Physical Description:
A pretty fit boy with a high pain tolerance and the most durable bodies a child could have, one can say he's been pretty active physically, and the amount of scars he has and bruises he can get in a span of a week says some pretty interesting and wildly specific stories, along with that he is also experienced in basic taijutsu but even with the basics his innate talent in it can be seen clearly.
Mental Description:
Noji is a carefree boy, he doesn't give much of a two bales of hay to anything and the only two things he aims for is fun and challenge, he is ever competitive in things if he gets the chance, the reason for this is that he has a sort of adrenaline addiction which means this boy can be lying down doing nothing at the current minute, then at the next minute you will see him trying to last 4 minutes underwater only to fail and do another thing that has at least multiple forms of risk, but that doesn't mean he isn't the type to person to like sleep, he likes it as well due to the fact he is a heavy sleeper and enjoys his dreams, his dreams would be like his everyday activities, adrenaline pumping episodes there is almost no way to stop him from doing something he deems fun and challenging as he finds ways no matter the specifics or laws of things.
History:
Noji was born into a normal household of average shinobis, he lived a normal life as a baby and didn't have to deal with his parents getting randomly murdered for the sake of plot, as he grew, his parents notice something in him, a desire, a desire that defined him, this desire was for fun and challenge. As he learned to speaked he bugged his parents almost round the clock to teach him ninja stuff which their parents eagerly taught, he was obviously not fit for it yet at that age but he tried, he tried a lot as he found it fun, but if theres one thing that screams potential is his taijutsu, it was pretty good for his age, his parents can't wait to see how he would fare in the Academy, neither can he as well.

Even though his parents are the conventional Inuzuka usually known as "Beast Masters" , it seemed that it did not pass on to Noji, instead he is guided by roars of the past beasts along his and their instincts, he feels it in his blood, and embraced it but there was not really specific animal that he was akin of, except one, the lizard, specifically, the past garguantuan beasts that roamed these very lands years before humans, before recorded history even, he felt that, he feels their tough nigh impregnabe natural armor passed down to his skin, but in a form unnoticed that is his durable body.
