Ao approached the docks of Tsukigakure about an hour before dawn. Two days ago he had met a merchant at one of the bars near the dock, and convinced the man to provide Ao with transportation. It had only been a few days since Ao’s run in with his old friend. The sight of a boy long thought dead had been stuck with Ao since. Not matter how much he drank, Ao couldn’t get that face out of his mind. Mei and her little white fox companion had left a few days ago thanks to a transportation jutsu that Ao did not have access to.
Ao had contemplated staying here a little longer, but he wanted to get back to fire country and finish his journeys there. Besides he needed to get his mind off of the past few day’s events.
Ao looked around and found the ship the merchant had pointed out to him earlier, and headed towards it.
