Touma stood before the group of ANBU he had arrived with. He was seeing them off on their return to Kumogakure, while he himself had decided to stay in Konoha for a while. Fortunately, the group was more than capable of finding their way back on their own. They had deliveries to make on Touma's behalf.

"Deliver this one to Yoake and this one to the Raikage. Of course, none but the two I named should lay a hand on these messages. I will be remaining in Konoha for a while. Should either of them request my return, let them know that I am a messenger bird away," Touma instructed the ANBU before passing off the letters to the one he had opted to place in charge. It had not been his plan to remain in Konoha, but recent events revealed to him in his visit meant that some things going on in this village were relevant to Kumo's interests. Umashi being missing had the potential to put the alliance at risk if those who had been under him were not so keen on it. Touma needed to monitor the situation closely. If there was anything Kumo could do to aid in locating Umashi, he was there. Messages handed over, Touma would watch until the ANBU had left.

Touma watched until the ANBU had disappeared into the horizon and then he turned back to return to the village interior. The ANBU had a journey ahead of them, but it was one that would be much easier than the one that had led them to Konoha to begin with. A message was a much lighter load than a prisoner. Touma, on the other hand, would be delaying that return journey for some time. Perhaps he would actually get to enjoy a prolonged vacation, something he had never done before. He'd taken up residence at a local inn and even gotten the chance to enjoy the cuisine of Konoha already. Hopefully there would be little to no work involved in his stay.
