to be treated as a Sneak attack and uses Ranged Accuracy. If used while already in stealth mode, this attack takes on Ranged stealth penalties as opposed to melee, and gain +2 Stealth to their check. This has no cost, only needing to be declared.

- The user also has the ability to detach their limbs completely. Each limb detached requires 10% of the user's Hp to use as it's own, and reduces the user's Hp by an equal amount, though reattachment regains the limb's current Hp. The user may use taijutsu Level E-C at 90% damage through the limb, though their Max tajutsu level increases by 1 and +5% damage for each limb dettached after the first, up to level E-B Taijutsu at normal damage. Revenant Jutsu may be used normally by any limb, All jutsu use the user's Cp and Ap normally however. If the detached limb loses all Hp it can no longer make actions and requires the user to retrieve it, from which point it is treated as "Broken" until healed. This costs 1 Ap per Detachment/Reattachment.

Art of Necromancy - Special Activated Ability
RVAON.jpg

Perhaps one of the most immediate benefits of possessing a rag-doll body, one who has a body full of chakra-infused threads in place of organs can seemingly repair damage done by simply shifting the threads. Even the most lethal of wounds can be simply sewn shut together with the threads, adding yet another scar to their body. Similarly, attempting to cripple, or even sever, a limb of these shinobi will prove equally ineffective, their body constantly producing new threads to replace damaged ones that gives their limbs a sort of internal high speed regeneration.

Information
Prerequisites
Revenant
Effect:
- The Revenant have the ability to stitch themselves together with their inner tendrils. This reduces either their Bleeding or Called Shot penalty by 1 Rank, and costs 1 Ap and 250 Cp per rank healed. The user has -3 Dodge to the next action made against them that round.
- If used to heal multiple Penalty ranks consecutively, this is modded simultaneously as a single action.
- Can be used on others who are willing, though they must remain motionless. Doing so costs Ap of both the user and the Target, and gives them both -3 dodge to the next technique aimed at them.

Dark Immortality - Special Activated Ability
RVHN.jpg

One of the most inhumane benefit to their twisted bodies, the user is able to directly link the stolen organs of others to their body. Through occasional replacement, the user can indefinitely extend their life at the literal cost of the lives of others. Each heart bestows the user with renewed life and energy, and though they generally only draw upon some of the life force within these extra organs so as to preserve them for extended lengths of time, they have the ability to forcibly extract all energy at once, draining the heart of all life. This can allow the user to rise from even wounds which had "killed" them, making them undead in all senses so long they have hearts to fuel their corrupted lives.
Information
Prerequisites
Revenant, Hell's Necromancy, at least one stolen heart.

Effect:
- The user may draw out the life of a stored Heart, Restoring their Hp by 5% their Max Hp. If this is used with a heart fighting under the effects of Malevolent Specter, the user regains 10% of their Max Hp.
- Once used, the heart is permanently removed as well as all benefits associated with it.
- Restored Hp cannot be buffed or reduced in any way.
- This can be used while Unconscious/Dead at +20% Cp cost, but heals the user by x1.5 the amount. The user has -3 Secondaries the round they regain consciousness.

Cost: 1 Ap, 1 Stolen Heart, 600 Cp.

Malicious Tendrils - C-Rank Ninjutsu
RVMT.jpg

Those possessing the ability known as Earth Grudge Fear have perfect synchronization with their inner cords and filaments, controlling each and every strand as simple as one can move their arms and fingers. Naturally, the user can shoot these threads through the numerous scars upon their body, controlling them with frightening accuracy that allows them to home in a target with surprising speed. Though each thread is thinner than a senbon, each is just as piercing, and when wrapped layer upon layer can be as lethal as any weapon or jutsu.

Information
Prerequisites
Revenant, C-Rank
Rank 1: User can release 11 bundles of threads, each dealing 120 Piercing Damage at +2 Accuracy.
Master Rank: User can release 15 bundles of threads, each dealing 180 Piercing Damage at +2 Accuracy.

Special Action: For +.5 Ap and +50% Cp, All bundles of threads may target a single target.

Note:
- Does not use handseals.
- Up to 10 may hit a single target, unless the special action is used. May be split among targets.
- Counts as a Non-Elemental Ninjutsu.
- Can use either Ranged Accuracy or Ninjutsu Accuracy.

Rank 1 Cost: 400 Cp
Master Rank: 600 Cp

Cords of Corruption - B-Rank Ninjutsu
RVCOC.jpg

Having complete control over threads doesn't just limit the user to supporting themselves or attacking a target, but can be used for other things as well. Using the accuracy of their threads, these shinobi are extremely adept at pushing their victims into corners and continue to leave them on the move, or risk being caught in a tangle of dark fibers that wrap and restrain every part of their body.

Information
Prerequisites
Revenant, B-Rank, Malicious Tendrils Mastered.

Rank 1: Attempts to bind a target at -2 Accuracy. When bound, a target is wrapped in wires and has a 20% chance of escaping per Ap used.
Master Rank: Attempts to bind a target at -1 Accuracy. When bound, a target is wrapped in wires and has a 10% chance of escaping per 1.5 Ap used. May target up to three targets.

Note:
- Does not use Handseals.
- When bound the target cannot use handseals or move in anyway.
- This jutsu loses -1 Accuracy for each target after the first.
- When trapped, the target has a chance of escaping at the start of every round. Further attempts at escape made be made by using the required ap if the user does not remain attached to them through threads. When damaged, this bind is dispelled.
- The user may choose to remain "Attached" to the victims with their threads, negating further attempts to escape at the cost of giving the user -2 dodge per victim, though the user must pay the maintain cost only if they remain attached.
- Malicious threads gains +10% Damage when used by a target effected by this technique.

Cost: 800 Cp per target, 400 Cp per target each round maintained.

Ghoulish Shroud - A-Rank Ninjutsu
RVGS.jpg

A gruesome technique that allows the user to bring forth their precious treasures, their stolen hearts directly into the battle to augment their own capabilities immensely. Rather than have their hearts fight victims themselves, the user loosens up all joints within their body, extending their limbs and releasing a web of dark threads from nearly every limb of their body. Their body becomes entangled, fused with their Stolen hearts directly with each infusing their powers directly into the user's chakra system. Not only does this give the user even greater powers, but this grotesque web of organic tentacle-threads give the user an edge when manipulating them.
Information
Prerequisites
Revenant, A-Rank, All other Revenant techniques mastered, at least one Stolen Heart

Rank 1: The user is capable of Conjoining together with up to 3 of their stolen Hearts. The user gains +1 Accuracy/Dodge for the first, and +.5 for each additional heart after the second. Malicious tendrils and Cords of Corruption cost -10% Cp, and the user may remain attached to the victims of Cords of corruption for only half the usual penalties. All bonuses associated with the hearts used in this technique are Doubled.
Master Rank: The user is capable of Conjoining together with up to all 5 of their stolen Hearts. The user gains +1 Accuracy/Dodge for the first, and +.5 for each additional heart after the second. Malicious tendrils and Cords of Corruption cost -5% Cp per heart, and the user may remain attached to the victims of Cords of corruption without penalty. All bonuses associated with the hearts used in this technique are Doubled.

Note:
- Does not use Handseals.
- Though all hearts fused with the user have their effects doubled, this bonus does not apply more than twice to any single element, even if the user has more hearts of the same element.
- Each heart "Fused" with the user can be targeted at -4 Accuracy. If a heart takes damage equal to 15% the user's Max Hp, it is destroyed permanently. An attack must target a heart specifically, AoE effects will only harm the user.

Cost: 1 Ap and 500 Cp for the first heart, with an additional +.5 Ap and 500 Cp for each additional heart. 250 Cp per Heart each round maintained.

Malevolent Specter - A-Rank Ninjutsu
RVMS.jpg

The ultimate ability of The Revenant, this takes the full extent of the shinobi's control of threads and combines it with their multiple hearts, enabling them to construct a makeshift body composed entirely of dark threads to protect and manipulate at will. Each functions as an extension to the user's own body, enabling the user to gang up upon targets by themselves. This jutsu is powerful, the user able to tap into each heart's natural Element and use their jutsu from them, though this comes with a risk; By bringing forth these hearts into battle away from the safety of the user's body, the user risks damage to their precious hearts.

Information
Prerequisites
Revenant, A-Rank, At least one Stolen Heart, Art of Necromancy Mastered, Malicious threads mastered, Hell's Necromancy.

Master Rank: The user is able to release their stored hearts in artificial thread bodies. Each Heart has Hp equal to 10% the user's Max Hp, 3 Ap, and can use any offensive Ninjutsu level E-C at any rank if it is known by the user, though they are restricted to only using the element of their affinity. Each heart has -3 of the user's accuracy and dodge, and cannot be effected by Genjutsu. All Jutsu used by the Heart have +10% Damage, and cost 70% their normal cost.

Note:
- Does not use Handseals.
- The user may release all stored hearts simultaneously, though this still uses all Ap and Cp costs normally.
- User does not gain any buffs such as elemental damage or Hp/Cp mod upgrades from the heart if released.
- All Cp costs used by the hearts are paid by the user.

Cost: 1 Ap and 5% Max Hp per Heart released. 380 Cp per heart to maintain each round.

Hell's Necromancy - S-Rank Ninjutsu
RVHS.jpg

A forbidden ability only available to those who have had their bodies altered so much, that they no longer possess human anatomical structure on the inside. Within the bodies of these shinobi not only lie a mass of dark threads, constantly shifting within their bodies, but altered organs directly linked to these threads and their chakra system. While a Medical miracle, those witnessing this ability in action would use abit less glorifying terms. Through skilled use of Earth Grudge Fear, the user is able to steal the organs, specifically Hearts, of others, granting a variety of effects but most noticeably prolonging their life indefinitely. This technique is particularly gruesome to Witness, the user using their threads to impale their helpless victims and remove their beating Heart, infusing it into their own, twisted, grotesque body.

Information
Prerequisites
Revenant, S-Rank, Art of Necromancy Mastered, Malicious threads mastered.

Master Rank:
- With a 300 word Rp, the user is able to seal the heart of an unconscious or recently killed target. This Rp must be about the user ripping out the heart of the victim and implanting it into their own body, killing the victim in the process.
- This Rp must be approved by council, and may only be done once every 3 OOC weeks.
- The user may have a Max of 5 extra Hearts at one time. If a heart is destroyed or used to restore their health, it vanishes for good and the user must submit a new Rp for a replacement.

- Each Heart grants the user +1 to their class HP and CP Mods.
- Each Heart grants the user a 'Minor Affinity' to any Base Element of the users choice; this element must be chosen upon obtaining it.
- If the user has two hearts with the same affinity, this becomes a Major affinity, and allows the user to gain an additional Advanced Element of this Major Element. This Advanced Element does not count towards their Adv. Element slots.

Tanto - Slashing
a8qDcCD.png

A short blade that looks like a mini-katana, equivalent in size to a dagger. Its been taken well care of by its wielder. Indeed, its blade is sharp and glistens with the moist residual of whatever was used to clean it...Or poison it. Eitherway it doesn't get much use; she prefers scissors, after all.

Un-Life Fiber Manipulation - Slashing Weapon
jfeOomg.png

The body itself is a weapon. Following this philosophy, these weird dark tendrils are pulled from somewhere within Kuroyuki's muscular or vascular system. Dripping with an ominous black liquid that may or may not be her blood (which is a biohazard in itself), the best way to describe this weapon would be -really- long, wet black hair. When infused with her chakra, the tendrils sharpen and harden to the level of steel.

These dark fiber wires constantly squirm and wiggle in attempts to invade any open wounds of the enemy, from which point they can cause all kinds of fun havoc from within.

Hmm...it seems like there's alot of fibers within her body. She'll pull and pull, but they just keep growing back...
