Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

There was a time for everything under the sun in the skies blessed by Raiden almighty. On days like these once the hustle and bustle of the work day is over, many tend to journey to the bars for a drink and a bit of relaxation. Kang was apart of this these days. He worked as much as his body would allow and was passed pointless paperwork that Jounin didnt care to want to do. So He would volunteer his time and energy, but on days like this where he cleared everything to relax. The Young Mura kinsmen found himself at a place where he fixated alot of time, a small mom and pops place called, "The Tanuki Sack", Kang thought it to be an odd name, but they had a slew of awesome beets of entertainment. And on nights like tonight there was KARAOKE!

Kang did -not- have a good singing voice, but he could hold a small tune on the right song, and with the right amount of... substance in his body. At any pace, Kang made his was after leaving his armor and equipment at his house only bringing a small bladed Kunai with him, just in case, but never the case. It never took long for him to be seated but then again not many people ever came here, and by now he was a regular. Soooo what made tonight different? Something happening tonight? No. Nothing out of the ordinary thus far but there was still nothing to be alarmed about, until someone walked in that had never been there before...

An ANBU. Hm, Who could it be? They came in and ordered something but Kang couldnt hear from his position seated away from the door near the middle of the establishment. Alone sitting with three other chairs as he listened to the playing of the bass and saxophone musicians. There was a small band, three members a singer and two instrumentalists. With that the stage was set, and the ANBU was sitting in the back... What would happen next?

As owner of a nightclub, not to mention leader of the entire village, Kitsune saw it as her duty to go out and mingle with people, as well as do research on what was moving and what stagnated. This time, she had somehow stumbled upon a small place with an odd name and decided to have a look inside. Apparently, it was karaoke night, and while Kitsune herself didn’t partake in such things, it’d be good to find out how many did. She entered with none of her usual flair and sat down in the back of the room, leaning back into her chair and looking around.

In terms of attire, Kitsune was wearing a black suit, red button up shirt, and a black and gold patterned tie, with her fiery red mane of hair somewhat tamed with part of it being tied up with a long hairband. Anyone with knowledge of who the village leader is would recognize her easily, but some of the villagers might not. Anyone in the three branches would 100% be able to recognize her, and know it’s fine to approach, as Kitsune always had time for her subordinates. Direct or otherwise.

It was a slow night for this place, but good business all the same. Any business was good business. Kang had met the owners of this place some time ago, both were retired and just did this for fun. They had a love for the Tanuki, and a love for Kumogakurian Shinobi. Kang enjoyed this place because of how vibrant it was. The dimmed lights with the smooth playing of the musicians. And Kang at the bar, sipping some nice cider. Something was brewing very nice and bubbly for him on this night, an ANBU had fixated themselves in the back... then, she walked in.

The Raikage? 'Oh shit what is she doin here?' She was known for being very kind and melding with the commoners of the village. She was head of the Shinrya. She was incognito as she could be, but Kang knew who she was from her crimson locks. As beautiful a woman that could walk these ground she was known for her elegance and wits. Kang didnt even often feel chakra levels of people but her pressure seemed to overcome his low tier abilities. Though, it was not unnerving nor malicious; it was oddly inviting. He wouldnt move just yet, and the Karaoke and open mic would begin for the night. So, Kang would slowly make his way to her side as the acts would go up.

Firstly, There was a comedian, not that good but he made people chuckle a bit. The few people that were there. Some people noticed Kitsune in the back, especially the owners who came to her side and would do the whole 'Thank you for coming, whatever you want is on the house' bow bow humble humble shtick. And while that would go on Kang would order two ciders and would nod bowing to the Raikage as he approached her, "Good Evening Shinrya-sama. I wanted to say two things, Thank you for what you do for the village. And Two, I'd like to offer you a cider. Non-alcoholic, I didnt know if you would want to drink. If so, I can getcha something else, but Here." he stopped before he continued staggering on his words. Trying his best to come off composed and cool. Setting down the drink before her he'd brush off his royal blue vest, before adjusting his alabaster button down before bowing once again and awaiting her response. However, it was almost time for Kang to go up on stage....

Which he'd totally forgotten that he'd signed up for... Oh no...

Oh no...

Oh no no no no no....
