Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Dekobou is an Ama-no-jaku, best described as a small oni. He stands less than a foot tall, and is humanoid shaped. His skin is bright red, he has sharp teeth, and white hair. He wears a cape and loincloth made of human skin. Dekobou is wicked and mischievous, playing cruel pranks on those he stays around. He is generally spiteful to his summoner, and will frequently reject tasks unless the summoner phrases them in such a way that the task comes off as malicious towards another living being. He has a fiery temper, and is not very intelligent, but can be a great distraction in battle.

Dekobou's small stature can often be an advantage, as few ninja have been trained to look down, preferring to focus on their opponent. This gives Dekobou a chance to contribute to the fight, striking an opponent’s legs with his horn and wounding them.

Using his unique Genjutsu abilities, Dekobou can cause a chosen opponent to see a purple haze surrounding the battle field. Due to how dense this haze seems, it makes it harder for that affected to target his opponent.

Effect: Dekobou targets a single target at +1 Genjutsu DC. Upon a successful check the target suffers -2 Accuracy. This penalty lessen by 1 every round maintained till dispersing.
Cost: 1 AP and 160 Cp to initiate.

Notes:
- Each round a genjutsu check is made against Dekobou whom has a +2 to his check. Upon a failed check the target has a -1 to there next check. This does not stack.

Kori

Kori is a Kitsune, a fox spirit of considerable power. She appears as a normal sized fox with three tails, a sign of raw magic power. She excels in ninjutsu, and is generally considered extremely cruel. Kori sees no issue with causing damage to property, or committing theft, and will assist their summoner without hesitation once they have proven their worthiness. If Kori feels like it, she may take a human form of a beautiful red haired young maiden, although her traits change each time she appears. Her human form is always extremely seductive, and has been known to lead men to their doom. If the summoner looks carefully, he will be able to see her tails, which she can never quite hide. She is proud of her magical skill, and her inability to completely transform is a source of constant anger.

Kori uses her magic to transform herself into a form more human-like. Though the transformation seems complete, you can sometimes see her flaw in the technique. Three small tails sometimes appear. While in this form her opponents usually get flustered and have trouble attacking.

Effect: All attacks aimed at Kori have a 8% chance to disrupt causing a loss in AP, but not Cp. This can only effect a single technique once a round.

Kori Flare! – D-Rank Ninjutsu said:
Kori's forms the handseals and fireballs appear at the tips of her three tails which she sends flying at an opponent.

Effect: Kori slings three fireballs, each dealing 275 Damage at +2 Accuracy. Upon a full hit, each flame produces an illusionary flame that deals 27 Illusionary damage per round, lasting up to two rounds.
Cost: 1.5 AP and 250 Cp.

Kori while in her human-like form can choose to give her partner a little esteem and morale booster as she whispers delightful words into the ear of them and sealing it with a kiss.

Effect: Kori grants a single target a +2 Accuracy and +5% Damage buff.
Cost: 1.5 AP and 360 Cp to initiate, 180 Cp/Rnd.

Notes:
- This genjutsu may be over ridden by an opposing genjutsu of a higher level. If a genjutsu of equal or lower level is attempted to be placed on the target it has to make a Genjutsu Check to disperse the current, then another to be successful.

Taigun

Taigun is the leader of a large flock of Tengu which dwell within the mountain ranges of Lightning country. Like all Tengu, he is the height of a tall man, and possesses a long, curved nose. His hair is as black, and his eyes are small and beady. On his back are large black wings like that of a crow, and his hands and feet end in bird like talons. He leads his flock with pride, and is fiercely protective of them. He cares little for humans, considering them insolent and pathetic, and will devour them if he is hungry enough. He will only obey his summoner out of a fear of Zangyaku, who has been known to devour other Tengu for disobeying him.

Taigun will often lurk in the shadows before making his assault on an opponent. It is said that those who happen to wander near Taigun are often dragged into the shadows and never seen again.

Barrage of Darkness – C-Rank Slashing Taijutsu said:

Taigun unfolds his wings from around his body before stretching them backwards. Infusing chakra into his wings, Taigun will send his wings forward in a burst of speed causing a shower of feathers to be shot at his opponent.

Effect: Taigun releases ten feathers dealing 160 Damage at -2 Accuracy. This technique may target up to three targets, but a single target may only be hit by six feathers.
Cost: 1.75 AP and 430 Cp to initiate.
Cloak of Shadows – C-Rank Ninjutsu said:

Taigun flaps a single wing, emitting a large clutter of feathers that hide the user temporarily from the opponent.

Effect: The summoner is treated as in stealth to the next attack aimed at them. Regardless of success, the summoner is no longer treated as in stealth after the attack.
Cost: 2 AP and 560 Cp.

Notes:
- If not attacked, the summoner is brought back out of stealth at the end of the round.
- The summoner is not in treated as stealthed for the purposes of their own offensive jutsu
Nightmare's Flight – C-Rank Taijutsu said:

Taigun will charge towards his opponent and jump into the air taking flight before fully reaching them. He will then proceed to attempt to grab his opponent with his talons and drag them into the air, flying up a huge distance before dropping them.

Effect: Taigun jabs his talons at a target dealing 405 Damage at +1 Accuracy before lifting the target into the air and slamming into the ground dealing 810 Damage with a 20% chance to cause suppression.
Cost: 1.75 AP and 305 Cp to initiate.

- If the first part of the attack hits the second part hits automatically.

Hasshou

Hasshou is a Hakutaku, a being of great power. It possesses a white lions body with a long tail and a massive mane, but its feet are hooves like that of a horse. It has two black horns on its head, and two more sets along it's back. Hasshou stands seven feet tall and twelve feet long, and possesses nine eyes, two where they would normally be with one in the center, and three more along each side. Where he walks, the ground becomes scorched by his power. Hasshou cares for nothing but power, and constantly seeks out those who are strong enough to pose a challenge to it. Frequently, those seeking to impress Zangyaku will be made to fight Hasshou.

Dark Aura – Activated Passive said:

Hasshou's presence is a dark one, filled with war and bloodshed, and those around him will feel it as an aura. Much like the demonic Aura, this Aura causes those affected to feel scared. Not only does this induce fear, but it also cause ones body to shake. Utterly reducing their ability to aim properly. This Aura sometimes can throw the affected off and mess with their perception skills, in terms of finding hidden opponents.

Effect: Two targets make a Melee Check against Hasshou. Upon a failed check the target is inflicted with dread and has a 20% chance to freeze on the spot losing 1 AP worth of actions.
Cost: 1 AP to activate.

Note:
- If a target resists, they may not be targeted the following round by this passive.
- The loss of AP is considered suppression and follows the rules/limitations as such.
Dark Thrills – Passive said:

Hasshou is the one whom tests those who wish to impress Zangyaki and loves the art of battle. Hasshou has developed his own method of assaulting enemies over the years, consisting of raw power fueled with flames around his body to further help his goal of battling. It is said Hasshou often leaves those whom he fights while using this technique are left as nothing but ashes.

Effect: All melee techniques made by Hasshou have a 15% chance of setting a target ablaze for 10% of the techniques damage for two rounds.

Note:
- A target may only be set ablaze by this technique once a round.
Dash of Devastation – B-Rank Taijutsu said:

Hasshou charges at an opponent head on, dealing a huge amount of damage. Not only does he hurt his enemy, he also knocks them back a few feet. Due to the fact that he scorches the land when he walks, he kills the surrounding environment.

Effect: Hasshou strikes at a single target for 1875 Damage at Normal Accuracy.

Cost: 2.25 AP and 680 Cp to initiate.
Horns from the Shadows – B-Rank Taijutsu said:

Using his horns, he attempts to jab at his opponents, multiple times. With the two horns, he somehow manages to pierce through most damage reduction techniques. As well as doing that, he also can cause a large amount of damage to any opponent. This can also cause the opponent to bleed.

Effect: Hasshou strikes a single opponent five times dealing +220% Damage at -1 Accuracy each. Each strike has a +8% chance to cause bleeding. Bleeding may only occur once.
Cost: 2.25 AP and 810 Cp to initiate.
Infernal Barrage – B-Rank Ninjutsu said:

In moments when everything seems lost, Hasshou gains an enormous amount of power. Using this power, he unleashes a barrage of flames at his opponent in one final attempt. This technique tends to turn the tide of the battle quicker than anything else.

Effect: Hasshou unleashes a barrage of five fireballs. Each dealing 480 Damage at +1 Accuracy. Upon three successful hits, Hasshou gains +10% damage to his next technique due to the scorched skin of the target.
Cost: 2.5 AP and 840 Cp.

Zangyaku

Zangyaku, above all, is the embodiment of Chaos. As such, he has no permanent form. He can take any appearance he wishes, even that of other contract leaders should he so wish, so that he could fool those seeking his kin's aid. Because of their innocence--and thus something pure he can taint and pervert--he frequently prefers the form of children, usually at least as young if not younger then those seeking his power if only so that he can flaunt that power more effectively, to humiliate those seeking him.

Zangyaku is brutal in his love of mind games, and enjoys making those that seek him panic and break down. He thrives off of humiliating mortals, as doing so makes clear how much more powerful he is then them. No one knows what they'll get when they meet him, just that it will probably not be in their favor.

By taking a moment to breath, Zangyaku enters a more devastating state of mind. All of his natural sense are raised, allowing him to hit more, dodge more, and possibly find hidden enemies within the immediate area.

Shifting Shades – Activated Passive said:

Zangyaku is said to be darkness himself and wherever he treads, shadows are said to follow in his wake. On the brightest of days, his presence is said to make the rays and warmth of sun seem non-existent.

Effect: Zangyaku can change the visibility of the battle field, causing the environment to be treated as Pitch Black for a single round.
Cost: 1 AP to initiate.

Note:
- This may only be used twice per battle.
- If Zangyaku is removed from the battle, the visibility shifts back to its original state.
Venomous Bite – A-Rank Ninjutsu said:

Zangyaku naturally produces a devastating poison. This poison harms the opponent in multiple ways. Affecting the eye sight and stability of an opponent, he normally uses this to gain the upper hand on his enemies. This technique involves him getting close and personal in order to bite an opponent. This bite rips and tears at an opponents flesh, possibly causing them to bleed.

Effect: Zangyaku releases a powerful wave of poison targeting up to three at +2 Accuracy dealing 4,050 Damage. Upon a full hit the target makes a Poison Check against Zangyaku's Poison Difficulty. Upon a successful check, all auto dodge bonuses are negated for the remainder of the round. If the target does not have any auto dodge bonuses, they suffer a -2 Dodge Debuff, this may not stack.
Cost: 3 AP and 2,300 Cp.

Notes:
- This may use Melee Accuracy, however this may only target up to two if used in this way.
Utter Chaos – A-Rank Genjutsu (Visual) said:

Using this technique, Zangyaku is able to place an opponent in a genjutsu. Within this Genjutsu, the opponent seems to be placed within the mind of Zangyaku. Causing the affected to experience dark pains in which one could never imagine. Though no physical damage is caused, the opponent seems weaker and can feel the pain after escaping this dangerous Genjutsu.

Effect: Zangyaku makes a Genjutsu Check at -1 Gen DC on a single target. Upon a successful check, the target has suffers -3 Dodge, -3 Accuracy, -3 Awareness, and all jutsu cost +20% Cp.
Cost: 3 AP and 3,025 Cp to initiate, 1,515 Cp/Rnd.

Notes:
- Each round a Genjutsu Check is made between Zangyaku and the target, the target have +1 to there next check, stacking up to +2.
- Another level 8 Genjutsu may attempt to over ride this genjutsu by making a check versus the original roll of the technique.
- This technique may only be used on a single target once.
- This may only be used in general twice per battle.
- This technique may only be maintained on a target for two rounds.
- Once Zangyaku is removed from the field, this genjutsu is instantly negated.
Hate Spike – B-Rank Piercing Taijutsu said:

Zangyaku's form changes midway through an attack, a massive tendril of darkness emerging from his body in order to stab at an opponent. The tentacle produces a subtle poison that will damage an opponent over time.

Effect: Zangyaku targets a single target dealing 1950 Damage at -1 Accuracy with +1 Critical.

Special Action: At the cost of +20% Cp, upon a critical, this technique increases the called shot ranking on targets head automatically.

Cost: 2.25 AP and 710 Cp to initiate.
Sudden Cruelty – A-Rank Buffing Taijutsu said:

At the moment where everything seems lost, Zangyaku attempts one final attack on a chosen opponent. For a small moment, he gains an enormous amount of power. Without touching an opponent, he mentally attacks them, forcing them to fight something they cannot see.

Effect: Zangyaku may automatically target up to three separate targets with a wave comprised of his evil aura. Each target makes six checks against the aura dealing 462 Damage at +1 Accuracy each. Each wave has an 8% chance to cause .5 AP's worth of suppression, up to two times. This damage is considered illusionary and can not be reduced in any shape or form.

Cost: 2.75 AP and 2,060 Cp to initiate.

- This technique may only be used once a round.

Bloodline: Uchiha Kekkei Genkei
One of the most powerful and feared clans known to the shinobi world, the Uchiha have been rumored to be anything from geniuses to a clan of demons. Their most infamous ability is a unique eye condition that appears in some of the more prodigious talents with Uchiha Blood, the Sharingan. This powerful doujutsu give's this clan a variety of abilities that range from perfect mimicry, to casting some of the most deep illusions without so much as a blink of an eye. Many fear the abilities of the Uchiha, and rightly so, for there is hardly an Uchiha that is not destined for greatness within the shinobi world.

Sharingan - Activated Passive<i></i>
The Sharingan is a unique Eye condition occurring only to those with Uchiha blood. Rumor has it that these eyes stemmed from the Byakugan as a mutation, and they do have similar properties to back this theory up such as allowing the user to view chakra. The Sharingan allows the user to comprehend the attack of an opponent almost before the attacker knows what attack they are making, this is done through tracking their movements by studying their chakra. The user's proficiency with this ability is visible through the amount of Tomoe circling the pupil, and with more mastery, the user will unlock more and more of it's capabilities.

Will of Fire - Passive<i></i>
The possess a burning passion deep within them which can never be truly quenched, their undying flame allowing them to seemingly bring forth the potential of flames far better than anyone else could ever attempt, or desire.

Rank 1: Fire Jutsu damage is increased by 5%.
Rank 2: Fire Jutsu damage is increased by 10%.
Rank 3: Fire Jutsu damage is increased by 15%.

Insidious Gaze - Passive
Perhaps the most deadly of the well-known Uchiha abilities is a nameless genjutsu that they are capable of putting opponents under in order to alter their perceptions. In reality, this is simply the Uchiha's ability to utilize their genjutsu talents by simply gazing into the eye's of a victim with their hypnotic sharingan, casting an illusion upon those who meet their gaze.

Rank 1: Genjutsu may be cast through the Sharingan, requiring no handseals and gaining +1 DC
Rank 2: Genjutsu may be cast through the Sharingan, requiring no handseals and gaining +1.5 DC
Rank 3: Genjutsu may be cast through the Sharingan, requiring no handseals and gaining +2 DC

Special Action: When casting Genjutsu through eye contact, the user may choose to activate a special effect. If chosen then the Genjutsu cannot be partially effective. Should the Genjutsu be 50% or more successful it is treated as a full hit, otherwise it is treated as a miss.

Notes:
- Requires eye contact, and for the Sharingan to be active.

Precognition - Passive
The Sharingan wields the power to allow the user to view chakra visibly in their environment so long as it is active. With training, the Uchiha are able to focus this trait to the point where they can track the movements of their opponents by honing in on their chakra; a skill that enables them to view movements before they are made and react accordingly, giving the illusion that the Sharingan may see into the future.

Rank 1: +6% Auto Hit to all attacks.
Rank 2: +8% Auto Hit to all attacks.
Rank 3: +10% Auto Hit to all attacks.

Copy Skill - Activated Passive<i></i>
Probably the most infamous trait of the Sharingan is it's ability to perfectly memorize anything its gaze wanders upon with perfect detail, allowing the Uchiha to mimic techniques nearly simultaneously as a victim performs them, which has manifested itself as legend that they can see the future.

Rank 1: Allows the user to use and copy any level 1-4 Jutsu used during the last round.
Rank 2: Allows the user to use and copy any level 1-6 Jutsu used during the last round.
Rank 3: Allows the user to use and copy any Jutsu used during the last round.


Cost: This skill costs no Ap or CP, however all copied jutsu cost normal Ap and their CP/Hp costs are increased by +20%.

Notes:
- The user's Sharingan must have been active during the time the jutsu was used, and the user must have had full vision of the target.
- When used, the user chooses any jutsu from the previous round and may use it regardless of whether they know it or not. After use, this Jutsu is memorized, and may be used for the remainder of the battle.
- All copied jutsu have a 5% of failing per Jutsu Level (A level seven would have a 35% Chance of failing, for example).
- Only 3 techniques can be remembered at once. Further copying would require the user to overwrite previously memorized techniques, costing CP equal to 2x the forgotten Jutsu's cost.
- The user must meet the Rank and stat requirements to use a Jutsu (A C-Rank cannot copy a Level 8, for example), and may not copy Bloodline, Core Ability, or Kinjutsu techniques.
- These techniques are copied at the rank they were used, and may be remembered and used for the remainder of the battle.
- User must be wielding the correct weapon(s) to copy a Taijutsu and must be able to perform handseals to replicate a Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

Hypnotic Suggestion - Doujutsu Genjutsu<i></i>
The Sharingan's ability to induce illusions into the minds of others is a powerful one, that the Uchiha can learn to overcome the mind and senses of another, subtly altering their mind to put them under a powerful hypnosis, an issuing them commands without the victim even second guessing their own manipulated thoughts.

Rank 1: Allows the Uchiha to hypnotize their target at -2 Gen DC, causing them to either attack a target with a level 1-4 Jutsu, Use/Drop/equip/unequip an item, Switch/Drop/Enter a style, or remain motionless for 1 Ap.
Rank 2: Allows the Uchiha to hypnotize their target at -1 Gen DC, causing them to either attack a target with a level 1-5 Jutsu, Use/Drop/equip/unequip an item, Switch/Drop/Enter a style, or remain motionless for 1.5 Ap.
Rank 3: Allows the Uchiha to hypnotize their target, causing them to either attack a target with a level 1-6 Jutsu, Use/Drop/equip/unequip an item, Switch/Drop/Enter a style, or remain motionless for 2 Ap.

Cost: 2 AP; 400 CP to initiate.

Notes:
- - Does not use handseals, but requires the Sharingan's Eye contact. This is treated as a Will Genjutsu.
- Upon use, the user must choose an action they wish their victim to perform.
- When causing the victim to attack with a Jutsu, the victim must know the technique and the user must have witnessed the technique performed previously during battle to be aware of it. The target can never attack themselves.
- For any actions involving items, it must be either visible or previously used in battle.
- Genjutsu used this way are treated as fully successful or fully unsuccessful, a victim cannot be partially effected. If it is a 50% or more hit, it's counted as a full hit, Otherwise, it's counted as a miss.

Genjutsu Reversal - Specialty Genjutsu<i></i>
The insidious gaze of the Sharingan is said to penetrate even the most detailed illusions, and not only is the user capable of viewing details far more clearly, the sharingan also possesses a hypnotic ability to entrap a victim within their own illusion.

Rank 1: Reverses a Genjutsu used on the Sharingan user.
Rank 2: Reverses a Genjutsu used on the Sharingan user.
Rank 3: Reverses a Genjutsu used on the Sharingan user.

Costs:
Rank 1: AP of Genjutsu; Genjutsu cost*2 Chakra to initiate.
Rank 2: AP of Genjutsu; Genjutsu cost*1.75 Chakra to initiate
Rank 3: AP of Genjutsu; Genjutsu cost*1.5 Chakra to initiate.

Notes:
- User must realize they are under a genjutsu.
- User must meet the requirements of the Genjutsu to reverse it.
- All costs of maintaining the genjutsu are taken on by the user.
- A Genjutsu check is made between the Uchiha and user of the Genjutsu. If the Uchiha succeeds, they successfully reverse the Genjutsu.
- With each successful use, the victim gains +1.5 to their Genjutsu Check.

Mangekyou Sharingan - Activated Passive<i></i>
The Mangekyou Sharingan is a heightened form of Sharingan, and is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe. The appearance of the mangekyou differs from user to user based upon their own traits, there are hardly ever two Uchiha with the same pattern. In this stage the Sharingan is far more powerful and has the potential to utilize very powerful techniques, although the sheer amount of chakra utilized can have damaging backlash upon the User's eyesight, slowly deteriorating their Vision.

Rank 1: +2 Dodge, +2 Accuracy.
Rank 2: +2.5 Dodge, +2.5 Accuracy.
Rank 3: +3 Dodge, +3 Accuracy.

Costs:
Rank 1: .5AP; 600 CP to initiate, 290 CP/Rnd
Rank 2: .5AP; 750 CP to initiate, 360 CP/Rnd
Rank 3: .5AP; 900 CP to initiate, 430 CP/Rnd

Notes:
-Only applies when the user can see their target and/or attacker.
-Sharingan Rank 3 must be activated for a round prior to activating the Mangekyou.
- The effect of Mangekyou Sharigan replaces the effect of the regular Sharigan and the Mangekyou cost becomes the new overall cost.

Tsukiyomi - Doujutsu Genjutsu<i></i>
Utilizes the Mangekyou sharingan to create a hellish genjutsu of which the user has complete control. This technique is feared and believed the most powerful Genjutsu, and can last anywhere from 24 to 72 hours in the targets mind, but in reality only lasts a couple seconds. While powerful, this technique causes immense strain upon the user's eye's and leaves them vulnerable by damaging their eyesight, and cannot be used without resting the eye's first.

Rank 1: An illusion that creates a round within a round during which the victim cannot take any actions and suffers -2 dodge. In the illusion, the user gets AP equal to their AP/1.5. When the illusion ends the user will have only spent chakra equal to 50% of the chakra spent in the illusion and the victim only takes damage equal to 50% of the damage dealt to them in the illusion.
Rank 2: An illusion that creates a round within a round during which the victim cannot take any actions and suffers -3 dodge. In the illusion, the user gets AP equal to their AP/1.5 +.5. When the illusion ends the user will have only spent chakra equal to 50% of the chakra spent in the illusion and the victim only takes damage equal to 60% of the damage dealt to them in the illusion.
Rank 3: An illusion that creates a round within a round during which the victim cannot take any actions and suffers -4 dodge. In the illusion, the user gets AP equal to their AP/1.5 +1. When the illusion ends the user will have only spent chakra equal to 50% of the chakra spent in the illusion and the victim only takes damage equal to 70% of the damage dealt to them in the illusion.


Cost: 3 AP; 2000 CP, Hp equal to 20% of the final damage done.

Notes:
- Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be activated, and Eye contact.
- All battle rules remain the same if not mentioned.
- Jutsu that last more than one round end when the illusion does.
- May only be used on a target once successfully in a battle. Â
- All damage done in this illusion is "Illusionary" And damage cannot be reduced. Jutsu used in the Tsukiyomi cannot be buffed by Non-Genjutsu effects.
- Physical debuffs, such as bleed, poison and Nin/Tai debuffs and effects do not transfer into or out of the Tsukiyomi created world, but mental ones, generally genjutsu based, do.
- Because the Tsukiyomi is instantaneous and lasts a few seconds at most, this does not dispel any other Genjutsu active on the victim.

Amaterasu - Doujutsu Ninjutsu<i></i>
While Tsukuyomi is considered the most powerful Genjutsu, this technique is it's counterpart, claimed to be the most powerful Ninjutsu, and with good reason too. This infamous Technique creates Hellish Jet-black Flames spontaneously at the center of the user's vision, and once released these flames are said to burn for days without end before becoming extinguished. These cursed flames are said to be as hot as the sun, and little is capable of stopping this fire from consuming everything in it's path...Except for the Bleeding of the user's eye's as a result of the tremendous energy released from the sharingan.

Rank 1: Ignites the Uchiha's point of vision in black flames at +2 accuracy, causing 2,000 Fire Damage a round.
Rank 2: Ignites the Uchiha's point of vision in black flames at +2 accuracy, causing 2,400 Fire Damage a round.
Rank 3: Ignites the Uchiha's point of vision in black flames at +2 accuracy, causing 2,850 Fire Damage a round.

Special Action - Kagutsuchi: Instead of Covering a target in Amaterasu, the user may coat themselves in a shield of Black Flames, Hp equal to Amaterasu +40%. This effect lasts one round, and if a melee attack is used against the user the attacker must make a Ninjutsu check against the Uchiha to determine if they take damage equal to "Amaterasu's" Damage. A target may only take damage from attacking this barrier once per round.

Costs:
Rank 1: 3 Ap; 2,000 CP and 670 Hp to initiate, 630 Hp and 320 CP per round maintained.
Rank 2: 3 Ap; 2,250 CP and 750 Hp to initiate, 715 Hp and 360 CP per round maintained.
Rank 3: 3 Ap; 2,500 CP and 840 Hp to initiate, 800 Hp and 400 CP per round maintained.

Notes:
- Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be activated.
- After the initial "To-Hit" roll, Amaterasu automatically deals it's fire damage to its target every round without fail as long as the Uchiha can still see their target. As such, this may only be used on one target at a time.
- The first round damage is dealt as soon as Amaterasu hits but hits at the beginning of every round after.
- Amaterasu automatically bypasses barriers, armors and shields and also ignores any and all Damage Reduction.
- Damage done and blocked may be increased with Fire buffs.
- This jutsu does not stack in any way or form.
- The special is considered a Chakra Armor.

Dai stands at about 6'3 and weighs 210 lbs. Dai comes from a long linage of the Nakata clan, who are known for their incredible physique. This is evident in Dai's height and lean muscular body. His eyes are grayish blue and his hair is a dark shade of blonde. Both can appear a bit lighter in the sun. His skin tans very easily in the sun as well. His default face is pleasant and welcoming, without necessarily smiling. He looks about his age, perhaps a bit younger at times. He is normally clean shaven as well.
Character's Mental Description:
Dai's parents instilled in him the will to lead. However, some would say that he was born with it. He is someone who wants to lead by example, but will also take the time to be considerate of other people's weaknesses. He is emotionally stable. However, he can get passionate about things that excite him. Dai is a very disciplined shinobi as well. Some of his habits may be considered OCD. Most of his trauma and PTSD have to do with the war and fall of Konohagakure. However, he has worked on resolving most of them throughout his life.
Character History:
Dai was a young boy when Konohagakure fell to its knees. Although the Nakata clan had found sanctuary in different parts of the fire country, Dai and his immediate family did not follow them. Instead, they followed the refugees. It was there Dai got to witness his parents selflessness and will to help others as they set up new communities in different parts of the Fire Country. A once wealthy child, Dai was now exposed to poverty at a young age. This was also an opportunity for him to learn that some people were so rich, all they had was money. Dai made great friends who moved on to become great shinobi in distance lands, under the mentoring of several refugee shinobi. As far Dai's parents, they tried to steer him away from the shinobi life. Dai would turn to an elder who he would later find out was his great grand father to learn the hidden arts of the ninja.

When Dai's parents moved away to a different country alongside a big refugee group, he remained with his great grand father in the Fire Country to continue his studies. It was a difficult decision, but ultimate his parents allowed him to do so. Dai would live a life of disciplined training, while helping out in the newfound communities. Although he wanted to be a Konoha shinobi, he hesitated to leave because of how much the elders needed him. If it weren't for Dai's great grandfather's dying wish, Dai would have never left them.

Now, a fully trained shinobi at age 28 without a headband, Dai returns to the gates of Konohagakure. He hopes that the village will welcome him in, and perhaps allow him to serve the village that his family once before him served.

Dai has been influenced by stories of his grand parents, and ancestors. He aspires to be like them and bring prosperity to a home that he did not get to serve his entire life. Better late than never.

So, it looks like Anatsu had a faulty run-time in this topic here [Link]. While the attempt itself was voided, the topic still exists as a free RP.

Before continuing this OCR, there needs to be a resolution to the current travel attempt; catches typically tend to be abit violent. If you and Maru both agree to void the topic entirely that is fine, but if their is disagreement, then the topic is still fair game and both Anatsu and Maru are present. I've gone ahead and informed him of this, too.
