[col]Sora, as opposed to Suna, had been a location of long standing peace, or at least a very surface level looking peace. The area was not consumed in the Maelstrom, the location did not have insurgents and the city seemed to be devoid of the poverty and crime that seemed to be embedded within the depths of Suna. No, this was a utopia in almost every sense. The vast majority that lived within its limits did not know of the struggles of those outside the city, or simply did not care. Their world was shaped by their experiences, which was not inherently even. They know the world from what they see, and from what they've seen the world is a good one.

There was a visitor to this region that disagreed. There was a harsh, cold darkness just beneath the rosy exterior of Sora. To this visitor, it was not fair that the people of the city were not allowed to see the world as it was. He wanted to help them, he wanted to be a vehicle of change. If their world was built upon their experiences, he wanted to give them some new experiences. The first step in this new education was nothing grand. It was nothing too terrible showy. The mood had to be set.

A convoy returning to The Daimyo's palace would notice that two of its trailing carts would have got detached from them. Upon doubling back, they would find the two carts set ablaze and the materials within it, mostly food items being exported in, would be almost completely destroyed. Several feet away from the fires they would locate those who were guarding and staffing the carts. All the individuals had been knocked out, bound together and left stripped of their attire. Lastly, directly in front of the guards would be a symbol carved into the earth;

Sitting within the trees overlooking the scene would be an individual who had disappeared from Suna for sometime. Cloaked in red and dressed in black, the masked figure would disappear back into the darkness. There was something wicked heading for Sora, but at this time it was merely starting as a small flame.
