Kenshin would nod.

"Congratulations Asuka. I hope you will make me proud." Kenshin would say as he turned to back to his office. There were things to be prepared and if things went south contingency plans.

He would nod to the rest of them, a little grimly. It was time for war and Kenshin was going to bring the war to them. Plans and counter plans raced into this mind. The training his family had forced into him came flooding back. What was the best way to deal with this? How can we maximize our win and suffer as few losses as possible?

So many unknowns. Still, they had to act and act he would.

[Uchiha Asuka]

Asuka was about to continue her meaningless defense, trying to find a way to slip her way out of the punishment mission she was about to be given. But... it never think, quite the opposite actually. She was getting promoted? To Head Jounin no less. Well this was certainly an interesting turn of events, did she really deserve all of this though?

She couldn't think like that, this was more of an honor. Without hesitation she gave a deep bow and smiled. "Appreciate the honor sir." She said taking a few steps back. "I'll start my duties immediately then." With that she waved at Yukio and his Chinatsu, blowing a small kiss at the floating head. "Head thingy is cuter. Bye bye!" With that she dissapeared from site, teleporting to her duties.
