Though the recently rebuilt medical building had all the most updated security, even it was not safe from the horrifying acts of the Cabal. While no permanent damage has been done, the Mental Ward had its doors unsealed just as the Obsidian Palace had been. Much of the chakra-dampening effects of the various seals through out the wing and the straight jackets have been utterly destroyed, though a few still remain in tact. The Hospital has been successfully locked down by the de facto leadership within to keep too much craziness from affecting those within. The Mental Ward itself has been converted into a holding area for ne'er-do-wells, as the facility has taken a decidedly neutral stance for the sake of the injured. Notices have been posted all around that they would heal anyone without question, so long as they did not cause trouble. While the Cabal have not openly acted against it, they are also clearly giving the building a wide berth publicly. Secretly, who knows what spies might have infiltrated under the guise of injury or citizen seeking safety, and what harm they may cause...at the very least for the moment order and safety reign in careful neutrality in here under the leadership of an Outsider.
